  1. I feel like the no clip ability is hybrid, it can be a lot of fun but it also has a ton of use for mods. like the ability to toggle it quickly is super helpful when needing to get across the map or looking at something at a quick glance.

We give it to donators but we don't give it to mods, so it firstly looks like we trust our donators more than our moderators

I think this is also a super important point, noclip is usually a pretty standard element for staff members to have on community servers. Theres a lot of people that I definitely trust less than our mods whirling around the map  at will, where as the mods are sitting here have to go through a ton of steps just to see a spray that needs covered or something similar

  3. While I feel like Blasto is a kid who means well, i think his big fault is his maturity. I am rather confident the age of 14 is not reflective of his actions in general on the server or when he was born but I have no way to prove that without @OneGlove to verify. Blasto has a rather colorful history on mic in terms of spam to the point where he has been banned for it multiple times by me.  While IMO bans alone shouldn't prevent him from becoming member, I feel like his general attitude when talking to others and interacting with them should be improved before becoming a member (he is often in the middle of arguments when I join server from my experience)

For now, I am going to say -1 from me personally until I feel confident he is more mature.

+1 pretty cool and talkative dude.

    Please remember

    • Include maturity(M) and activity(A) ratings on a scale from 1 - 10.

In order to help the higher ups judge the feedback! ?

no disrespect i dont think the tf2 community should be dealing with csgo

I agree and that's why I noted it a couple times!

As a staff member I'm only trying to give my perspective on the interactions of the community as a whole b/c we are a multi faceted clan - so you're right, this isn't my community, it's OUR community!

I ultimately have no say in the CS division, but that doesn't mean that I can't voice my feelings and thoughts on the matter! ?

  6. Not my division, so I have no basis to vote, but looking through your chat history (https://xenogamers.com/rank/player_histories/chat/1071784) it seems that you have a habit of absolutely spamming chat, especially harassing @Dannypicacho, and just generally being a toxic/immature player. From what i can piece together looking at logs you seem to claim other people are targeting you when in reality it seems you've egged them on a good bit (and this is just text chat so i'm not sure about anything on the mic) and then try to play a victim card (once again, just reading from context, not actually observed behavior).

IMO I think it would be wise to try and improve some of these behaviors (rather than argue them with little/no evidence and then admit to breaking rules) and apply then for member... but then again, this isn't my division so take that with a grain of salt ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  7. I believe he shows an exceptional amount of maturity as well as discipline and respect for not only our rules but also other players on our servers. Many times I have joined TGH to hear cook meticulously explaining a rule to someone with a question as well as dissuading people breaking rules in an appropriate fashion. I feel like he also has exceptional outreach within the player base of our servers, communicating and befriending pretty much all people he talks to.

I know cook is my friend so there is probably a bit of bias, but i think most anyone you could ask that knows him would agree with what i've said.

    also,

    +1 has mic

pretty sure that's actually a feature, so that you can hide the statuses you have read and get new ones. but nobody uses status enough for it to matter

that slow fade w/each click....so hot rn. either way im pretty sure thats a bug over a feature

  9. I'm glad I could be such an influence on you my dude! Your'e great to chill with on xG, or any other game mode adventure we've had. I'm sorry to hear about the hours going down but school always comes first! Make sure to let us know when you're online next!

edit:tagging @Krampus (sorry i don't know cookie's info but ill shoot him a link to the post)

  10. Brady, admin is usually a promotion given to mods who show they rise above and beyond the expectations and or have proven without a doubt they are mature enough to handle the position (at least in the tf2 division) it's not time based. I've been in the clan for over 5 years now, which is in fact longer than some of the clan higher ups. In my opinion, if you want to be an admin, prove it on server by being the very best staff member you can even when there's nobody watching.

That being said I don't know how you are on CS servers but the way this thread is going isn't helping to show the maturity I believe admins should have. If I were you I would prove it on the servers because even if you can argue why you think you should be admin on a forum thread, alot more goes into it than a simple + or - 1
