I'd rather there be some reasoning to why staff apps were declined so I'll type this I guess:

Your application was denied because you showed no dedication to the community, lacked in communication on servers and did not particularly help anyone or guide others in terms of rules on the servers where needed. We want to give staff to people who want to make a change before they are staff and show dedication to the community but it did not feel like you brought that. Good luck in the future!

We were already talking about this in higherup chat. I don't want to make the pan the market gardener for demo as almost every other class now has a nerfed version of stock as a weapon, not to mention how the pan is already a meme weapon and is widely used. I would much rather make it for the Scottish Handshake as it is a Demo-only weapon which is literally only a reskin of stock, much like the pan but not multi-class to ruin it for the other classes.

Thoughts on adding maps from Pokemon Trade to TGH? We have a bunch of cool maps that are pokemon related but since Pokemon Trade is almost dead at this point, we don't get any use of them whatsoever. I think it would be cool to add the newer maps on Pokemon Trade to TGH, maybe keeping them on Pokemon Trade at the same time.

Options:

1. Add maps from Pokemon Trade (such as the new map that I have added on trello Apple Woods) to TGH and still keep the map on Pokemon Trade at the same time. (my personal choice)
2. Don't add any of the Pokemon Trade maps to TGH (seems sad because we have cool maps that are basically unused due to #rippkmn)
3. Add all the maps from Pokemon Trade to TGH (would basically say #rippkmn even more and make the community think we're ditching it so probably not the best I would think)

20-30 minutes isn't fair since the others are decently short. It should only be something like 3 minutes.

Everything i said there was towards me and another regular on tgh who was bodyblocking constantly then would shittalk and I would then clap back with shut the fuck up or ur fuckhead after that we left it on that and that's when bonfire told us to stop which we already did and left it.

"Context" refers to the situation that is occurring and considering it with the punishments that you may or may not give. However, context does not make you void from punishment if someone else is breaking a rule. If I got to tell everyone who micspammed, spammed chat, was racist or whatever to suck my dick and call them a faggot or whatever insult exists then I would have a lot of fun but I would also get in serious shit. Someone else breaking a rule does NOT give you permission to break rules yourself otherwise you are no better than the person who broke the rule in the first place. Whether staff was present or not doesn't make a difference to whether you broke a rule or not.

Both parties involved in this have clear histories involving their actions and what they've said. The thing that matters is equal punishment. I have nothing else to say other than that the retaliation from staff was immature and overall embarrassing. The bluntness in both the situation itself and how it was handled was equally as undignified.

All parties will be talked to but equal punishment isn't fair since we aren't going to be banning someone who hasn't even been banned yet permanently because red got permed

I promise you that is just simply not the case as not all staff even have mics so making that a rule would be extremely inconsistent. It used to be that text warnings were mandatory and verbal ones weren't really recommended if that's what you're getting confused with.

That's not true. Text warnings are mandatory unless they acknowledge a verbal warning.

The system is Warn -> Kick -> Hour Ban -> Day Ban -> Week Ban -> Month Ban -> Perm. No kicks are in between the bans after the very first kick and the reason for the ban has to correlate to the previous bans. Red is a special case since he went straight to month ban due to this thread:

I made it very clear what would happen in the event of disrespect again. You have definitely improved your attitude on servers but clearly it's not enough since you are banned again.

I don't want you to be banned because I think you're a cool guy but if this was any other person then you would be permed unfortunately, so it's a -1 from me. Hoping you do a ban challenge.
