It isn't the responsibility of Staff to explain rules that are publicly made available both on forums as well as at the beginning of each round. If a player chooses to ignore reading the rules of which a lot of time was put into, they are liable for whatever slip-ups they do. That said, Staff should also help out whenever given the chance as their job is to better the Servers and maintain order. It isn't much to just say "If first reaction is said, the red who does it first dies. If last reaction is said, the last person to do it dies." All in all, not much can be done in terms of punishment in this particular case. Maybe a reminder to the Staff that they should try to help out others, even if the questions are sometimes frivolous.

OP and Qwerty have been known to troll. Qwerty knew how to play First Reaction Last Reaction. Even if he did not, it's in the MOTD. No punishment is needed. -Closed

Well i don't know what to post he I did get the complaint then i told @kbraszzz about it and turns out it is against the rules. So idk he shouldn't be kicked out or demoted for it it's to little

Im pretty sure you're supposed to read the rules/motd, where it states the rules for first reaction last reaction. Im pretty sure the only rules for a game he HAS to explain is a game not in the motd/rules

@Bleed the problem was that origins didn't do lr request or some shit. this could be considered abuse since he is supposed to enforce the rules. that's all i'm getting out of it

First thing, this is minor but the guy stuck in armory which you said was "glitched" could have been assisted OR slayed for exploit if the glitching was intentional. The real meat and potatoes (the main thing) wrong was that Skeletor (John Madden, Origins) told a red or a "T" if you want to call it, that he already knows how to play First/Last reaction after the prisoner asked how to play. John you saw on the trade server how many people have problems with you. I joined I heard 2 ppl arguing with you. I said "Origins why does everyone hate you?" The other said "I just love it how he takes this game way too serious" Another guy in chat said whenever origins is on he loses it. another guy said "im scared when origins is on" Its not just us who dont think your a fair admin

I wouldn't. Not on a laptop, at least. 8 starts up amazingly quick compared to 7, which is really helpful with laptops. And really, 8.1 doesn't have any compatibility issues that I've seen at all, and it's really not that hard to set compatibility settings on anything that does have issues (theres always something with every new os that doesnt run anymore). Theres just no need to downgrade to 7 and spend all that money.

I think these types of situations can apply to CS:S so hi I think that people that are mature, not annoying and know the rules enough to warden should be allowed on CT, even if their voice is high pitched (like mine :| ). Honestly it really is super annoying when someone who could easily warden gets on their mic and bitches about "oh get this fucking kid off CT hes 12" and then just sit on T until they get off the server and if they do get on CT they don't say a goddamn word.

I am with forest. It does say you in the motd the rules of the game but it is your job to enforce this as well. Anything i do you say is trolling because we have had a few run ins. This is a minor situation, but i just want to bring to attention that he was doing these things.
