I've been here on mostly from the past year and really enjoy playing on here evryday. The reason I got in here is by some called Cookie, you should probably know her but she is my friend and she showed me this server to play on here a lot, it is also fun and really intresting seeing new things (positive, helpfull, etc...). Been here for a while so I though why not apply for member since I always enjoyed playing on here.

He was last staff eight months ago, have there been any more recent problems?
The only sort of "controversy" was the abuse thread on Krampus, at least from what I've seen. I talk to him on an almost daily basis and he hasn't really brought up any sort of poop he's caused.
I may just be uneducated as poop on this, but some examples would be nice : )

As much as I hate to say it, but I'm staying neutral. I know I told you I would plus one your staff app if you applied again. But I would need to see you on more. If I see you some more I would totally change this to a +1.

You are one of the people on xG that I wish I knew better. Going off of what @Kypari said, you definitely go down in the Book of xG Legends. I wish I was on this server when I started playing TF2 and not the one I stuck myself with for 2 years.
But there is definitely going to be a big hole to fill with you gone now. Thank you for everything you have done for the community.

Was gettin ready for work today. Today was one of my better looking days.

Unfortunately, we are here to say goodbye to one of our own, TrollFace aka Asa. Trollface was one of the original members of the community and one of the first higher ups alongside Silence. We found out of his death a few days ago from his girlfriend, and we'd like to formally give our condolences on the forums. XenoGamers would not be where it is today, if it wasn't for him. 
I wish his family and loved ones all the best, and remember to always show your appreciation to your friends and family cuz you never know when they might be gone.

Well, I'll still +1 then! Yeah I remember I originally thought he was mod already! I've never even known him to be toxic, just friendly and helpful.

Ok I shall propose an idea to you. Instead of making this forum post calling out the higher ups to the whole community, maybe call in a meeting or something or just say something to them when you catch them online. I can see you took time and effort into making this post, but this post doesn't affect most of our lives. Im not saying I disagree with what you are saying, but maybe bring this matter to the higher ups and not the whole community. (inb4 massive hate spam for an opinion)
