      Yes, Our Surf Server has the plugin that allows you to BHOP. bind mwheeldown +jump if you don't want to try to do it your self, if you want to do it yourself, just jump :)

      Jump whenever you hit the ground and air strafe. Don't press W except for the initial jump. So jump and hold A and turn slightly to the left, then jump and hold D and turn slightly to the right. As Supreme said, binding +jump to the mousewheel makes it a lot easier to time jumps, since scrolling your wheel triggers jump like 5 times.
