My one and only suggestion for the TF2 div is to keep your staff informed. I've seen time and time again that staff members are enforcing rules that no longer exist/have never existed. Before someone asks me to provide an example- "no spoilers"- I've had one too many players talking to me about how staff members have been enforcing the no spoilers rule, that was dropped just a few weeks after the release of Endgame. It's no wonder that the players bite the hand that feeds them, especially when they feed them moderation that's even worse than the medicine your mom tries to get you to take when you're a little kid.
@Tekk I don't feel like I really need to tell you this, but as the sole higher up for TF2, you should not only look at possible applicants for higher up positions among your current staff team, but among the members as well. This isn't me saying that your current staff team don't have the ability to run the servers well- just that there are probably people better suited for higher up positions among the general populace. It doesn't hurt to keep an eye open for any individuals among our members who have some potential to make the servers more enjoyable.

Racist slurs just warn them, mute them if they are directing it at someone maliciously. 

Any other slurs take with a grain of salt, mute if they are directing it at someone maliciously. If someone says f*ggot to his friend on the server and no one bats an eye, there's no point to mute or warn them.
That is personally my opinion.

I think non-gaming maps should be added. Yes, it goes against the theme of the server, but when your theme is a fairly niche thing that not many maps are made for anymore in a game that is dying at a rapid rate, I don't think it matters. Anything that brings people in and keeps them coming back should be more important right now than maintaining the integrity of the server's theme, especially when that theme is not bringing in the same people it used to. 
But hey, what do I know?

Thoughts on that going in the rulebook?

I don't think people would be ok with voice chat being just micspam and no talking, except for very rare occasions maybe, and even then it's unlikely.
When I say "if the server seems generally ok with it" i dont mean if 60% of the server is somewhat enjoying it and the 40% of the server fuckin hates it, i mean if literally everyone is enjoying it except for at most maybe like 1 or 2 people who are ass pained for no reason (because we know anti-fun people exist, even if rarely), which might not be the case most of the time, in which case you would mute the micspammer based on the reactions of the people who are on the server.

I'll just say it right here, voice changers are unfunny and extremely annoying. I wouldn't allow those for a second.

i think you could just interpret the rule as it being actually spamming the voice chat with the soundboard rather than just a split second of some noise, the only thing id say would count for the split second would be something like earrape, etc

A rule rework, eh? Well, personally i think the building in spawn rule on surf should be a bit more lenient. Like, it should only be against rules if it's in enemy spawn or a teleporter is on a spot where people spawn, getting them stuck when they spawn in, or if it's in a doorway making it impossible or hard to get through. That's all I got at the moment in terms of rules. As for plugins and all that, I got nothing. 
I trust you guys will be able to get shit done and do it well. I believe in you two nerds. You got this.

As of recent, as you all know, the TF2 Divison has been struggling a lot recently. It is as a result of multiple reasons, one being a lack of motivation from us which has resulted in the game feeling stale, even on xG. However, Seg's demotion has been a massive wake-up call to Caleb and I who are now going to be working harder than ever before in order to return TF2 to its former glory.
We have been discussing things recently and have decided that we are going to do a rework of the rules, coming up with ideas for plugins to keep the game fresh and hope to make our servers better than ever before. We will try to keep you all updated as much as possible as a result of there being previous complaints about lack of communication between the TF2 Higherups and the Community.
If anyone has any suggestions whatsoever, please let us know here.
Please don't go anywhere; there's much more to come and lots of fun to be had! Let's bring TF2 back.

In this post im going to be explaining why I used to be such a scumbag on this community, though none of what I say excuses what I did, I think what happened was all on me.
 
Ok, first time. The first time i left was out of rage because I spammed the forums, and was facing deserved backlash that I thought I didn't deserve.
Second time. I honestly don't even remember.
Third time. I left because me and my friends at the time (I still don't really know my relationship with them at this point) had a fallout because I was being a cancerous piece of shitand I became extremely angry and left for no reason.
Thats about all the ones i even remember, remember i'm truly sorry for the asshole iv'e been to all of you. I really want to be a better person, online and in real life. Iv'e been trying (and hopefully succeeding) at being a better person on here. Thats about all I have to say, Goodbye.
