@@Matsi You still have to perm for mass freekill, its been discussed before, if YOU have a problem with that, you should NOT be a mod. We (all the mods) didn't become mods to do whatever we want, if you dont enforce something a way a mod is supposed to, you dont deserve mod.

In light of recent events. This is for discussion for the CS:S community. I want all of your input. We currently CT ban permanently for 3 freekills. However, I think permanently banning people who UNINTENTIONALLY mass freekill is a waste of a perfectly good CT. Most of us have made a mistake and been ct banned before. You know how it feels to be CT banned for messing up. I propose that we change the length of an UNINTENTIONAL mass freekill to 2-3 weeks. This would save us the trouble of having to just unban the people who mess up. Whether you +/-1, give a reason. Give your opinion. If you think it should work some other way tell me.

99% of the time they get it changed to a X week CT ban, so why even bother with perming them, and instead just doing the X weeks Because if it were to be changed to that, there would be a lack of organization and it would rely heavily on Moderators/Administrators to determine whether or not it was unintentional or intentional. It's not so much distrust of Staff; it's more of the fact that a situation may occur where it cannot be made clear whether or not it was intentional and a Staff Member may say it was, while another say it wasn't. If we keep it permanent, it's a fast remedy to the situation and can be easily discussed/solved via forums in a neat and organized manner (CT will plead their case, and Staff on at the time will say what they saw and a solution can be made after evaluating the information given).

I already only ban people for 1 week when they unintentionally freekill more than 2 people because I'm not stupid and I have that thing called common sense... you should try and get some :) Matsi that's called abuse. The last few times I've been on JB it's gone literally like this: Warday, FRLR day, Map game (finally), warday, FRLR day, Map game, etc. Can we spread out the amount of days between FRLR or otherwise discourage it? Funny you're saying he has downs when he's right. You HAVE to ban them perm if they mass, NO MATTER WHAT, whether it be the circumstance, or the person, must be perm. They can protest it and get it shortened, but they must be originally perm or it is abuse. If you don't like the admin handbook's rules, dont be a mod, because you have to follow it's rules, and ban lengths.

Ok so turns out the creator of ba_jail_future_beta 'Kirby' added me to steam friends and explained all the rebelling abilities around the map. I would now say its actually more T sided than CT if anything... There are numerous guns lying around the map and a couple secret teleports within the cells. I actually recomend uploading this map too, ask me on steam for further information I don't want to openly give out too many map secrets.

-1, it's minor abuse, nothing to warrant any major punishment. @@Kirigaya_Kazuto For as long as you are mod, you will have people calling you a bad mod(Mostly the people who are just pissed off about being slayed, even if it was valid), eventually you'll have to adapt to it. @@Matsi There are varying types of disrespect. There is a thing called "Admin disrespect", meaning they're disrespecting their job as an admin. Though it shouldn't be taken seriously, someone saying "You're a bad mod", or anything of that sort, CAN be considered admin disrespect. If someone called you a shit mod I doubt you wouldn't be defensive about it.

The concept is simple; we marry a CT (most likely warden) and a T of his choice (or whoever answers a trivia question correctly) and the T follows him around. He still have to do everything else with the T's but the only difference is that he just follows the CT around. If CT's wife/husband dies, CT must commit sudoku. We used to do it all the time so I dont understand why people say it's never been done before. Let's get some input on this. @@John @@DarkWolf6052

-1 thats what ban protests are for. We don't need another time to add to the list of times and @@Matsi that will get you demoted if you continue doing it. We have guidelines to follow, and it has been talked over many times as Shadowspy said. If they mass be it intentional or not, they are to be permed.

-1 I've been friends with Kirito/Nick for years, and he does take disrespect seriously. The gag was valid because the mod felt disrespect from a statement that was meant to do emotional damage. Sure, if someone said "bologna is stupid" and was gagged, that would obviously be invalid, but it was 100% viable. Also Megarobin is a qt 3.14

Another one of the reasons why it should remain how it is though. In some situations, it is extremely hard to determine whether or not something was intentional or unintentional. This is why we have Ban Protests, to weed them out. The offending CT can plead their case as to why they did what they did, and then Staff can determine whether or not to reduce the ban or keep it as is. Alright then perhaps we could make it a flat 2 week CT ban if proven accidental in their ban protest?

I do not deny i did freeslayed him. I didn't hear him say jumping was restricted and he killed me. I did not gag him for arguing with me about the freeslay, I gaged him for dissrespect. I said I was sorry it was an accident but then after i say that, he says "Wow new mod freeslayed me, What a fucking idiot" I count it as disrespect so i gaged him.
