I think it's safe to assume @Forest myself and several others think that this ban request should be a closed case seeing as the only real thing going for a perma ban as requested was "hacking on an alt" but there is no undeniable proof that it is the same person (just a fishy account, however I have had friends that have used hacks before and they don't even add their account they only add some close friends.) As for the other matter (The Loli spray) I personally believe regardless of the "discussed amongst higher ups before banning" that it is quite frankly BS, we have long standing statutes of ban lengths for this particular reason. It's very clear here that several staff members have their own personal belief on this matter, and that is why there was a blanket time that is meant to be used. It even says that if you ban above or below the posted time for it, that it is admin abuse. The user in question could very well post an abuse thread and you literally cannot deny it is abuse since that is a decree from rhodo himself. regardless of having "higher up discussion"

Cheesus crust, there is a reason that our 'Spray' rule is so inexplicably vague; to prevent controversial or otherwise biased bans from taking place such as this. I'll re-iterate once more: if the spray is not PG13 in any shape or form, then abide by the rules and deal out the appropriate warning/kick/ban. Honestly, it doesn't matter if it's a child's cartoon depicting a sexual act, a dude banging an animal, a minor performing a sexual act in the form of a cartoon, who cares; if it's anything that should not be seen by anyone under the age of 13, then warn them to change it, kick them, ban them for a day, ban them for a week, ban them for a month, and then ban them permanently [for repeated offense]. Don't start dragging morals and ethics into the mix when we honestly [shouldn't or] don't give a flying f*ck what the Player's interests are [in regards to a spray]. As long as they abide by our rules on the Server then they can do whatever the hell they want. This means not enforcing or sanctioning your own beliefs and opinions on a Player, and worse, acting on it by dishing out an extended ban time. You cannot, and should not, use your position of power to emphasize your stance on a certain topic of debate, however controversial it may be. This is the reason why we do not condone nor allow political debate, religious debate, or anything in between on the Servers. If someone starts talking about it, warn them not to, gag/mute them if needed, kick, ban, whatever. By no means should Staff be jumping the gun based on how "serious" the topic is and dealing an extended ban time. If this really was justified as per the Higher-Ups, then I honestly do not condone this whatsoever and am worried of the direction we are currently taking towards the enforcement of rules. I won't say it's wrong as it is entirely up to their discretion, but I also do not agree with it in any shape or form.

I'm going vacation to Chicago starting tomorrow until next Saturday on the 29th so I'll see you nerds then, I'll still be stalking the forums or on steam if you need me though but I won't be on any games.

My steam profile is currently hacked and he changed everything about the account, inducing the email and password, so i have no way of getting in, that means i have no control of my account, it isn't even named tippedover anymore, so if your friends with me, i would unfriend cuz idk if ill make it back from this. Division: Team Fortress 2 In-Game Name: Snowy Identity: Steam Community :: Snowy Ban Type: Server Ban Information: Well I'd first like to say by the time this Is read and dealt with then 1-day ban will probably be finished, however I'd still like to throw this out so that the toxicity of certain staff could possibly be more closely monitored and contained. Now I'm am decently new to the xG Pokemon Trading Center server, nonetheless I am becoming a regular on the server. As for banning me for having an inappropriate spray, That Is understandable but pretty harsh for a first time "offense" If you will, Not to mention after being kicked without a word about It I tried to tell whoever It was who kicked me that It was an accident and not intentional,(Trying to run around while trying to type "!rtd" can lead to accidentally pressing T which is the key bound for my spray) however they did not respond so I decided,"alright I guess, I'll just be more careful on my key presses, and If It happens again I'll just move it behind the medicine cabinet In spawn". I ended up pressing It again, and as I planned I went into spawn and put it out of sight. Shortly later, On a different map I believe, I was banned without any precaution or saying. Which wouldn't be the problem If I wasn't so confused to why I was banned? Now I did as advised when trying to rejoin the server and found my way here, to find I was banned for "Ľ spam, toxicity, inappropriate sprays" by Kypari Now, this was pretty informal and unprofessional If you will. But Toxicity does not apply to me or my actions, I don't know If this reaction was caused because maybe he disliked the way I played the game? Or maybe I was killing him a lot?(though I don't recall him being killed by me, or playing at all, unless he/she has a different in-game name.) Whatever It may be I cannot help but feel that was the admin/mod feeling something personal against me. Which I understand can be hard for some people to set aside how the feel in place of responsibility, But from a website so organized I'd expect more properly behaved staff. As for "L' spam", I'm also very confused about this and feel It Is more of just the staff member being annoyed with me personally for some reason. For chat, I use It as regular as anyone does perhaps even less aside from commands. So It really makes me curious to why I was banned or rather, why I'm being suspected of spam? What I think, Is that whoever Kypari Is, I suspect they are a new staff member and most likely bored or looking for opportunities In their role, So they saw my spray and tried to take everything they could to ban someone. Now Spam and "Toxicity" Is all subjective, which Is why I stray away from using chat to speak to others or at all from that matter, Because anything can be toxic. However there Is not a grain of evidence for any of this, I'm saying myself that I sprayed the spray, Which Is wrong but for something that wasn't intentional and not done to harm others? To just flat out ban me I feel Is incorrect. Well that Is all I have to say on this matter, I feel correction of staff Is needed to prevent this In the future, though for right now I fear I will have to wait until my ban time Is over.
