I wouldn’t really make it a division though, maybe run it like Overwatch nights until and if it gets enough interest, only then should a division be considered.

I’m going to stay neutral since I personally didn’t experience the past drama in its entirety, but that was the past and I’m sure sesh has been working hard to clean up what ever drama there was. I’m fine with sesh getting another chance; but I personally don’t feel that I can +1 or -1 at the moment.

But I do definitely see by some of the responses that they are indeed changing for the better so that’s something that I like to hear.

There have been a lot of people lately applying for mod but getting immediately denied due to not having requirements.

Personally I think if it’s at all possible to have a feature where you cannot access the staff application creation page unless your account had >50

That way the staff applications page doesn’t look like we deny people all the time, seeing it kind of looks discouraging and may prevent people from bothering to do it.

What do you think?

A while back, I also would have -1 due to some immaturity and his overall behavior. He has changed greatly for the better and would love to see him get a chance at staff, he clearly is dedicated in wanting to help the servers out as this is his fourth attempt. Someone who is that dedicated deserves a chance, so with that being said I will +1 for probationary moderator.

Here is the response I received from Maryland Congressman Anthony Brown of the 4th District about Net Neutrality.

Thank you for taking the time to contact my office about your support for net neutrality. I appreciate hearing your views and am pleased to have the opportunity to respond.

Net neutrality is the principle that Internet Service Providers and governments regulating the Internet must treat all data on the Internet the same, not discriminating or charging differentially by user, content, website, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or mode of communication. The open flow of information is important to our economy, education and our civic life.

Chairman Pai’s move to repeal the FCC’s 2015 Open Internet Order threatens the transparency and fairness that this notion relies on. If this administration and Chairman Pai are successful, this repeal will allow telecommunication companies to charge more for a tiered system where wealthy and powerful entities can pay to have their content delivered faster to consumers. Repeal is not just a rich vs. poor issue, but it allows large corporations to be able to decide what content is prioritized. This hinders smaller, independent websites ability to fairly compete in the market, leaving consumers with an obstructed access to the internet.

In January I joined over 100 of my colleagues and co-sponsored Rep. Doyle's Congressional Review Act resolution, which would nullify the FCC's December vote to roll back internet regulations.

One night at work I was pondering ways to make some awesome contests that many people could enjoy and lots more credits could be given.

I looked into Kahoot but unfortunately it just didn’t have the proper participant interface necessary (visible questions and answers) so today I found an alternative that I just absolutely love and I’m sure all of you will too.

Quizizz is the best alternative that I have found. You see the questions and answers on your device. It has its own app, looks great and works flawlessly.

The leaderboard is what I see while everyone else is in the quiz.

The only downside is that tournaments will need to be scheduled.

But it’s so easy to do I can run them on my tablet, so time shouldn’t be a problem.

My proposal for prizes would be:

1st Place - 15,000 + Tournament Champion Badge

2nd Place - 10,000

3rd Place - 7,500

4th Place - 5,000

5th Place - 2,500

6th Place and Under - 1,000

This way everyone gets something even if they weren’t on the top.

Prizes will increase depending on the type of tournament of course, this most likely would be for the common ones.

Out of every single one of those demos, I was unable to locate one dated at or near the time the user in question was banned. Unless I deleted it or it got misplaced, I seem to just not have the evidence.

So, I guess I will +1 for unban due to lack of evidence at this point since theres nothing that I can bring up to prove them guilty.

If I do come across a file in the future about this, I will be sure to bring it up.

I really need to label my demos better.
