Okay okay this is for all the big bois on the servers who have jobs irl. All you jobless kiddies, be G O N E.
So, what's the worst thing your boss or coworkers have ever caught you doing? Did it happen at or outside your workplace? Did it affect your relationship with them? Did you end up getting fired for it? I'll start:
I work for my uncle at a radio station. He's a really cool, chill uncle who's pretty relaxed about everything in and out of work. About a year ago, during a Halloween party, I was getting really into it and decided to take some jello shots. It was a neighborhood party and I knew some of my family was going to be there, though I didn't know my uncle was going. So after I downed 3 jello shots with some friends, I turn and see my boss staring at me with his jaw dropped to the floor.
I was a minor at the time, and here I was taking shots in front of my pure uncle who was also my boss. I thought for sure he was going to fire me, and I started apologizing up and down, trying to explain the situation. But... he didn't really care. He was just surprised to see me doing it and we had a good laugh about it all. We had fun and neither of us spoke a word about any of it to anyone at work. I'm honestly super lucky to have an uncle/boss as cool as him, because any other person probably would have fired me after that. But anyways, that's probably the worst thing I've ever done in front of my boss. Shhh no tell anyone, this is our little secret. >:)

There's like nothing to do to this fucking game anymore. I don't even know even know what you'd update outside the moronic fantasy world of "give heavy an overwatch shield". The community is the only thing keeping this game on life support, and even when they create, package, and advertise their very own grassroots updates these fucking imbeciles don't even blink. We do all the legworks for these potentially awesome map update themes and it's just fucking ignored. The cosmetics will be added in some dumb barely retextured case six months from now, but the stuff that's actually cool and matters gets binned.

As a old person who’s gotten permed before I say this I just wanted to say thank you for giving me a second chance at being on your servers.
 
Now right after I’ve gone on I’ve gone from 13 days on activity to 16 days in the span of me getting unbanned, and I’ve gotten up to the all mighty 100,000 score. But in all honesty I really don’t play anything else other than xG I wanna be apart of of this community so badly, and I know my past mostly back lashes what I’m saying right now but I’ve been doing my best to improve my reputation and behavior on xG. I act when someone breaks the rules and I quickly set them on the right path and I’ve helped with an outbreak along with skittles, because people wouldn’t stop with racial slurs and I stopped the situation but all the credit goes to Skittles for muting the 3-6 players who said racial slurs last night depending on when you read this. But I really can’t play tf2 without going on xG. So I hope you guys will accept this Membership Application and i hope I can once again be apart of xG!

I've come to realize that this was already discussed on your profile, fuck.

I'd rather there be some reasoning to why staff apps were declined so I'll type this I guess:
Your application was denied because you showed no dedication to the community, lacked in communication on servers and did not particularly help anyone or guide others in terms of rules on the servers where needed. We want to give staff to people who want to make a change before they are staff and show dedication to the community but it did not feel like you brought that. Good luck in the future!

Aside from being a travesty of a mechanic, they are not fun and only a meme because they suck so much. Also it really doesn't help with telecamps from my experience.

Remove them.
Random crits are a mistake that should have never been in TF2 in the first place. Surf will be marginally more popular without random crits, but player frustration will be greatly reduced.
Now that's a deal!
