Due to poor conduct recently, you will be restricted in access of commands and resources you can use. Pretty much everything that isn't needed, such as colorize, advanced infinite ammo and such will be removed. Too much abuse has been going around lately, and poor conduct has forced me to do this. Until it's re-added, do not complain. Also, from now on, I will no longer notify about small changes. If a server overhaul is taking place, then I have to notify you, as instructed by @@Forest , but for small plugins, like amplifier and rtd, no such notice will be given. If you request what has happened to a plugin, feel free to ask, but don't complain simply because it inconveniences you. Feel free to comment.

+1 for ct ban , I aprove that the mods now are not very smart and I think that people who have played with xg for a long time and have been xg for a good amount of months or years should get mod/admin because I am tired of the paid for mods just not doing anything plus a good amount of them never read the admin handbook or motd.

I don't think that's right though... Because if I say it in a different sentence altogether that's still not trying to get them killed, it's simply another way of phrasing "go". Or as Diabeetus says, "People just need to pay more attention and actually listen to the warden every once and a while...". I think that it's not for getting them killed, as I demonstrated when I repeated three whole times very clearly, but more for getting their attention. In addition, the definition of tarping for C:SS by the Updated MOTD in the forums, "Tarping: Giving orders that conflict eachother. Example: "Jumping is restricted, croutching is restricted, standing is restricted, wasd freeze, now all of you go to big cage or be killed". Tarping is ONLY allowed after 3 minutes and 3 orders have gone by." If this isn't correct, I'd make sure it's changed so people like me don't get confused. @@Forest

A tarp is any phrase or any sentence given by the Warden that contradicts or causes confusion for the sole purpose of getting Ts killed (and possibly even freekilled). In other words, if your intention was to have them leave their cells by saying it in a different sentence altogether, then you were tarping.

Yes, please keep brining up events from 2 years ago as if they apply to this matter. He was a troll who didn't care if he was banned or not and when he actually got banned he "turned a new leaf" and "won't troll ever again." He brings nothing positive to the server and only causes problems on teamspeak. No reason to unban him.

I slayed everyone because I wanted to the round to last longer, so I could continue testing the crits plugin. You were banned for being a smartass. You continued to complain for an entire hour after the server was up. I told you to stop, then you created a vote. I cancelled the vote, and said stop trying. It's gonna stay that way. You then continued to complain after the map changed, and started being a smartass. I banned you for a day, and you go ahead and make an abuse thread, plus a thread that says "worst division leader, along with a vote. And I'm supposed to take you seriously? toplel You could have confronted me more maturily instead of complaining constantly, even after I told you to stop. And I didn't tell you to only play on our servers. I just expected in the week I was gone that you would make some attempt at populating it. But instead, you go on other servers, even after I complain that the servers aren't getting filled. The last 3 times I told the community to vote on a server, they died after a week. - Freak Fortress 2 Dead - Saxtonizer Random Dead - Rotation Dead - Unusual Trade Dead - Prop Hunt (Before your time) Dead The servers I set up, like the n64 server, pokemon, deathrun and old freak fortress got populated fast and stayed populated, so I made another server. I am thinking about removing the full motd and playing with the simple motd only. If you don't know how to enforce quality rules that make a server run smoothly and all you do is find ways to slay people then you shouldn't be a staff member.

Not for themselves. Powers aren't given so you can just be a higher rank than everyone else. The reason you feel like it's a job is because it is a job. Why else are you given powers to slay/gag/kick/etc if not to keep the Server enjoyable for everyone else? If you wanted to just be someone to play on the Servers and not deal with any of that, why are you accepting this position? I'm starting to get this idea that a lot of Staff Members only took the position to be better known and more respected, and that's it. You aren't there to have fun. Moderating isn't fun. I hate to say it, but there's truth in those words. If you guys are starting to feel like it's more of a chore and you've had enough, I strongly suggest stepping down from your position. I suggest this merely because we need Staff who don't mind getting on when they need to be on if just to moderate. Regardless of whether or not it's boring and stale, as I said earlier, your prime objective is to make the game enjoyable to others, not for yourself. You're Staff Members, and you're there to maintain rules and regulations, not to prance around because you have a flashy title or anything of the sort. I don't want to see a slew of CS:S Staff on TS3, but not a single one on CS:S Jailbreak or whatever server needs it most. This isn't directed to anyone specifically so much as it is to anyone in general who happens to fall under this category. Any of the older staff who say they enjoy jailbreak are lying through their teeth. It's so dull and boring at this point, I only find it enjoyable when friends are on. With all the little kids, furries, and bronies who play now give jailbreak a daycare atmosphere(which makes it so much harder to even be on the server).
