Here's the final decision:
 
1) Matsi is warned to tone it down and keep it PG13. Use common sense when talking about taboo topics. Membership remains.
 
2) The community is warned to stop trying to trigger people (purposely getting individuals upset). CLs/DLs have the ability to punish people who do this, no prior warning required (with sufficient evidence only though).

Also I may not have played in awhile but csgo has the baiting rule too right? So gunplating + baiting. As long as it was the first time he did it(idk if it was or not, just saying) he should only get a slay. But I wouldn't say bonk is wrong either because it's not like he banned him for a week or something ridiculous. Considering they have problems 12 hours seems like he's holding back.

Well one, if you want to be unbanned you need to fill out a "protest a ban" form, not an abuse report. You don't protest two bans in one post; if waldo wants to protest his, then he needs to make a separate one. Three, from the numerous times that whyte has told me about you and your friend doing these "easter eggs", it's not like you don't know the rules.
 
You and your friend constantly exploit and refuse to listen to staff. Not only that, you proceed to talk shit about them behind their backs saying that they are abusive and don't know how to do their jobs. If you don't like it, protest your ban and provide actual evidence to report abuse.
