As we have no (or I haven't seen any, if there are any then gg @me) rules regarding Donator perks, I believe this is warranted. Since it's inception (insert Inception Bwong here), I have noticed the voting system being abused to start unnesecary votes, using all chat (or /csay) used too much for the wrong reasons, and most recently boss spawning used to the point of exaggeration. Yes, I know what you're thinking "John Madden, you're no fun. just shut the hell up and play the game." (>inb4) But it's starting to become a concern that some of these perks used to be/still are staff powers, such starting votes and all chat/ csay are being abused and may affect the quality of game play/ server experience for people who are new or have frequented our community's servers/forums. Here are some of the rules that I think should be added. (Suggestions from everyone else are welcomed): Use vote system only to vote for boss spawning (IDK, someone add more that could affect other players) Do not spawn more than 1 boss or 10 skeletons at a time. Do not use No Clip perk (Unless you RTD'd to get No Clip) to kill other people or (for engineers) spawn buildings Do not use /csay for everything! Only use it to point out rule breakers (Can't think how else it can be used other than this one) Any suggestions/comments/opinions are welcomed. @Kbwaszzz @kbraszzz @Vector @ShockeDeel @TheTheRejects @BonfireCentipede @Nomulous EDIT: Keep it clean people. Don't start flame wars and don't shitpost.

Anyway, here are my suggestions: No Powerplay except on trade servers. If you use !betheghost and you're the last one alive in an objective game mode, you must slay yourself. No using the !behhh or !bemerasmus command to become a server boss (i.e. fighting people) unless there's a vote, and since hhh is glitched to switch him to blue, you may not kill people with it. No spawning bosses on larger, more problematic maps, since it crashes the server. (Trade OOT, Minecraft towns, etc) No spawning bosses on JB unless it's a freeday + vote or for lr. You may deny lr if you don't want to spawn them, like admins+ can. Staff can also stop you from doing so. Just my two cents, @kbraszzz and @John_Madden

*NEXT EVENT * RACE FOR WOOL Hi! So the next event is going to be a Race For Wool event. The event will be the upcoming *FRIDAY, JULY 25TH AT 8:00 PM EST* Here are the following rules for Race For Wool: The map is divided into two identical lanes. Each team plays on a lane, and rushes to place colored wool blocks on their Victory Monument, the first team to place all the blocks wins. Each lane is 32 blocks wide, and once the map has started (Both teams leave the starting platform.) players are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN from leaving their lanes. At no point may players leave the 32 block width of their lane, and if they do, the other team may, at their discretion, claim victory and disqualify the offending team. Should an explosion or other game effect move a player off their lane involuntarily, the player must immediately fall into the void and die (likely to happen anyway, but the player might land on a block between lanes...). However, players may, upon both teams consensus prior to the map starting, act upon each other with ranged techniques -- as long as the players stay within their area, they may shoot arrows, push blocks via pistons, or other available techniques to harass and slow down the other team. You can not launch TNT to the other players Victory Monument. (It is in the spirit of the map for players to be as hostile and confrontational to the other team as possible. In other words, they should be SUPER HOSTILE to each other.) Should a player die and not have a bed available to respawn at, they must leave the starting platform and immediatly return to their lane. Players make break blocks, craft, and for the most part play Minecraft as normal, but they must aquire the goal wools from chests in the map, and not use dyes to aquire the wool colors. Players are also prohibited from moving on top of the map ceiling, should such a roof be present. IT HAS BEEN AGREED UPON THAT IT WILL BE RANDOM TEAMS FOR NOW There must be a minimal of 4 players...Usually max amount is 8 players but fuck that rule :p If you choose to participate please remember that the event can take up to 90 minutes. So around 3:30 @Kart msged me that @Matsi was spawning in things without a vote he took a screen shot of the command being done and wanted to make an abuse thread so i made it for him. Not alot of evidence but i made it so yea and @Starfishprime_69 i think can vouch for it i could be wrong(MOVE THIS TO THE RIGHT SPOT)

All of those complaining about it here and saying there were no votes all have also admitted to joining the server AFTER bosses etc. were already spawned, and could not have known legitimately whether there were votes for them or not, and their abuse report is strictly because of something that they joined into not being what they (3 or 4 of them) wanted at that time. The only evidence presented is that there were things spawned. Testimonies from the Prosecutor's Council have all confirmed that the prosecutor and all of his council joined after mobs had already been spawned, thus not being involved in the server wide vote that supposedly approved it (no evidence for or against an approving vote, but if it was not approved i'm sure someone else would have complained who was there when it started) No actual clear rules on the matter, however seeing as it is stated to have had more than 70% of the server population at the time of votes in favor, IMO Matsi was in accordance with decency on the donator perks From this we can conclude that no real abuse of donator powers was done here, and the prosecution was just mad they were the .01% and instead the 99.99% were having fun. gg @kbraszzz since this is your div, you are responsible for le close. here is what I have gathered in a neutral standpoint. i say neutral because i think both parties in this case are faggots.

I suggest putting in rules for donator perks. I've been seeing a lot of people using votes, all chat, and boss spawning wrongly. Since we didn't have rules for this and we have no visual evidence of votes being initiated and cannot rely solely on member testimonies, I believe that Matsi should be let off with a warning for this one. Also, just to give a heads up, there will be a thread opened in the TF2 Discussion section of forums on what rules should be implemented for donators and what should and should not be considered donator abuse. @kbraszzz

+1. Additionally, Egossi continuously camped on JB1 over 10 times while we were both on, and was slain accordingly. Those comments are a response to that, and honestly, members shouldn't be the ones breaking the rules.
