I personally don't have a problem with tatost becoming mod, so long that there is extreme caution. I also believe @Giraffes' point is a valid opinion. 3 months is a really short time which is why in the original member submission i didn't agree with him joining especially after such a short period of time and it's fair to say that he doesn't believe that he could have changed. Also friends are going to support friends no matter what, bias or not you just gotta learn to accept that @Giraffes, that doesn't make their opinions any less valid.

I ain't getting involved. All i'm going to say is that Brian yes had a history of doing this. I have nothing against brian and i am friends with him but i won't deny that he has done this for a little while but even then i personally didn't have a problem with it because it wasn't so bad to the point i punished, however that is MY opinion.

He was (in the eyes of a large portion of the community) constantly toxic while online, but evidence was never gathered, so when we tried to ban him for a long time for something small, it was found invalid by higher ups, because it was an invalid ban. Nothing has changed since then my guy.

Once again the Xenogamers community has disappointed me with players who get offended when they come across straight up absurdity. As mentioned before he has a huge problem with people killing him but he also has a problem with the admins in general @Elcark warned him not to use certain buttons on MASSCC and he instantly threw a fit cursing all admins and left the server before we could even talk to him. Then when I tried to add him to talk to him about his behavior he refused to add me.

People seem to think I'm upset or offended by this, I'm not, and I don't think it's sexual. My issue was that nothing in our rules said "non sexual nudity can be allowed" or "if it's just lines it's fine" It's confusing to new players who get spawned in front of it while the motd contradicts what they're seeing. If we allow exceptions at higher up discretion that's fine, I'd just like to see it written down somewhere. Even a catch all "higher ups can allow exceptions if a consensus is reached" above or below ALL of our rules.

In the months the map has been on the server maybe once or twice question the drawing and you know what happened? when we answered that it was artistic and nothing about it was inherently sexual. Their response? "Ohhhh okay" I mean I don't see how it's so hard to just tell them and they eventually understand it. We don't need to keep getting more and more and more specific with rules when you can quite honestly just tell them the opinion of the upperstaff and use discretion. This is seriously a non issue.

There is a major difference that's already been talked about to death between art and porn. I cannot for the life of me understand how you guys are comparing this picture to say something like actual sex or other creepy shit you see on objectors or sprays. There was also a clear difference between this picture that was drawn to those like abstract who had straight up Pokemon porn. @virr And the higher ups already talked about this and concluded that it was fine so I'm not sure why we need to edit this when the higher ups already agreed to something that wasn't even that long ago.

However, my vote goes to -1, great map, never was a real problem before.

So basically we have a map on TF2's Trade Gaming history that has a full body image of a nude woman, tits, bush, minge and all, and our staff has been allowing it because "it's artistic" well I looked at the rules and they said no nudity and to keep it PG-13, So I'm confused as to where I can find this "If it's artistic nudity is allowed" clause in our rules. I won't post an uncensored image, since nudity on forums is banned artistic or not(LOL it's almost like that's the rule), but here's one with the naughty bits covered by sprays, though it's clear what's happening under said sprays.

I honestly Don't care about the decision either way as I like the map, I just don't want to see special treatment behind the communities back just because a map is well made and fun. If we allow it to stay I'd like a clause added to our rules that we host maps with nudity as long as DM+ find them artistic enough, because otherwise we're just breaking our own rules and confusing new players by randomly spawning them in front of a naked woman 10+ scout models tall while simultaneously telling them through motd that we're a pg-13 community that doesn't allow nudity. I just want consistency with our rules, or just transparency in cases we aren't consistent. that's my reason for making this thread.

Just tagging people who might wanna see or give input since they know duckii jr more than most.

I remember @Rhododendron said, never, ever again, because of his depressive state and his threatens of suicide as well as other problem. He was warned multiple times and is the reason we have this rule in place now. He has had a lot of support over the years as evident in threads but many are just unsure of the decision. For some reason with this new search feature i can't find the ban protests. This decision isn't up to anyone but silence. I'm not sure if i support him getting unbanned or not but i do believe he deserves his voice be heard and it has been a long ass time. If i had issues with Duckii jr, i honestly can't remember them at this point. This clan has changed dramatically and has shifted over to mainly being full of people from the TF2 divison so the only people who can really give a good perspective are @Chrono @Aegean @Forest and @Rhododendron but the decision ultimately falls onto Silence. I'm not sure minecrack really gives a damn but it doesn't hurt to tag him

My +1 for unban was strictly on the basis that screenshots of walling is not enough evidence, unless of course it's Oscar showing that he personally has walls when protesting ducki. (Shoutout to the old boys who know that @Owl @Rabid @Klure)

my post was just a response to the people after as i hardly saw people bringing it up and just decided to do my own investigation. Don't you worry my friend ;). Also LMAO i remember people losing their shit on the server about it.

From the demo cappy provided. You can honestly have an argument that he is hacking, it's incredibly suspicious when he snaps to an AFK scout behind a wall. It's also the way he snaps makes it all the more suspicious. Personally, i am support that shining is using some sort of aimbot and wall hack to track players.

-1 for unban because i believe he is hacking from the demo provided based that he snaps to a player behind a wall, even if you knew he was there, there's no reason to snap to a player behind the wall. Also even if the evidence to ban him for aimbot/wall hacks isn't sufficent. i believe keeping him banned is the right thing based upon he's advertising hacks and he's very disrespectful from his chat logs, and from personal experience in meeting him. He also is a very disrespectful in the demo saying slurs and just trolling.

Are we just going to ignore that in the chat logs, he's advertising hacks and @Vexx told us, that even advertising hacks is a permable offense? If we are perming for advertising hacks then shouldn't he stay banned and just change the reasoning to advertising hacks/trolling? Because if not, then we have to talk about this.

I'm sorry, a conversation on the forums isn't going to do it, if you use words and talk it out then yes, talking it out is a much better way in airing greviences, and don't stop until they have both come to an understanding.

If they keep acting up after the suggestion i made then it's time to punish them especially if it breaks out onto servers or if it gets bad like this on forums where someone is attacking the other (in this case Skelly). Perhaps when you promoted him, you could have gave some reassurance that (again from what i have heard) that if tuna's attitude or whatever doesn't improve then they will reverse the decision or something worst. Again, i'm not giving my opinion on what kind of admin Tuna is because i don't see him but it's clear that people have had a problem with this for awhile.

Also that last post from skelly doesn't seem to be serious at all, you claimed he was obsessed and he just kind of played it off saying "lol yeah i'm obsessed ;)" idk that's what it seems like when i read it.

I'll stop cluttering this thread with my opinion on this situation so feel free to talk to me Bello because i've talked to other higher ups about it before.
