But we still have rules in place you are expected to adhere to, even if you find a loophole in the system. Not exploiting those bugs just so happens to be another rule we follow here, which means you are guilty of not only the evasion, but the bug abuse as well. Luckily for you, there is no hard evidence AGAINST you and what you did, so the ban cannot be further escalated. To put it simply, I feel you're getting off light. And consider this your final warning: don't micspam at all when you return or you won't see another xG server again. EDIT: Photo proof of mute evasion. This isn't possible unless there's a way around it. Muted 3 times in 5 minutes? GG.

Also considering your approach to this ban protest, saying I should be suspended and shouldn't be under the influence while working, maybe if you came at this better I would support this ban being shortened at most, but you've admitted the screenshots are there, and I suggest you wait the week.

For real though, a rule against loopholes is lazy rule writing. @kbraszzz @Ohstopyou can ya boy get in there and tighten up our rule game.

To be clear, it's more of "bending the rules", so to speak, so that the one doing it can justify what they are doing. For example, at one point we had a rule of "do not camp vents". The intention was obvious; to keep people from camping vents. But others "bent" the rule by stating that they weren't camping but merely moving back and forth inside the vent. Since we had another rule stating that camping was defined as being within the same amount of distance for a certain amount of time, this worked in their favour as they weren't technically camping. This is an instance of "loopholing" where they find a way to make a rule benefit them by either bending its intended purpose or contradicting it with another rule. To combat this, a newly enacted rule was made (Vent Camping) which stated that it was staying within a vent or other hidden spot with no intent of leaving. It was further elaborated on for maximum clarity stating that a player couldn't walk back and forth inside it to avoid breaking the rule. Loopholing is a real thing; the problem is that people do fully understand the rule, but try to exploit it in some way.

My several bans for "freekilling" were mostly minor and self bans (to defuse a situation with anyone angry/when I only wanted to be on the T team since the plugin would constantly switch people at random). The second time I massed was when the server was absolutely dead and there was maybe 8-10 people on, nearly all staff members and it was clear CS:S was done and we were all having fun (except the try hard anime staff ayyyyyyyyyyyyy lmao).
