Just because they don't have a lot of time, doesn't mean they should get a -1. I mean it's your vouch but that's a bit unfair imo. I mean there's people that applied with very little hours as well soo

What are you doing? You made a post early on this mod app about how he's not been here for over a year like he says (which you were wrong about btw) and mention nothing about his activity, maturity, and if he'd be a good mod. This means you as a div manager has provided nothing of use to divs including yourself about if he'd be a good mod yet felt the need to post.
 
Now someone who actually sees him on the servers rated his maturity, activity and gave a brief description that just because he included that he's been there long enough and you felt the need to post on the same thread just to call this member out about how one of his things are not a valid condition, even though everything else is very beneficial to divs of CS:GO. He also could have meant since he was here long enough while following rules, fun to play with that he'd be a good mod since he hasn't had an issue with him for the long period of time that he has interacted with the person. You don't think that is a valid comment for divs to see if he should be mod or not? I really shouldn't be having to tell you about this shit as you've been here a long time, especially since the last time I called you out on this thread you said you were just "dank memeing".

XenoGamers, Was my very first Jailbreak and minigames server, I loved it till i got a mic, After I got a mic I would take and fuck words up. Then I would get bullied for that. Also recently I was muted for "singling a player out" When whenever i join People fucking Singling me out but the mods don't do shit, When i was banned i was banned for trolling panda, I SWEAR TO YOU, if anyone else did that the mods would've left.
I try to get a new start and drift away from my past but this server doesn't let me.
Btw i wont be joining, so im just going to say this

You blatantly broke a rule in order to gain an advantage over others through cheating. No one forced you to do this, you chose to cheat through using scripts on xG servers yourself. By doing so, you knew fully the consequences and the consequence is a ban. This thread seems pretty irrational.

Alright I finally got back to this. For context I'm an Autistic Person, and have previously been affiliated with a national Autistic Advocacy Organization. I've also done a bit of Lobbying in D.C. against a bill that would have given parents access to tracking their Autistic children via GPS in a way that violated the childs HIPAA privacy rights. You'll notice that I've exclusively used the word Autistic to describe myself and other Autistic people here, that was intentional. Most Autistic people prefer to be referred to that way. It's not an insult. We think logically, and it's just more correct. Autism isn't an appendage, or something I carry around with me, or something somehow separate from me being a person. It's a state of being that colors every experience and can't be turned off. So I just don't really trust a thread claiming to know what makes Autistic people more comfortable when they went beyond even the common "person with" or "has Autism" all the way to "suffers from", which is what people like me actually have much more of a problem with and want to stop. Autism isn't suffering. It's uncomfortable at times, and can put you in bad situations, but it isn't suffering. Calling it that just diminishes the positive qualities and experiences that Autistic people have and only leads to the general public pitying us rather than looking at us at equals, so let's stop with the "suffers from" talk.
 
 
As for the thread though, I don't see it as the biggest issue and seeing as I've already explained Autistic People preferring to be called such It's obvious I'm against outright banning the word. But seeing as the one driving principle of Disability Rights movement and Autism/Neurodiversity movement is "nothing about us without us" this decision should be made largely by the people it actually affects.
