Hi. I bet no one here knows who I am anymore.

My one and only suggestion for the TF2 div is to keep your staff informed. I've seen time and time again that staff members are enforcing rules that no longer exist/have never existed. Before someone asks me to provide an example- "no spoilers"- I've had one too many players talking to me about how staff members have been enforcing the no spoilers rule, that was dropped just a few weeks after the release of Endgame. It's no wonder that the players bite the hand that feeds them, especially when they feed them moderation that's even worse than the medicine your mom tries to get you to take when you're a little kid.
@Tekk I don't feel like I really need to tell you this, but as the sole higher up for TF2, you should not only look at possible applicants for higher up positions among your current staff team, but among the members as well. This isn't me saying that your current staff team don't have the ability to run the servers well- just that there are probably people better suited for higher up positions among the general populace. It doesn't hurt to keep an eye open for any individuals among our members who have some potential to make the servers more enjoyable.

Greetings all Team Fortress 2 gamers! As a lot of you know the TF2 Division is dying right now. A lot of the people right now are losing their drive to keep the servers populated and that's where you all come in! We need you to post ANY suggestions down below as to how this division can be improved, whether it be new plugins, change around the server modes, anything at all will be helpful.
 
I am starting this thread because I, like many others, want the division to rise up again to what it once was. We have the ability make the server better, but no one had yet to act upon it, so with this thread, we hope to gain some idea of what the people want and how it can improve. I know how it would go down if I applied for some sort of higher up position so I am not going to do that, but when we do gain a roster of higher-ups back in the division, we can start to act and make the servers the best they can be.

was talking to higherups about several additions to the servers in the form of new cosmetic “gadgets,” as well as giving the tf2 div more attention with events etc as community organizer

So a streamer named aimbotcalvin used the minigames server as of tonight, had like 30 people on. scottni and i tried to moderate it to keep it afloat but i couldnt think of ways to talk to the people. So keep your eyes open for anything like that again, had some toxic people ruining it for the others along with a few people being flagged for scripts

So recently cookie_ has come back to the xG servers, and we had a rough ending about a year ago which made him unfriend me because I was a little annoying towards him. When he came back I got onto the server and saw cookie, and there's two cookies. Cookie- will be the innocent, and cookie_ is the person im reporting.

Basically I killed cookie_ and he said in the chat, "I will tryhard on you hunter, don't test me."

So I killed him again, then he called me a pussy.(which I know is not BIG, but he doesn't stop.)

Then after a little while I leave and that's it for the first day, the next day which is today I get onto surf, and the first thing cookie says is, "ohh no its the hypocritical faggot taow, removing my chat now."
And I ignore it. Then he kills me in spawn, so I warn him and he ignores it, then I go spy and domm him, and every single time I killed him, he would say im "fucking bad" or a "pussy".

cookie_ has not dommed me once from coming back  but according to General Beast Kiro/Metal Bandit. Hes been telling everyone that he killed me multiple times and I got mad at him and threatened to ban him, when I actually never told him, "you're too good for me im going to ban you now." What I actually said, was if he doesn't stop with the Staff Disrespect, which I got a little tip from Owl, I would gag him for 30 minutes, I said this to cookie.

I tell cookie_ on his profile that he needs to chill out and stop thinking he's everything because hes being toxic and it's not right.

He then comments on my profile telling lies saying he killed me multiple times so I started to rage. He then goes on to say why are you dragging this on when it's already over,(though he starts random crap with me over 2 year old shit)

He then SPAMS my profile which not only showed toxicity, but immaturity.

He's not needed in this community as he actually states he doesn't care about it and that he would just try his best to get me pbanned. 

All I want is a removal of his permission to chat, and talk on mic. He's shown me in the last two days that he cant handle having a mic or using his keyboard to be friendly, and not be toxic 24/7.

As an added bonus, he goes off on another user for no absolute reason, which ive shown in the 5 screenshots below.

We've got a ton of open slots for emotes now that we have nitro boosters. Post some images that you think would make a nice emote, and the Discord staff team (virr) will decide what stays and goes!

Just kinda throwing it out there, @yadingo just gave me op because he said I was cool. He never told me to do anything. Only reason I was op'ed in the first place was because /sethome wasn't working for members and gave me op so I could use it. If somebody had asked me to help actually build spawn I would have been more than happy to.
 
Also since we all know where this is heading (Your application has been denied, but you may apply again in 30 days), we should probably get this thread closed up.

If you thought I was doing this thinking it was unironically funny, thats a r/wooosh. At the time I thought it was ironically funny and was going to break it afterwards, but instead of asking why I did it you broke them yourself and then kicked me.  Looking back now that makes sense why you did it and
I apologize for my immature actions.

-1 I don't exactly think you're qualified for the moderator position. I personally didn't see you on that often on the server. As well as that I have yet to see anything that would make me convinced to +1 this. I'm also gonna mention when you came into the spawn, and down into the shop while I was working on the shop to build a penis there and go in chat to say "ha ha penis." I'll keep this as a -1 until I see a reason to change it to a +1.
Edit: I was pretty sure you weren’t immature enough to the point where you would find that unironically funny. However, ironically or not, it was not humorous. Also, why would I have to ask you “Hey, why did you build a penis in spawn?” Since it is common sense to not build a penis in spawn anyways. You were opted to assist in building the spawn and were able to place blocks. You abused that fact and to my knowledge, no one else was silly enough to build a penis in the spawn. Judging from your reply to my vouch, I still believe you aren’t qualified for the moderator position.

I don’t know if you’re qualified for the task in hand...
