I don't think you should -1 people if you don't know who they are or don't see them on unless you look at their activity log and see that they never play. Just because you dont see him on doesn't mean he's inactive, he could live in a different timezone. short version: dont -1 for not seeing them on unless u look at their activity. Basically a cock block from getting member. Just leave it as a 0. (MY OPINION)

Dear folks, over the past weeks I've been noticing that a lot of people love banning themselves for like 1 minute or so. I'm offically asking you to refrain from doing so. It makes us, as a whole, look really unprofessional. Imagine a possible sponsor looking at bans.xenogamers.com and seeing that person X has banned themself for the reason "memes XDDD" for one minute. You feel me? So yeah. Hello Minecrafters, "Division Leader Owl" here First off, I'm sorry for all the delays and failed expectations. Both me and mince got burnt out of minecraft and the initial release was just.. a massive misstep Before we get into the future, theres a nice warm DM seat. Said DM is to help out with ideas and server management, and will likely be promoted to DL in the near future. Contact me if you're interested. The only real criteria is that you kinda know what you're doing and you're active in xG. Moving forward, we'll be looking to do some type of Minecraft Halloween event. The only real problem with that is I'm not really sure what to do. We're open to any suggestions :) Post-Halloween, there will definitely be an ACTUAL minecraft server. I've been leaning more towards towny, but I'm not 100% sure yet. No date as of now. There will, however, be much more updates.

the event will be short, for xG people, and will be infinitely easier to set up than an entire server running full time available to everyone.

I agree to a certain extent although wouldn't the event be for just xG members to have fun on that day or would it be like the actual "come play minecraft!!"? To be honest the moment I joined the server for the first time to help out, I knew right away from the buildings and the personality of the staff the 'factions' server you had in mind would soon become a towny server. @Owl

I think, just my opinion, that we should get the server 100% before we do an event. Meaning an improved spawn and no lagging

You are welcome in the group, You just haven't been around long enough to have many people vouch, trust me if you wait about a month and stay active, I'm sure you will get some vouches. We hope you don't feel "unwelcome", its just that to become a member you need vouches from 5 members and 1 higher up, and you haven't been really active enough to e well noticed. The longer you hang out in the server the better the chance you are noticed :) You don't have to have this closed, you can try to get vouches, but I just don't see much of a chance on this one application. Maybe the next though. +1 A:6 M:7 Friendly, Nice person to be around, would be a nice addition.

It does self-damage too though. The rocket jumper is restricted.

It isn't that we couldn't edit the area(s) in question out, I can perfectly do that. It has more to do with custom textures (if they are there) and decompiling messiness, however theoretically it is possible to fix if I have (all of the) texture files relevant to the map and enough time to re clean it up from the decompiling process.

This would just turn people away from the server because people want to be a ct. No one wants to wait 2 hours to be a ct

3-4 seems really fair to me

Numerous people have had powers in multiple divisions. Hell I had it in three at one point. As long as the activity doesn't dip there shouldn't be an issue

I do like the idea of giving benefits to active members through the raffle, but I don't know the exact functionality of the raffle system we got from Xenoforo, rhodo might have to code it a bit for that kind of functionality. Regardless I'm +1 I will be posting a full news thread to update for the month of October, including not only the benefits we have for staff on servers/forums, but also giveaways and contests with the community that include things like you suggested (: I'm more then happy to hear more suggestions for how to give away credits or fun things and I'm +1 with everything you posted

We are not handing out channels rofl, a few members have paid 25 dollars for channels and we aren't going to be unfair to them.

Yeah, never mind. I can't add maps anymore without the server crashing for some reason. I'll have to talk to @Rhododendron or @Aegean when I get the time (so probably Friday). I don't know if it's just me missing something really obvious or something NFO-related.

Ok :( I just get excited because, kind of my whole life, I've never been "In charge" or "in control" of anything. I've never been a admin before. And when I DO get the opportunity, I'd sign it as fast as I can. And I'm not very patient. that's my reason I got carried away too fast. And sometimes when I would ask people if I could try being "boss" They would come up with more than a hundred excuses/reasons why I can't. I makes me feel... You know unwelcome to the group. and it's the same when I asked a question in the server, everyone started talking about it.

You have only been on the server for one day, I would highly recommend hanging out in the server for at least a month and then try applying. I don't think you will have any luck on this application.. Sorry :( To make it so you can apply quicker when you have been in the servers more, I recommend you have this one requested to be closed instead of having to wait 60 days in total. Just a suggestion.
