I don't know where to start with this apology. It'll probably be all over the place because I'm not so good with conveying my emotions/thoughts. 
I guess I'll start with saying I'm sorry for what Lemonvolt said in the thread. He didn't mean to group everyone (who isn't in my friend group) in this ''furry'' group. He did the worst thing possible (which is something everyone agreed with) especially since there was tension before that. He did it out of frustration and I can understand but I still didn't think it was okay for him to do that.
I'm sorry to @Caribou to being a hypocrite towards him (and anyone else that found me to be a hypocrite). I reflected on what I had said and what I've done and I thought it was pretty retarded of me to say that people were picking on me for my past when I was doing the very same thing.
I'm sorry to @Kypari (and anyone that can apply themselves to this or however you want to phrase it) for arguing with you in the past (and if I've argued with you recently which I dont think I've done, correct me if I'm wrong).
I'm sorry to @bagggel and anyone else I've been passive aggressive towards. I should've thought before I sent that message. I should've went to a higher up instead of trying to stir up drama and I fully admit that I was completely in the wrong there.
(Sorry for the repetition but) I'm sorry for all of the passive aggressive comments n' such. I don't know how to explain my actions there other than wanting to cause drama or something. (Was usually done due to having anger and frustrations that I couldn't do anything about).

I think everything listed is a great idea, but my number one has to be skill surf because our combat server gets boring. We play the same maps over and over and some people want to play new linear maps. I also think that skill surf would get the most attention out of the options listed.

+1 to remove. This map is, while visually and aesthetically appealing, very boring and stale. It is just your plain old trade server map with two spawns facing each other. It is spawncamp central and quite plain. I definitely think it should be removed.

I would like to see you more active on the servers for now. You do reach the activity requirement as of now, but only at around 15 hours. You informed me a while ago about your situation with your parents (I'm sorry to hear it D:), and I remember having a few issues with your regarding AFK'ing on the server (such as taking showers and such while on the server still).
Despite these things, I actually don't think I had a problem with you when you were doing your job. I'm going to stay neutral for now but I'm hoping to see you more on the servers so I can get a better impression as of late!

No it is not. (It might be on some obscure server motd, but Im fairly certain it's not)
-Sprays, avatars and items that are able to be customized cannot contain the following: explicit nudity/genitalia, racism, hate symbols, gore, derogatory content and images of sexualized minors (this includes drawn images).
Nudity by itself is indeed a very vague term that is going to be interpreted slightly differently by different people. So is any other attempt at a blanket term such as inappropriate, pornographic, pg13, etc. This is clearly evident from the back and forth of interpretation that has gone on both now and in the past when these words have tried to be used. That's exactly why I added these two whole words to make it more clear. 
I seriously haven't understood how the addition of such has made it anything but more clear. Not to be disrespectful of anyone in any way, it just baffles me personally. In the end the issue shouldn't be one of interpretation in any capacity at this point as far as Im concerned, it's one of proper enforcement of what is actually said in the rule which I already explained why that has been lack luster.
Really the next thing Im thinking at this point if understanding what is meant when you actually bother to read what is there is so difficult is putting it to a vote to try and see how people want this changed to any capacity. Hopefully things will make the least bit more sense if people can actually look at the way it is being put forward, but I will express one last time that finding a perfect solution that will be consistent for all situations is flat out impossible for something as incredibly variable as this.

Our current spray rule is as follows; "all sprays cannot contain nudity or derogatory content. This includes any spray that depicts sexual content or anything else that may be deemed inappropriate by Staff."
Now, this spray rule depends greatly on one's opinion. Nudity can be defined differently by many different people. Some may think it is an exposed nipple, while others may see it as a breast or butt itself. Considering many of our server's questionable sprays are a staff member's spray, this rule shouldn't come down to staff discretion. It is too inconsistent and causes discussions like this one to be happening. Frankly, I can't blame Krampus for bias when the rule is so lacking in consistency.
What should be done?
This rule needs to be consistent. It needs to clearly state what can not be shown. It comes down to what the TF2 higher-up division decides. It could be anything as simple as "Sprays may not contain any form of racism or inappropriate content (including the butt, breasts, penis, or anything meant to look of the sort)." The actual wording would of course be up to the higher-ups of course.

Howdy Doody Gamers,

I have been admin before for xG twice and I would like to join the staff team again.
The first time I stepped down was because of drama and the second time was because I lost all interest in tf2, but for the last months I have found new interest in playing tf2.
I think I should be promoted straight to admin instead of moderator because I have already worked my way up to admin twice already, and I've helped alot of staff with server issues as a member.

Making this thread mainly just to clean up FF2 a little bit since right now, these are some ideas I had that we could do to cleanup a few bosses and some bosses we could remove to clean up the menus.

Fujiwara No Mokou:
 -Widely accepted as an awful boss, no redeeming qualities and has a bad rage, on death rage.
 -Rage is supposed to stun people, which it doesn't.
 -On death she is supposed to be ubered for a short period of time, she doesn't get ubered and the phlog only does damage at point blank.
Solutions:
 -Remove the boss altogether for the reasons stated above.
 -Change the rage to something else, something like Knight's/Hitler's rage with the wide flame spread as an idea. (if possible)

Buzz Lightyear:
 -By far the strongest boss on the server, due to a combination of his speed, his rage and just how much mobility he has in general.
 -No glitches found in testing
Solutions:
 -Increase the rage buildup, his rage stuns everything global for at LEAST 7 seconds, gives him a rapid fire bison with 25 shots
and a speed boost.  Right now he gets his rage in 1750 health, one of the lowest (minus Heavydile), and this is compared to rages
that don't do NEARLY as much.
 -Decrease movement speed to be more in line with other hales on the server, based off of what I've seen hes one of the fastest
 hales on the server, but he also has one of the best overall kits compared to other kits, so it's unfair for him to be so fast.
 
Bosses to remove: Mainly made this list so that it clears up some spots on the server for other bosses we can potentially add since
there is a cap to bosses we can have on the server if I'm not mistaken.  Removing some of the bosses that aren't played would aid
this problem.
