Okay, @MJP, let me try this again and address everything you said.

He did not have a right to be pissed, he messed up and had to deal with the consequences of that. I am pretty much repeating myself at this point so I will not go into more detail. See previous post.
I do not understand the point you are trying to make with this sentence. From what I am gathering you are essentially saying that if you had been called out for doing something stupid your reaction "would not have been good for anyone"? I will assume that was just poor word choice and ignore it.

 
Right. The whole "Get a life" retort. Original. Just to clear something up, there were very few people who took a 'shit' on him for his behavior, even then I would simply call those responses unproductive at worst. Unless you call pointing out and asking for the behavior to stop 'taking a shit on them'. Very few people were outright ugly to him until he started acting like a brat. I do not condone it, but seriously. Also, spamming forums is not just 'whatever', it is a rule, and it is there so people do not create topics and posts that have no substance to them just to obtain a position of power. It exists for a good reason, as it is a good indication of the patience and maturity of the offender if they break it.
Here is the biggest problem I have. While from your perspective it may appear as if we were dog piling, in reality it looks that way because the people that all posted something similar agreed with one another. Even then, most posts had some original take, and suggestions on how he could have improved. It is possible to provide constructive criticism you know?

Just to close out here, I want to state for the record that I do not hate @DepressedNeonNepp. He is just a kid who has problems with making rash and short-sighted decisions. I think most of us fall under that statement. However, what I do hate is defending and/or giving that behavior a pass. That goes hand in hand with shooting down criticism because it does not seem nice.

That is all, I am done with this, it was a messy affair from start to finish. Frankly I do not think this is the best avenue to continue such a discussion, partly because it is a rather ironic topic, but more importantly I have said all I feel needs to be said. Listen, please. We don't have an issue with you. We NEVER did. Until you realized the requirements for mod you began to post a little too much and began to un-necro posts. Trust me I never had an issue with you nor do I wish to start an issue with you. If you try and take a different approach on things I bet we would all gladly keep you and be happy to have you here (not saying that we would be glad to have you gone, to some of us it is a sad thing to see). The forums was the main issue, and the bit of toxicity that came out of this post. That was it. Trust me just take a little bit of a different approach such as post to other posts instead of making a large amount in a short amount of time. Thats what I did and here we are, I applied for mod after the time being and to be fair it was almost as fast as you gaining your post. If you did it in a slightly more ethical way we would all wouldn't have any issues. Also its never to late to change. If you still have the interest try and come back and be a rule follower, be kind, and importantly try and avoid being toxic, even if its the slightest bit. I did that and it worked like a charm. I'm always here for you man and Im here to help if you do care to come back I would gladly be here to help and do my best to improve your status among the community. Just do please take this post with a grain of salt. Don't forget that I am here for you, all of us are. Just some little changes will make us all believe that you can be a mod. I feel like MGE is the most reasonable way to go. While a skill surf server would be nice, it's going to split the group of people who go on surf.
 
With MGE, it gives people who want to duel an easily accessible place to do, and could also help cut down the amount of complaints about trying to duel on other servers like TGH.

MGE servers rarely receive player traffic, and those who do come on don't keep coming back.

I would personally love an mge server. It would make 1v1 my noobie friends a lot easier since we could just by like hey join mge instead of something complicated such as hey join my server or lemme invite you.
Honestly though I would still be happy with a jump server

This is just a general PSA:
While community interaction and involvement is almost always strongly encouraged and appreciated, it is important to remember that constantly creating new threads in general can be a bit overbearing and annoying to other users - i.e. just not the best forum etiquette. If you have threads you would like to contribute to our community, make sure you're thinking about the best place to put them (for example, this one would be well suited under our trading category). Being careful about not creating new threads constantly is also important because it makes sure that nobody else's threads get buried, making sure we all have adequate representation of our opinions in the community!
Also as a relevant note to some of the other threads that have popped up: Grave-digging (bring up threads that have a closure to them either via time, loss of relevancy, or visible ending of some sort) is very highly frowned upon and can get you into some trouble, so please try and keep forum conversations to things that are still on going and relevant to our community!
Lastly, Just a reminder to please be respectful to each other when at all possible. We are a community and while its not always easy to get along with each other, its important to try and at least try to avoid aggressive actions towards others weather it be in threads or in direct messages involving community matters. Please focus on keeping threads on topic and if there are any interpersonal issues, this is not the place to be handling them!
