After a back and forth discussion lasting several weeks between myself and @Tekk, as well as other higherups, we've come to the conclusions necessary to make several decisions, as listed below:
Firstly, there is now a TF2 server pop role on discord thanks to @virr (and a few weeks of pestering),  so feel free to use that at your leisure rather than waiting for pop events! 
Second, in order to refine the previously random and loose schedule to Pop Events, we've also decided the following:
Population Events will take place every Monday. Population Events will now offer more meaningful rewards once per month as part of a rare and randomly decided giveaway, such as a modified donor rank, custom title vouchers, and a title exclusive to the rare giveaways mentioned.  Lastly, there will soon be updates to the structure of the TF2 servers in order to strengthen their population, as well as increase the enjoyment for those who play on our servers. 
Tekage or myself will be willing to answer any questions or comments, etc. below.

As of recent, as you all know, the TF2 Divison has been struggling a lot recently. It is as a result of multiple reasons, one being a lack of motivation from us which has resulted in the game feeling stale, even on xG. However, Seg's demotion has been a massive wake-up call to Caleb and I who are now going to be working harder than ever before in order to return TF2 to its former glory.
We have been discussing things recently and have decided that we are going to do a rework of the rules, coming up with ideas for plugins to keep the game fresh and hope to make our servers better than ever before. We will try to keep you all updated as much as possible as a result of there being previous complaints about lack of communication between the TF2 Higherups and the Community.
If anyone has any suggestions whatsoever, please let us know here.
Please don't go anywhere; there's much more to come and lots of fun to be had! Let's bring TF2 back.

Issue was elasticsearch updated to 7.0.0 and the JAVA_HOME environment variable was being set to some weird default. Changed it to point to the actual location on the server and search index is being rebuilt. Should be resolved now or once the index has been fully rebuilt.
EDIT: Still not resolved I'll keep looking.
EDIT2: Looks like may be related to 7.0.0, I've downgraded and rebuilt the search index completely. There are still errors but the activity is showing up now. I have made a bug report.

Been around for at least 2 days that's pretty old my back is starting to hurt 

After being the xB overlord for a day and a half. I've decided to return ownership to @Rhododendron. Thanks everyone for making Xeno Bumpies such a great place.

Just a heads up, to people who both regularly attend or just occasionally hop into community nights that the next one is Saturday of 2/16 and will be GMOD. After this, we will start having community nights every other Saturday with the one after being 3/9/19.
If you have any questions or thoughts, etc. leave them here so we can create an even better experience. 
Be sure to add me on steam so that you can join off me or someone else when we play. Gamemodes we’ll run will be TTT, PropHunt, SledBuild, and potentially more. 
TL;DR (again): The next community night is the Saturday after this one (2/16) and the one after that will be 3/9, with a CN happening every other week or so.

Hi it is me, mrnutty12, and I'm finally stepping down.
I have never really liked long winded blocks of text because they bore me to death, so I won't subject you guys to one listing off every little insignificant detail as to why I am stepping down. Suffice it to say I have neither the motivation nor the interest that I used to have for leading the tf2 division, especially not what I would personally consider acceptable from myself. (eg 10k+ hours in a game kinda makes it feel a bit stale yadda yadda not really a shocker there)
I'll still pop in on the servers now and again when I feel like it, I am just done with higherup business and being staff in general.
 
And a few personal notes... (sorry if I miss you but I am not going through every person I know to write something for)
