I don't feel like staying in the community anymore. I can no longer hide the fact that I'm pissed off at higher ups, the way you guys treat certain members, and the way that rules literally don't apply to some people. I'll probably come back to the community, when I can actually handle it all for once. I really hope to see this community change for the better.

I know you guys are just trying to keep the peace on discord, but try to not antagonize people who are clearly just trolling. You guys are just feeding fuel to a fire. Also be a little more hesitant on muting someone.

Grow up, and stop being so condescending. These guys are legit trying to keep our members from being annoyed on discord, and you guys are intentionally being rude or annoying. You both should also practice what you preach and learn to not take things so seriously. I

I never said stopping the nonsense in #csgo was a childish power trip. Your participation by feeding Steven is childish, and calling it a "flamewar" when it was just Steven freaking out while other people are trying to input valuable opinions is borderline a power trip (hence, I never said it was actually a power trip).

Guest Information I don't know what i'm really trying to accomplish here but i'm kinda pissed at Bonk. The first thing thing that made me kinda mad was that he warned me for nothing and couldn't even attempt to filter the pack to make sure discord was fair. If you are not already aware of what happened, many people were spamming images and other things of the sort in the csgo channel. At a bit of an unfortunate time I posted a picture in csgo chat.
No big deal. At this point it would be a good time to note that I did post this gif but when I asked bonk he did not bring it up.
Anyway shortly after I received a warning for 
This was because apparently he had already warned us.
I didn't see this  but whatever. He said this at 9:11 my time and I posted the gif at 9:18 and the image at 9:22 (I know the timestamp isn't shown but you can check discord if you want to dispute this.) 2 images in 4 min, 7 min after a warning I didn't see. The funny thing is SCP posted 4 images in that time and didn't even get warned. When I got heated and mad at bonk he told me I was gonna be punished if I argued even though it was clearly abuse. Anyway then he said this.

This is the closest thing to spamming so far. 2 gifs within 1 min. Nothing happened and I assumed its whatever now.
I post this (the image above) 3 min later  and again seems fine to me when I post it. 
1 min later hit with a ban for "spamming" gifs. I guess you could call it spamming but you would have to be very picky for the lack of a better word to thing so. 
I know it was 5 min and not a big deal, but bonk does stuff like this all the time to me and it really annoys me. Again I don't know what I want to come of this but hopefully something stopping bonk from continuing to abuse me. It's funny just to see how i'm consistently watched by bonk while he loosens the rules for others. One more thing is that Bonk said this to me when I told him to stop.
1 Warning and then even a go ahead to post memes. "I warned you plenty of times"
 

After reviewing the demos, it would appear that you were wrongfully banned. We apologize and the ban will be lifted immediately. 
The higher ups will talk with @ScottNi to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again.

As many of you may know I'm pretty toxic in 10mans so I shouldn't be talking, but it's usually towards players who are genuinely assholes (does not make the case better I know). I'm not going to say any names or anything but uhh....wait nevermind lol, can someone please tell me why our DM of minecraft has been up for discussion to be banned from 10mans? @icy or whatever that kids tag is on here. I'm sorry for starting shit but this kid is the most disrespectful person in xG I have ever met. I get upset in 10mans over stupid shit just because I am a "more experienced player" and I totally understand that a lot of the players I play with are new, but icy will straight up just scream at new players who don't even know what they did wrong in the first place. I don't know where the "superiority" comes from in his brain because he's an average player but he thinks he's the best. I have talked to MULTIPLE higher ups about this and some are confused on why he's dm in the first place. 

The most positive response I got was "no one else would do it".

I think something should/could be done about this.

Icy shouldn't be a DM.
The attitude that he has towards others is not indicative of how a member should be acting, much less a higher up of the community.
Screaming, insulting, very easily becoming angry. Ask anyone and they'll take a worse player on their team over Icy because he's such a negative person.
There isn't much else to say.

For starters, I seriously don't understand why people take 10mans super serious in the first place. Literally NOTHING is at stake.
As for Icy, I straight up refuse to play with him. That's why I never pick him if hes in a 10man and I'm team captain. He also has this "I'm always right" mentality because he thinks matchmaking rank means anything....LOL
