The Roblox community is way more toxic (and continues to grow more toxic) than any other gaming community, trust me. We don’t need a division full of those kinds of people. Its a solid -1 from me. 
Roblox has never had a good reputation in this community and I don’t see the stance changing anytime soon.

I think we should start a roblox server. This server would be much like counter blox roblox offensive, but for xG. It would attract many players of the roblox community.

Back in the old days of tgh we had a thing called ponyspensers which were dispensers with ponies on them and they also play 8bit music
There was also a command to turn it off which people could use to just easily turn it off forever
now I know tons of people don't like mlp but I don't see anything wrong with adding this back for the people who do like them

This is a good idea when you look at it first but is not a good idea when you think about who is going to stop spawn-killers and spawn-campers.
I wish there was a system implemented on surf like the spawn protection on other XG servers because a lot of the time the "trust method" of allowing players to be trusted not to kill someone in their spawn does not work most of the time and when it does work, Its because they weren't going to anyways.
(thats just me though)

Fighting someone with spawn protection is always annoying and honestly I feel fighting people would be more fair with it removed.

I haven't seen any reason for you to be discord staff, but i haven't seen any reason for you to not be discord staff either

I don't think it's possible to edit how any of the rtds work like that
 
however this is actually possible on it, because i'm 80% sure we have removed instant kill from it at one point
 
but I don't think we should mess with rtd in any way, exept maybe adding instant kill back onto the rolls but I don't think we should cause that's pretty unfun and unavoidable if someone gets it
