I don't think it was any ill intent from Krampus, but I definitely think that either both sprays should follow the same guideline as the only difference is just one is cartoon and the other isn't. It's still lewd + censored (even though the first image isn't a great censor lol)

    +1 for rule clarification
-1 for any punishment on kramp

Might I just say, that Kass spray wasn't cropped like you believe, at least not much. I only cut a tiny bit off the bottom so I could remove an iFunny watermark and make the spray work for the spray format. What you see there is basically the full spray, no exposed donut hole or genitalia. However, I myself was confused by Krampus's decision to condemn your previous sprays and not mine. I was told by other staff that as long as a spray does not show exposed genitalia or exposed breasts, or properly censors those things, then it was allowed. That's why when Krampus told me no explicit nudity was allowed, I changed my spray immediately.
While there probably was some bias and confusion in this situation, I think there's a bigger problem at large here. What really counts as an 'explicit spray'? Like I said, when I first became staff, I was told that as long as a suggestive spray was properly cropped and censored, it was allowed, but I've also been told by others, not just Krampus, that explicit nudity of any kind is not allowed, which is why I changed my spray. Frosty says your sprays were okay, and I didn't really have a problem with them (though your first spray is definitely pushing it), but Krampus said they weren't okay. I don't think bias is the only problem here, I think there needs to be more clarification on what kind of nudity can be allowed.
If someone takes a pornographic image that normally would not be allowed and properly censors it, is it still against the rules or not? I don't think this is something we can just leave up to staff discretion anymore, because that's how confusion like this happens.

Two minor changes to take note of

Due to the previous issues that have occurred and strong disagreement in when bans should and should not be disregarded, an actual "decay" is going to be implemented for server bans.
Any bans that occurred one year prior should be considered out dated and not effective on the length of new bans issued to players (Unless the ban itself was of a greater length of time).
This also doesn't change that staff should highly consider the reasons for previous bans and not base current action off just a time frame.

Another small change is for the wording of the rule on custom images. This is to make part of it less vague and more clear where the line is held.

Sprays, avatars and items that are able to be customized cannot contain the following: explicit nudity/genitalia, racism, hate symbols, gore, derogatory content and images of sexualized minors (this includes drawn images).

So hopefully these serve to make things more defined both for staff members as well as new comers.

Just for data. The situation is you join a server looking to play an actual game of Team Fortress 2. What map did you search for?
Sorry, I'm not including meme, flawed or stalemate-y game modes like Attack/Defense, Payload Race, Capture the Flag, or Medieval Mode, we'll get to those later. You can vote as many maps as you want per poll, but please try to keep your answers limited to maps you genuinely like in order to keep vote inflation low. Maps are listed alphabetically, if you don't know what a map is, I've provided the actual name of the map in game so you can load it up on your own and check it out.

(Edit): I'm an idiot and I forgot cp process but I'll just assume that most people like it. The polls are more to find out which maps nobody likes than to find out each map everyone likes, and process is a pretty bread-and-butter map.

Frusty reacted to realBelloWaldi in Jailbreak Community Event Interest Check
    Hello everyone, it's me!
Recently, someone had the idea of hosting a community night once a week where we would play a bit of jailbreak.
I don't think it's a secret that the Jailbreak server is beyond dead at this point, but I am sure there are still some people who would be down to join.
While the Jailbreak server has introduced me to XenoGamers back in 2013 and I personally really enjoy the gamemode, I'm not sure how many of you guys are familiar with it and would be willing to join.
If we're going to have these kinds of community events for Team Fortress 2 as well, we'd need to find a good time where most of the people are available. This event is probably going to happen on Fridays or Saturdays. So please comment down below if you're interested. If you are interested, it would be very helpful to me to be told at what time you are available, which would help to determine when exactly this is going to happen.

Stuff like this should always be a case by case basis, I have no issue if he does start as mod and works his way up, but since he stepped down from DM, I think it would be fine due to his previous experience. Once again, I am indifferent either way, and am fine with letting the TF2 staff decide, it's just my two cents.

Game Name: The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth (by Edmund McMillen)

Platform: Windows, OS X, Linux, Playstation 4, Playstation Vita, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, New 3DS, iOS, and Wii U

    Time Spent: 1000+ Hours
    Do you recommend? Yes.

What you rate the game: 10.1

Initial Thoughts: This game came out on November 4, 2014. My first thoughts seeing this game was complete and utter excitement because I had loved the first game and the DLC Wrath of the Lamb, even looking at the reviews on it I saw that it was a great game with a lot of people giving it amazing reviews. Most game critics gave this game an 8 or a 9 with IGN giving it a 7.5. With the first game in the series thought to be the best indie game ever that made me wonder what Rebirth would be like.

    Pros:
The game starts off with an intro that explains most of the backstory to this game so you can actually understand why your character is going through this hell to begin with.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXzJFoaQxsU

The game starts you off with a character select screen that looks like this

You have 2 characters unlocked (Isaac, Magdalene) with every other one locked (Cain, Judas, ???, Eve, Samson, Azazel, Lazarus, Eden, The Lost)
Most of these characters are easy to get with a bit of playing with the exception of The Lost.

The game starts you off with 6 floors to go through that are the Basement 1 & 2, The Caves 1 & 2, and The Depths 1 & 2.
There are bosses on the end of each floor that get harder as you go on.
After you beat the game once or twice you get new floors to go through that are the Womb, The Cathedral, The Chest, Sheol, and The Dark Room.

Once you beat the game even more and more it unlocks more floors and eventually gives you this achievement.

This unlocks alternatives to the floors you have already gone through and they are The Cellar, The Catacombs, Necropolis, and Utero.
This provides a lot of shit to do for a while as you can start getting used to these new floors and enemies in them.

This game also tracks your progress on characters for what rooms you have beaten.

This goes only on the character you beat it on so it provides an incentive to play every character just to get each and every one of these "notes" on that character.

Now to talk about the DLC's for this game, Afterbirth and Afterbirth+
Afterbirth came out in October 30, 2015. Everyone that played Rebirth and the little community behind it never expected this because we had been told it would keep being delayed for a long long time.
Then Afterbirth+ came out on January 3rd, 2017 in which the same thing happened as Afterbirth.
Combining both of these The Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth got 183 new items added to the pool, 52 new trinkets, 7 new bosses, 3 new endings to the game, 12 new transformations, Greed Mode, seeds, 10 new challenges, daily challenges, and countless new monsters. There was much more added but I have gotten much too used to the new DLC's that I have forgotten those new changes.

In Afterbirth a new mode was added that was called "Greed Mode" that really focuses on the concept of a shop based mode.
Waves of enemies come at you on a timer after you hit a button in the middle of the room and if you hit the button again it will stop the waves of enemies coming at you at the cost of 1/2 of a heart.

At most you have 11 waves on each floor in which there are 7 floors to go through.
For each wave of enemies you fight you get money to spend on in the shop to get items, hearts, keys, bombs, etc.

Once you go through 6 of the floors you get to fight Ultra Greed,
In this fight you start off fighting one of the Basement bosses, Monstro.
The cool thing about this fight is, however fast your DPS is, it scales Ultra Greeds health to go along with that so you can't just EZGG your way through the fight, it actually takes skill.

Ultra Greed has an assortment of moves with all of them having some sort of connection to money.
    Yeah thats kinda it.
    Well anyway

Now for the fun part, all of the items.
In the original game there were 341 items, in Afterbirth there were 436 items, and in Afterbirth+ there is a grand total of 504 items.

There are amazing items combinations that you can do with all of these items.
My personal favorite is Brimstone + Rubber Cement + Spoonbender which can do this

After you have EVERY SINGLE ITEM at least ONCE.
    You get this achievement.

    Cons:
    This game can be hard.
There are enemies that are just gimmicky that I fucking hate

    Fuck these enemies.

Also there is a hard mode which makes all "Champions" (colored enemies) do double damage to you.
This game had a lot of luck involved, if you keep getting shitty items over and over again you arent going to be finishing that run unless you have a lot of time and skill.

Another con is that this game is super religious
The game is basically based around Religion and Christianity.
Every single Character is someone from the Bible and if you look more into the lore of the game you will see that EVERYTHING IS INVOLVED WITH RELIGION. :(

    Final Thoughts:
This is my favorite indie game of all time, nothing has ever come close to it. This game is so random and replayable people have played it for over 7k hours and even made youtube channels surrounding it. I have only had this game on console but I plan on paying another 30 dollars just to get it on PC and if I ever get a Switch im buying it on that as well. I started playing this game the second it came out and it has not disappointed me yet. The synergies of items you can get and all of the bosses/new DLC's just keep making me come back to this game over and over again. Its soundtrack is so nice and this game altogether is comparable to a triple A game. This game wont be worked on anymore as most of the bugs have been fixed and there are no more DLC's coming out for it. A new game that is based off of one of the items in this game is coming out called "The Legend of Bumbo."
There is so much about this game I haven't covered in this review.
This is my 3rd favorite game. It's a really good game.

This would'nt be a problem normally but the Colombian mafia looks exactly the same.
    So I changed it.

So now the Fat thugs can look like the rest of the Russians.

This is my first time doing ANYTHING like this and I admit it wasn't that difficult to make. I plan on making something a little challenging in the future but this is what i got for now. I also plan on going into more challenging games to mod so if ya'll have experience with that send some advice my way. (A modding noob like me can use all the help I can get)

Homing Balls are neat. They're a pretty awesome mechanic for those who play Scout to really support the team, but as it stands they're unbalanced.
I like the idea of Homing Balls, something to stun the Boss so the rest of the team can rack up damage. With some Bosses, that's the only way to get in a lot of damage on them.

If we could somehow nerf them to where they only do what I would call the "Walking Stun", which lasts like 3-5 seconds and lets them still move, then that'd be great.
But until then, I feel like they should be removed. Not only for balance issues, but for the fact that Bosses can use the ability as well.

As I have said before this power-up will not help populate the server at all as it is STILL way too op.
Even with the smaller "homing" hitbox it can still bonk someone for a very long time because it can get stuck behind them as the walk and the second it goes in that "homing" hitbox it stays homing on that person so basically if that hale is walking and a ball gets thrown at him it will to the "ultra" stun or something like that which results in a 10-20 second stun. In this time you can take most of hales health down.
You can throw about 5-20 balls in a round depending on how much people are on.
If we want to populate this server it has to be without homing balls considering it has such a high price and new players are going to look at it and get discouraged very very easily.
With most of us having about 20k points to buy the playpoints perks we will be the only ones that ever have it.
On average 3 points drop for someone in a round so if they wanted to save up for homing balls they would have to play over 3000 rounds just to get this perk.
tl;dr its an op perk that can ruin fun and make people leave the server
