    Reasons to have voice volume off: -People that are being loud or have annoying voices -People using slang or being rude to players they kill -People who repeat what they're trading in voice chat over and over -People who spam music (though these are mostly muted or banned) Reasons to have voice volume on: -The rare off chance that someone is only using voice chat to talk to me, rather than text chat This is just kinda my mindset right now... I just don't like constantly having to mute people when I can just have my volume off, because people talking in voice chat is almost never positive when I hear it.

    Yeah, assumed that was the reason you had kicked me, an I called for another admin to help sort out the confusion as I prepared my microphone.

    I do not really mind not being unbanned any longer. I am just trying to justify my reasoning so that when I return to the server after my ban, me and tatost will be neutral with one another.

    I assumed the reason for the ban was simply that I was using it in general and not that I was getting in anyone's day. I also thought that you were ignoring me or not speaking to me when I returned because you only spoke once in text chat in full caps to get me to stop using /colorme in friendly. I thought you were going to just keep kicking me for using my permissions, and for that I'm sorry.

    I feel the same way to be quite honest. Muting people is a heck of a pain to do over and over, so that's the reason I had my voice volume off, and turning it on and off is also a pain.

    All right, all seems in order. I'll be off then if it's only a day ban. I was just worried because it seemed that I had been permanently banned from all xG servers.

    If that has affect on the ban, then I'm sorry. I thought everyone was messing around, and when I came back I had stopped.

    Problem with this is, I have not been asked by another staff member to uncolour myself ever before, so this was the first. I did not think it was a problem in the slightest, and I wasn't "running around in front of the whole team". The first time you spoke of it in text chat (a while before I was banned), I assumed it was because I had been blocking your sniper lines by accident or something like that.

    If I was banned for ignoring staff, then it was because I had my voice receive volume off, as I did not see any messages from them in chat.

    Division: Team Fortress 2 In-Game Name: Gravidea Identity: Steam Community :: Gravidea Ban Type: Server Ban Information: Banned by tatost for what I assume was using my donor commands to colour myself in friendly. He didn't seem to message me about it, so I don't really have the full details on why I was banned. I almost always have my voice volume off (because I more often than not have to mute people because I don't want to listen to them, and I don't voice chat often) so if they were talking to me through voice chat then I did not hear them. Right before I got banned, he picked me up in game to stop me from moving, and when I thought he was just messing around and killed myself to get away from him, I was banned.
