everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, george zimmerman is considered innocent in a fair and public trial, the fact that everyone is butthurt that hes not been proven guilty just goes to show that the legal system shouldnt be determined by close minded, quick-to-react idiots that derive their conclusions based on the emotion of the situation and not solid facts and evidence. this is how problems are dealt with in xg, if there is no solid proof of someone breaking rules, than we will not punish them for it, no matter how pissed off the person accusing them is. the prosecution fucked up and the defense did their job properly, george zimmerman has been acquitted and people should get the hell over it, only reason why anyone cares is because it was blown up by the media, if it wasnt, it wouldve come and gone like the thousands of other court cases in america. also have some knowledge of law or some kind of legal background before commenting on something you know little about (this goes to everyone in general, not being specific or anything)

The screenshots do prove that Jordo doesn't take his duty seriously. People everywhere on any online game TF2, CSS, DOTA 2, WOW, COD, UT, etc have always complained about admins being abusive, favoring, and ignoring people's complaints to the higher ups and when they don't do jack it hurts the community. Im sure we've all been victims of admin abuse in the past before joining xG. Jordo needs to address this issue and come with a decision. Either be demoted or start being a little more serious.

As far as I know this was not during late night jailbreak, so I dont know why that is being brought up here. This has been a constant issue with jordo. This isnt the first time that jordo has done something like this, and at least from my point of view I havent seen him show that he knows the rules very well. I'm sure that there are others out there who can attest to this (and just look at that random ban he did for no reason, even though he started shooting to). I was thinking about making a protest a while ago about him, so I guess this is as good as a place as any. I really don't think he does his admin job well, and in many cases just replies with immature comments when somebody questions him, as seen with chuck. Thats certainly not the way to handle situations. Whether it be a demotion or talking to, something really needs to be done about it.

the reason why they are innocent is because people can get a million people to all say the same thing about a person and have that person convicted based on sheer numbers, it creates a mob mentality and allows someone to basically choose whoever they want to be thrown in jail, this is otherwise known as a dictatorship in the making, the person can choose to throw all political opponents into jail and proclaim himself as a god if he wanted to. its not a major flaw, otherwise i could accuse u of murder and BAM you're thrown in jail just because i said so and not based on any evidence whatsoever, its also why the legal system isnt judged based on emotion cause it clouds judgement and creates an incredibly biased system that's infinitely worse

There was nothing community about it. If youre going to have a community night there needs to be something somewhat organized. Not a bunch of people freekilling, spamming !csay and allchat. These nights could be fun if someone could warden for 10 seconds without it getting passed on them or "warday in cells" which leads to everyone getting "freekilled". Try doing things like wardening with absurd rules, or have in cell orders like, "all t's get on sinks and face pool" or some shit like that. Having lax rules doesnt mean freekill everyone it means giving orders that you normally wouldnt be able to give during reg hours like having Duck Hunt or Fish In a Barrel. Opinionated days are also really fun when you ask something thats a touchy subject, let the T's be creative. Running around spamming all the admin commands youre too afraid to use during regular server hours isnt entertaining.

As in asking them to stop freekilling and for them to control it. For the most part they did, but Im not going to go hand out bans to everyone. In part it is my fault that it got that way. It was both me and Jordo warning them to stop, and yes it did get to the point that they were threatened with a ban if they didnt stop freekilling (which did stop it for the most part). What im trying to say is that there should be a point to the night. A theme or something. Good servers arent good because they allow shitshows to happen, there fun because they have exciting community nights with events and new ideas to try (or plugins but thats a different story). If theres no point to the night then youre just gonna have repeats of last night where every mod who wants to can spam admin commands and screw up the whole round. Admins job is the administrate the server, regardless of a community night with "no rules" its still youre (all mods/admins/others) to regulate the server and its the DM/DL's job, even though it shouldnt be (we should have a community organizer for each division) to create fun community nights the whole clan and random players can take part in equally, not one that favors administrators to randoms.

The day is not as much fun if we all cant target @@Gkoo . I say we demote Gkoo to Moderator for these kind of nights. And give us powahs like slap, timebomb, burn, freeze, bury, drug, please and thankyou.

Im reposting what I said on the other thread, without the tagging Late night JB is bad imo, SOME people want to enjoy the game and not be slayed every second by someone else, all this is , is an excuse to abuse (You guys knew it wasn't allowed when u got staff powers, stop trying to find excuses to do so). It's not a horrible idea, but you guys aren't treating it as a lenient day, you're treating it as a "Lets abuse day" Late night in older xG, was lenient, shit was enforced, yet we didn't have people massfreekilling every second, or calling wardays in cells, If you TRULY wanted to populate servers, you would do community nights, face it, "late night JB " is an excuse to abuse, as soon as it turned 11: 30 admins only started abusing, slaying and kicking eachother. This doesn't look good to newcomers, they will see us as disorganized, and without rules. Causing them to tell theirfriends not to come, and then you guys wonder why xG isn't as populated as it used to be. This shouldn't be allowed to be a day, the only reason stuff ISN'T lenient is because you all complain about rules, making them strict as hell. Though if people are really bored and want something different in their life they should get a girlfriend (not trying to come off rude >_>). I really dont see why its a smart decision to keep anything more than: Jailbreak, RPG surf, Minigames, Slide Race and Bhop. Im assuming every server runs with its own separate cost, theres no point to keep these other ones up to be populated once every 2 weeks. Both a logical and business decision would say to only keep the ones listed (as they do get populated) and remove the rest. Whether or not the money goes towards CS:S, which it should, it is still a decision that should be made for the benefit of all of xG.

I'd like to know ahead of time how tight the budget is regarding the CS:S Division. That way I can appropriately determine how many servers [in my opinion] should be shut-down. Otherwise, the four I've voted for are RPG Surf DM, Build Wars, Gun Game, and the Christmas servers. Reason being: Let's face it, RPG Surf DM is dead. We already have an RPG Surf which is highly populated [when compared to RPG Surf DM] and it's pretty much the same concept. In almost all my time being here in xG, I have never once seen players on Build Wars. Granted, I never exactly monitor it nor do I check it, but judging by the sheer amount of people voting for it, it's a given. Yet another empty server among our many. Rarely do I see players on here, unless it's a group event. Needs to go if we are that tight a budget. Need I say anything? It's not exactly the "season to be jolly" so why is this even here? Takes up space, costs Silence more, needs to go. (I will however agree with what Twig suggested; this being the conversion of the Christmas server into a vanilla CS:S Server. This should really be considered [depending on how tight our budget is]) The reason I didn't cut out servers such as AWP/Scout, Death Run, and ZE/ZM(?) are simply because these servers are almost always used when a community event is being held. Granted, the most previous Community Night (excluding HidingMaster's Community Knight) had Gun Game in the server rotations, but it was far too much chaos to handle and drove players away. So, again, here are why I personally think these servers should stay: AWP/Scout may be unpopulated, but with the removal of Gun Game, there will be no other "competitive" servers we have [with the exception of our Scrim server, unless Twig's idea of a vanilla server is pushed through]. Death Run simply because it's extremely fun with a large amount of people. During a Community Night, most of the players/members thoroughly enjoy Death Run. I know, I know. Why keep ZE/ZM? The exact same reason presented for Death Run. Sadly, the plugins are broken and the server itself is pretty much out of order. If no one can step up to edit or fix it, then it is with a heavy heart that this server should be removed. Just my two cents on this whole thing. Everything but RPG surf, minigames and jailbreak should be scrapped. All of the other servers are rarely populated and are just dragging us down.
