So, Let me explain. SodaHappy isn't a clan. Me having (Sh) In my name means I support their servers. Now, I see that it would be a problem if I were staff there (which I'm not). Am I not allowed to support other servers? If the problem is that I'm just wearing their tag, then I wont wear it anymore.

Well, if it gets to the point where their down right annoying, be like "yo shut up". Let there be a line that people cant cross: or its the ol' gag/mute/kick/ban.

I am so done with the bullshit on the servers about people hating on players for being a "squeaker" and a "Mommas boy fag". This really should be kickable and bannable offence. I have seen so many people hate on @HouseOfBacon and @JOSH27568 (Examples) for doing absolutely nothing wrong (rules wise). I have seen mods harass squeakers on mic and when they go afk for 20 sec, they get team-switched (on freedays). Nobody should discriminate against anyone. I can understand people hating on squeakers who break rules constantly but some have not done so. I might just seem like a kiss-ass but when people say "OH GOD A SQUEAKER" and "YOU SUCK YOU RETARDED SQUEAKER JUST LEAVE" that is the impression that others are getting coming onto the servers. I used to be the guy who discriminated and shit but I noticed a lot of people hated me (mainly for my forge shitpost) so I changed and have been getting a lot more respect then i used too. But @Chrono Why is this such a problem? Oh so cool you use 4chan! We are all 12 year olds because we posted something that is used a lot on an image board website apparently. Oh yeah and most of us DON'T USE 4CHAN. Why would you assume we are from 4chan because we are using a trend from it? I have seen this used on other sites.

Perfectly fine to play on other Servers, that wouldn't be held against you as multiclanning, but wearing tags of another clan poses quite a problem. The idea of tags is that you're representing that community, and if you're already within one (IE. XenoGamers) then you shouldn't be representing another clan/community (by wearing their tags) as you are inadvertently advertising for them. The only time multiclanning would be acceptable is within a community that does not have any Servers we currently have running (IE. TF2 Jailbreak, any Servers that would be considered 'competition').

How about we change "No immature voices." to "Keep the mic open for traders." on trade servers? We can enforce other rules if need be, and lump in the annoying ones to mic spam if they get out of control? I've heavily enforced the "No squeakers" rule since I received mod, but I honestly feel like it is a tad bit discriminatory. Do away with it and just deal with the annoying ones.

I was talking with my friends, and attempting to play Gmod, when I suddenly was banned from the server. The reason was: I was in a steam group, who was associated with threatening XenoGamers. I have the knowledge that this was one "Alex" of Wolven Dominion, whom I once spoke to. Though, I have not spoken to this person in a very long time, and did not even remember being in the steam group. So, I was instantly permanently banned for being in a Steam group that I did not remember being in, and whom I had no interaction with when they were doing, and/or saying threatening things to XenoGamers, and I would like to request a reconsideration of this ban, with the information I provided to support this. Again, I have had ZERO association with these characters for a VERY long time, and had no interaction with the things they did towards XenoGamers. Thank you, NintendoOcho PS: I have since then left the group, to prevent something like this in the future. I have included an image showing myself not being in the group in question.

Freedom of Speech was made as one of the rights not so anyone could say anything at any time, if you go on a plane and yell "I HAVE A BOMB! ALALALLALALALALALAAH" even if you have no bomb you cant just say "Oh freedom of speech, cant get in trouble." it was made so thay people could speak against the government like saying "I hate this President, he sucks." and not getting jailed or killed for it like in old Britain. I believe school uniforms help anyway. Saves parents the cost of buying a bunch of school clothes, and reduces bullying for the types of clothes you wear. My school doesnt have uniforms, but I wouldnt mind if it did. You have all the time outside of school to wear your favorite clothes as you want.

I'm all for standing up for any of the younger age group. When I'm on after school (Usually every day) I'll see the server populated by a good majority of younger kids, sadly they do get pushed around. The thing is that they follow the rules better than most other guests and they're kind too. We really should enforce No Bullying/Discriminating on the servers. +1

I'm going to assume you're taking about JB, because on our trade server, there is a rule about "No Immature Voices". So if someone on our trade server tells a squeaker to be quiet/not talk on mic, the it's 100% Fine. As for JB, a rough estimate would be that 10/.000001 are squeakers, so in the end. Telling Squeakers to be quiet = Our Trade Server. Telling Squeakers to be quiet =/= Jailbreak So what we can do is - 1. Apply a "No Immature Voice" onto JB OR 2. Remove the "Immature Voices" from all servers, and then apply a rule for, "Treat everyone with some respect (Ex: No Discriminating of voice/age/sex)

I was kicked out of a clan when I was like 11, my original name was "booooooooooreddd" (10 o's 3 d's), so I renamed myself Nom_Nom_Nom. Then I had a girl who helped me come up with a more fun name, Nomulous. Since I liked said girl, the name stuck with me ever since I was 12.

Well, I've finally hit 100 posts and I didn't want to rush it. I wanted to be in the clan for more than 2 months before I applied and I'm fairly close to 3 months. I feel I know some people more than others and I wish to start to know more. This is for TF2, as I feel we do need more mods. I've encountered a few mic spammers and people spraying porn, but nobody was there to stop it. I have met some people in xG and they are just amazing. They brought me up to what I am today and I am very thankful for that. I am fairly active on both SH and Dustbowl; in my opinion. This is what I've been looking forward to since I've joined and I hope it can happen. If not, there is always a reason and I respect that.
