I feel that evidence must be gathered before Hackusations are carried out on. Good idea for the playlist tho!

It is mandatory to have evidence, though often people still make mistakes. It happens and it's fine as long as we learn from it

  2. There have been a few incidents in the past where people on the server have been wrongfully accused of aimbot, walls or other kinds of hacks and have gotten banned regardless of this. To combat this, I often like to show people who have accidentally banned someone falsely for hacking a playlist on youtube dedicated to helping spot hackers. Hopefully this should help in the long-term!

No, what you look like absolutely shouldn't because as I said, there are very good players who don't care about anything premium offers whatsoever, and there are also high level players with decent shit and traders who've amassed fortunes who cheated for years before eventually getting vac'd and nobody suspected a thing.

Evidence > petty assumption based on fallible associations. The demo I was shown, by the looks of it, he definitely wasn't cheating. Every time I've played against Jo it also isn't like playing against a cheater at all. He may hit some nutty shots but it isn't 100% consistent, and he isn't unstoppable.

I didn't say it was a decider, I said it was a factor. It's that simple.

What you look like shouldn't factor into whether someone thinks you're hacking or not. There are prem snipers who have nothing but an achievement razorback because they never actually coughed up any money in this game.

If you want to accuse someone who's actually cheating of cheating, getting legitimate evidence isn't insanely hard. I'm mostly just disappointed.

What you look like most certainly does factor into you being a hacker or not since actual hackers will 90% of the time have no cosmetics or F2P cosmetics. There was no way to tell that it was Jo, and I'm sure we all know that Jo is pretty decent at sniper, so though I agree people shouldn't jump to conclusions because of their cosmetics, it is certainly a factor often.

We are currently awaiting a demo from @VinylScratch

I'm not too sure if there's a competitive Rocket League scene as I'm not really part of the competitive gaming areas (however I'm sure there is one). Perhaps it would be nice to find other people in xG who would be interested in making a small team, rather than making an entire division for it. I think it's a nice idea, though

86NLPzj.png Pretty much as big as all the other games in the Tier 3 category.

I'm confused as to why I didn't point this out last night when Caleb messed it up, but why do we have FF2 on there if it's already populated regularly by Bonfire, Kypari or Bagel? It seems rather redundant and wasteful to use one of our event days on a server that gets more attention than others...  no, I'm not Matsi...

Should we not be shedding more light on servers that don't get any attention? For example Zombie Fortress, Deathrun, Uber Upgrades and Stock Rotation. Elcark even solidifies this point in his post. I get that the community input is important, but we should be prioritizing the actually dead servers over the ones that get populated regularly. Sorry to all of the FF2 crew, but you guys already get enough attention as is. People go and populate it all by themselves.

To be fair, @Shadower did populate it a few times, but it was still a rare occasion. I'm surprised that it hasn't happened that often.

It's not actively populated like surf or tgh though. It's often just Bonfire telling people to get on FF2 because he wants people to play it and then about 3 people join and then it dies a bit later, and I actually don't join with him often at all either. We're going to shed light onto all servers, and FF2 as far as I'm concerned personally is definitely not an active server or it would have a consistent population daily and at all times.

-1, I was not in anyone's side of the unusual taunt argument, just listed prices I saw on Backpack.tf, and from the player chat history, the whole thing came to be unnecessary and could have been avoided if you just accepted the loss, but you made a big deal out of this. Even on mic.

Otherwise, I do see you quite frequently on TGH.

Sorry, I'm not sure I follow the situation or see anything wrong in the chat logs. Could be missing something. Is it possible for you to explain to me?

  8. We had a highlander team in the past, but it didn't go too well from what I remember. I think the idea of making a new team has floated around quite a few times at this point, but I wouldn't be opposed to actually having a competitive team instead of circle-jerking on TGH all day (joking ^^)

In all seriousness, if this does get traffic, I think it would be a really neat idea to actually have people round up to make some kind of highlander or 6s team. I would personally pass on this I would think but I'm still interested in what other people think!

  9. Alright then I'll remove it from trello and tell grape fudge you IT'S A FEATURE

What about Drugged RTD? I've also seen people complain about getting headaches but I'm not sure if they're overreacting or they're being genuine. Overall I would just -1 to remove it for the sake of the primary reason being seizures is void.

Eh. It's not like I'm going to do anything with it in the next 5 years. I'm just looking for plugins to dick around with in my server with friends.

It's fine to make a private server for you and your friends with the plugins, but you can't aid a rival community whilst you are in xG otherwise you risk losing your membership.
