I don't think it's a matter of argument, tuna has a tendency to heavily push regulations on other staff members and even calls them out on it (nobody else does it out of being instantly shut down by the "staff has final say" rule) when they fail to do so and to be told that you're wrong (especially by someone without power) it makes them feel attacked/offended. Imo he's pretty fit for the position and stays in check with rules even if he can be over the top at times.

I disagree, unless he's DM+ and we specifically wanted him to be active on the different servers and figure out how to populate the dead servers, he shouldn't feel pressured to play on other servers if he doesn't want to do so. Of course if someone needs staff on a specific server to handle a dispute it's different, but just for him to be active in one server is fine. Doesn't matter if you're staff or not, I want you to have fun on our servers, whichever one they may be. Staff are volunteers, and I would never want anyone to feel pressured to spend hours of their time trying to play something they don't enjoy.

I don't even know where to start. So recently I've been seeing staff members enforce a rule that was removed ages ago (the ''no immature voice'' rule) and every time I've had to clarify that its no longer a rule (specifically on surf and a few others) I get told to either: (A) Make a thread on it or (B) Don't argue with staff (which is getting super aggravating). Then I get told that this is ''still a rule'' and that it just means ''don't be a moron on mic'' which is EXTREMELY VAGUE and doesn't help AT ALL with that argument. They also just point me to the ''No voice changers or tts programs'' rule but that makes no sense. Then there's also hypocrisy going on with staff where they'd punish you for being [saying something] ''disrespectful'' but then do it themselves. There are also a LOT of problems with the rules and the way staff portray and enforce the rules because theres a lot of ''up in the air rules'' and the rules themselves need to be fixed across ALL of the servers since its so unorganized and sometimes vague.
P.S. Please make sure your staff actually read the rules before they try enforcing anything because from what i've seen the older staff just snowball a non-existing rule(s) into the new staff and it just gets out of control 
P.S.S. Can you PLEASE fix the ''Dont argue with staff'' rule because staff are using it to shut out people when they're in the wrong and they just make up excuses every single time they're called out for something wrong that they did because apparently criticism is now arguing with someone. ?

another thing is i’ve only joined the servers lately when a mod or dm or dl is on the server other than that i stay away from the dead servers 
how can i improve on something i’ve been trying to improve but just one thing after another with xG and the staff like every single staff member has a different take on donors and me out of all of them like i was looking through member subs and this is the most commented on

This is a Sour Cream Cheesecake recipe from my late grandmother.
Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup oleo, melted
1/4 cup sugar
Mix well and press in bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Cheesecake:
3 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 14 ounce can of Eagle Brand Milk
4 eggs
1 8 ounce container of sour cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand, then eggs, then sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust and bake in the oven preheated to 350 (F) for about 50 to 55 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool, then chill in the refrigerator. Top with a can of cherry or blueberry pie filling.
I already sent this to @YeEternalTuna , but I thought you guys might like to have the recipe as well. If anyone here bakes, you really need to try this out, especially if you like desserts w/ fruit.

(Linguine) Alla-Vongole
Ingredients:
Garlic (Minced) Shallots (Minced) White Wine (Chardonnay) Fresh Thyme (1-2 good sized sprigs) Butter 7-10 Fresh Live Clams Parsley (Finely Chopped) Chili Flakes Pasta (Linguine is what we use, but any pasta will do.) Optional Ingredient:
Canned, Chopped Clams
Process:
Rinse clams to remove dirt/sand then strain Heat pan on the stove and add oil Sweat shallots, then garlic and get aromatic Add Thyme to the pan and let it get aromatic Add clams to pan of oil and then top with wine (enough to let them all be slightly sitting in wine as it boils out.) Cover and let steam to open the clams Add plenty of butter to make a nice buttery sauce [do not melt butter all the way, get it started/warming up] (if adding aditional chopped clams for more clam taste/meat, do so now.) Add pasta parsley and chili, toss to coat. (plenty of parsley for nice color and taste, be mindful of chili depending on how spicy you want it, chili is always optional.) Season to taste with salt & pepper

As you can tell I love charcoal drawing, its been one of my passions ever since I was a small kid, (I still am a small kid but that's besides the point) I thought that this kind of drawing was mesmerizing, and I want to improve. I have snooped around and saw many great artist on the website so I thought I could get some good Feedback. Here are my two favorite pieces I have made. I am officially back from Romania! Thank you @Johny3Tears for writing the original post for me! I have finally made a return after the long time in Romania. As stated in the first post I went to Romania to deal with Family Sickness. I have decided to come out and tell everyone that my Grandparents were diagnosed with Terminal Cancer. I have stayed with them for as long as I could and just a few days ago they had unfortunately passed away. Though this is a very unfortunate event both of my grandparents had told me not to fear, for they will always be there, inside of my heart. Never the less, though I have arrived back I hope that all of you can understand that I may not be as active as I used to be, and that it will take some time before I go back to really being a part of the community. I will still be online and playing for a couple of hours a day on XG servers, but it will be a little bit before I go back to my crazy self of being on those servers all day like I used too. Thank you for reading and understanding my issues and why I may not be as active.

Just don't play victim on your high horse man, it's just genuine criticism for things you've done that you aren't handling professionally.  You can improve on these things still instead of straight throwing a fit and giving up.

Initial Thoughts: I just randomly decided to get a phone game, picked off Clash Royale because it had amazing reviews on the app store and looked cool.
 
Gameplay and Story: There's no real lore or story to it. However, the gameplay is amazing. It's simple, fun, fast-paced, engaging, and very addictive. When you battle someone (The main formats are 1v1 and 2v2), you deploy "cards" onto your side of the area. These cards include troop cards such as the Archers or Knight, spell cards such as Zap or Fireball, and building cards such as Goblin Hut or Inferno Tower. Each card costs a certain amount of elixer, which slowly builds up throughout battle. As they say, using your elixer efficiently is the key to victory. Here's what a battle deck might look like:

Your goals are to defend your two princess towers and, more importantly king tower. You win by destroying the enemy king tower or one or two of their princess towers before the game timer is up. Here's what the gameplay looks like:
 
The ultimate goal of the game is to rank up though the various arenas by defeating opponents in 1v1 battles and unlocking the new cards that come with each new arena you manage to get to. Things like clans and the shop can support you in this. You can use gold (earned from battle and a few other things) to buy cards from the shop, or request cards from a clan you may choose to join.
Also, recently introduced, clan wars. You battle on behalf of you clan to rank up though a different set of arenas. Every week, you'll receive a chest full of cards with loot based on how well you clan did. It's pretty fun.
 
Backstory: Clash Royale is pretty simple in many aspects, including backstory. There is none! There's no real lore or anything to it.
 
Pros: (At least 2 reasons)
- The game is kept well-updated
- Fast, fun, addictive gameplay
- Easy to learn, easy to play but a lot of strategies involved, too. 
- Kid-friendly
 
Cons: (At least 2 reasons)
- The shop (for real-world money) is often a rip-off, refrain from buying anything. Most of the cards you can get with the stuff you buy will be just as easy to get as you rank up though the arenas.
- Sometimes, you can just randomly get kicked by a abusive kid co-leader or elder (ranked players) in your clan.
Final Thoughts:
 
Clash Royale is an amazing, free, fun game for your phone. It's just a nice quick-play type of game, but it is still fun to play for longer durations, too.

So, I was in a clan named cgl, this clan corrupted me and I became someone I'm not today, this caused me to be very VERY inactive in xg, soon maf convinced me to leave cgl which I did and my attitude and time on xg has increased a lot. Now I did something on xg which I regret and to the admin team, I'm sorry, I hope you saw the discord messege, I then started going on xG again to improve my rep, and just have fun! xG is still my happy place, xG still makes me very happy, and I'm proud to even still be on your servers! I've always loved Xeno Gamers as well as the community. Always excited to play on Trade Gaming History and Surf. I've played on xG servers for approximately 5 months now and finally decided to apply for member status.  The reason for joining is so I can have a role in the xG community.

I believe the choice here is very self-evident due to the detailed description @fink gave in his ban protest.
Not only does he regret what he has done, he is also genuinely sorry for it.
Definitely a +1 from me. Should be unbanned immediately. Love seeing real change in people.

Xander's ban has been changed and extended to one week due to the disrespect and toxicity he has caused, but the issue of scamming has been determined to not have been his own fault.
Maf will be banned for one week for trolling and entrapping xander.
