Take care of yourself my dude. You have nothing to apologise for, life hit you like a truck in the past while and it's been out of your control. We all have your back, thick and thin.

I have been working 70 hours a week due split between two jobs, and this has shown no signs of slowing down at all. I also feel the need to apologize for my lack of activity as well. I take great pride in my work ethic, but the display I have shown to all of you is shameful on my part. Any job, volunteer position, or commitment is a promise, and I have demonstrated poor integrity in that regard to all of the staff members, so I apologize.

i will now reveal the true reason i joined this clan. i joined this clan to apply for co-leader so i could make this clan the best damm clan on the internet - consider it a neo-xG. unfortunately, my member application was denied under false pretenses so i am unable to apply for staff. friends, brothers, sisters, i call to you now to allow me to become the new leader of this clan and i promise you all fame and fortune; and here's how i'm going to do that:
 
phase 1: culling out the week
next saturday and throughout the weekend all of our tf2 servers will be populated to the max (32/32) because a steam announcement will be made which goes along the lines of this: 
"JOIN THIS SERVER OR YOU'RE KICKED FROM THE CLAN"
indeed, those who do not show up over the weekend will be kicked, as well has most of the members of xG. Only the strong will be allowed to survive in neo-xG. 32 players at the time will fight in a free-for-all - like popular book hunger games. The one winner of each round of 32 will stay in the clan.
 
phase 2: becoming the strongest clan in the world
now we have only the strongest players in neo-xG. we take these players and form a competitive highlander team.  as you may know you cannot instantly join the highest-tier division, so we're going to hack into the computers of b4nny's team and find nude pictures of them to use as blackmail. we then get on the roster via said blackmail and use our gamer skills to become the new strongest TF2team.
 
phase 3: profit 
while to the outside world we appear benevolent and noble as a neo-xG tf2 highlander team, one night we take the world by surprise and start pub-stomping, HARD. only 2 hours of sleep every day, we spend 22 hours a day pub-stomping. the onslaught will be so great no one could join a casual game and leave spawn without being instantly killed. now we have tf2 at hostage, so we start making demands. first, valve must give us admin access to tf2. we use this to get shiny unusual hats. then, we make tf2 no longer free-to-play. now, everyone must pay 5$/hour of play. 
 
so you see, if you just allow me to be your now co-leader, xG can become neo-xG - a place of freedom, hope, dreams, and all the shiny hats and fortune you can imagine.

What can I say, to me you were more than just a staff member. You were and still are an amazing role model to me, and I bet many others, and you are a great friend, more than I could have ever asked for. You have brought my darkest days into bright lights and you made my life so much better. You have also inspired me to become a better person and to always stay happy no matter what. I'm sorry about my past mistakes and I would like to apologize for every time I wasn't there for you, because you were always there for me. You stay amazing and please be safe, to me you are a savior, and I can't thank you enough for it. Its been a long run but its been a great one. I wish the best and only the best for you, because you are one of the few who deserve to have the best. Until next time we meet. So long old friend. I hope we stay in touch. Cheers to your amazing run in xG, and on behalf of the tf2 division I think I can say that we all love you and we all hope nothing but the best for you. Goodbye old friend for now, and do message me every once in a while. :)

Hey everyone!
@Aegean and I are hosting a charity raffle for a chronic illness called Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E); a life changing disability that turns simple everyday tasks into a marathon. M.E leaves a person constantly fatigued and in devastating pain. Some days, you'll be lying in bed all day, barely able to move, limbs feeling like they're twisting in ways they shouldn't. On a good day, you can walk to the kitchen and back, but that will be all you can do for the day. Unfortunately, my girlfriend suffers with this illness quite severely and is wheelchair bound, can barely attend social events and struggles to make her way to school. There is currently no cure.
Despite all of this, she always has the brightest smile on her face and always stays positive, no matter how difficult coping with this horrible illness can be. She has a passive passion for art and is a fantastic musician that will bring tears to the eyes of even the manliest.
As a bunch of people who donated do not wish to take a part in the raffle, we will donate the raffle prize amounts to the charity as well, and invest in more giveaways in xG throughout 2019!

The charity in question is called the M.E Association, which aids people suffering with this chronic illness by providing support, raising awareness and researching into one day finding a cure.

The oldest is CS (formerly CS:S, now CS:GO), but the TF2 servers tend to have the most population. This is mainly because of TGH and Surf atm.
- Quick note, spamming posts to go for a staff application is not the way to go. It demonstrates lack of maturity, although I'm sure the higher-ups are happy that people are willing to be staff members try and cool down and get yourself noticed.
