Alright I knew this would come up eventually, but I'll be honest here and respond with my input. I do consider rejects a friend as he welcomed me into the clan a few years back, but I'll respond with honesty instead of a buddy buddy bias. Following rejects' demotion from DL there was some time where he had entered a passive aggressive hostility period where he made snarky comments about staff members and uphold an ego of his achievements as DL. I find that he also went through a very depressed stage and to be frank, was an emotional train wreck on servers and even in general he would get pretty sad over real time events as well. I do agree that he was a good staff member when it came down to diffusing situations and managing servers, however due to the severity of his demotion I can't give him a +1. We have to realize that he went from a very high position, and steeped very low. If your demotion was not as severe as it was I would consider giving you a +1, but the time between now and your demotion has only seen very little improvement in behavior. That being said I'm gonna have to -1 your moderator submission, but I will +1 for the idea of probationary moderator. If you can uphold your own emotional being and past attitudes as probationary moderator then we can determine your validity as staff again. @Sesh @Vexx @Kypari

Sure we can remove it, all credits will be refunded, and we will give the player who had the title(s) made a different title that is more in-line with the rules here. Also going to delete the poll that ill had posted, we already have a decision. -Closed

So this has been discussed a bit off the forums and it's time to bring it to light here. As most of you know lolis are basically japanese little girls. Not short, small, etc. Little. Now I don't know about the rest of you but I live in America where 18 is the age of consent for adults. In japan it's 14 (even though most lolis are under 14) It's still pretty creepy that a title for pedophilia exist on our servers and was asked for. Now I don't want to come on here just to kill everyone's dank memes, but there is a line where it goes against what we stand for. If a donator paid 50 bucks and asked for a tittle "n****r" pardon my reference. It would and should be denied. Why is pedophilea getting a pass. This title might as well be "child fucker." It doesn't belong on the servers in my opinion. Leave a rating below and lets discuss it.

I don't think we really need to have a vote for this? It's already pretty immoral and viewed poorly upon by a majority of people. Higher ups should be the ones to decide honestly.

Tbh shouldn't we have a poll for this? It makes sense to have one in this situation.

Besides, what abuse he did take part in was server access based to my understanding, and we have no reason to believe he isn't trustworthy with the basic commands. Let this man back on the roster, he'll do a fine job. Plus I want my scottish bae back ;)

He's been banned for a month or two so I think if it's possible you could change the ban to a week and just unban him afterwards to avoid confusion?

+1 I'm a bit too lazy to type a full paragraph here, but Rejects is still very active and tries to contribute as much to this community as he can.

I may be a bit biased, since @Rejects was a major reason why I'm even a part of xG to begin with, but I feel he's served his time. Rejects was a very effective member of staff, and when he was DL he got got things done. He knows what he's doing and has no problems actually doing it. He just had a lapse in judgement during a tough time, but I'm sure he's learned from it. And in case you haven't noticed, Rejects hasn't left since his demotion, unlike a lot of other staff who've completely given up or straight up left xG for similar reasons. He's still fairly active and plays regularly on the servers (if his ping isn't too Scottish...). +1 from me. Rejects is a good guy and a good staff member.

I don't know about the semantic differences between loli/lolicon or anything but let's just enforce our rules and not endorse this kind of thing. Whatever higher ups or more knowledgable people see fit to do, do it

+1 he's actually the best Irishman in xG so yeah. But seriously though, if we look past the abuse, he was great staff, very active, fixed the Freak Fortress server, and any other server related issue for that matter. So yeah, +1 easily one of the best staff xG has had, imo.

+1 yes we all know what he did as DL and he was punished for it accordingly. But after 2 months I do believe he deserves to at least be given a chance at moderator. He is very capable and would do just fine.

If we're being technical, loli≠lolicon. The scout one can stay imo.

I'd like to at least point out that the "loli scout legion" joke stems from a moment on trade gaming where Swoosh kept having to delete loli sprays, but there were like 5-6 scouts from different teams who would show up at the exact spot whenever he tried to delete the spray before anyone could see it. It's more of an inside-joke than anything.

Two public ones (Lolicon and Loli Scout Legionare) and one private one (The Original Lolicon). +1 Mostly for the reasons stated by Lan and Amy. We shouldn't shoot down everything that is perceived negatively, but when actual legal action has occurred over something like this, it does not make for a good image to essentially be promoting such. I'm also going to try and get a hold of @EyedJester to let him know about this so he can get his opinion out, as I don't believe he frequents the forums that much.

I mean sometimes I feel bad for antagonizing people for a "thought-crime" so to speak... but then I remember that lolis are hyper-sexualized pre-pubescent little girls, IDK, I think it's beyond disgusting, but personal opinions probably shouldn't factor into this, otherwise we would have threads to remove the furry/scaly/whatevertagidon'tlike every other day. Quick little update here. Before I work on any of these maps, I'm going to attempt to get into contact with the original makers so that I can gain their trust then kill them and take their place permission to make changes to their maps. Although the actual fixes will take me 30 minutes to do, it may take a while before I hear back from them.
