I want to join XenoGamers because all the times I have been here, I had a blast with members here and it made me thought that i can join a great community with great people.

I love the xg community. I am very active on the xg servers and am known by pretty much everyone. I also want to become part of staff because I sometimes play when other admins or moderators aren’t on and I notice people breaking the rules. I would like to make the xg comminity a better/more fun place (if that’s possible)

+1, this man right here is the main reason why I still play tf2 to this day. He inspired me to become a better moderator and showed me what I need to do to succeed. This man deserves CM but hey, he decides what he wants to do, I know he can be busy at times but he at least deserves to get his old position back in my opinion.

You need to take care of you first and foremost. You're absolutely the funniest person I've ever met on Tf2, and will be missed.

I have been working 70 hours a week due split between two jobs, and this has shown no signs of slowing down at all. I also feel the need to apologize for my lack of activity as well. I take great pride in my work ethic, but the display I have shown to all of you is shameful on my part. Any job, volunteer position, or commitment is a promise, and I have demonstrated poor integrity in that regard to all of the staff members, so I apologize.
