Remember when CS:S had 1000 mods/admins. Yeah, that was a shitty time. Also just saying, the "Too Young" rule should be changed to "Too immature" We mute 30 year olds who scream in their mics. Why do we mute? Cause they're annoying and loud. Same should be with young people. We shouldn't be opressing them. Just cause they squeak doesn't mean they're annoying. A 6 year old can be more mature than a 30 year old. Also please add in the staff handbook that all staff need to get along with each other. Or atleast be respectful towards each other. I fucking hated the time I was admin, because the staff all had grudges against one another and wouldn't talk to each other or even discuss problems with each other. It was irritating that the staff who did their shit would get shitted on or just shit on other staff. Then they leave xG cause of all the other shiity mods/admins. If there is constant conflict and disagreement between 2 staff or even 2 groups, it should be looked at and dealt with. EDIT: I forgot to add that this should be included for all divisions.

I +1 for at least some sort of punishment (removal of membership and/or ban) as I have plenty of evidence and more of cow disrespecting, harassing, and just being plain r00d to everyone ever

Well, it should be obvious why population is dropping, school. That's the main reason why out servers are becoming much less populated.

When I play we have usually about 10-20 players on jailbreak 20-25 players on pokemon and hale And 10 people on tgh So I think it's fine, also on weekends our servers are usually full

Hmmmm. Well this, this is a nice shit storm. I wonder why Kitty is being told "If you can't handle people making fun of you then leave" instead of people saying "It isn't right for anyone to be treated like that." I have read every post. And from what I can tell this seems to be a bit of a feud. Both sides are guilty, CLs will take care of it and punish as they see fit. But the attitude in general needs to change. You hate somebody? Don't talk to them.You got a problem? Bring it to a higher up. That's what they're there for. I had problems with other members. Know what I did? I FUCKING IGNORED THEM AND WENT ON WITH MY LIFE. Now I don't see them on forums and if they're in game I don't talk to them. But I guess logic like that comes with maturity. I've straight up wanted to quit MULTIPLE times because of the toxic environment of this fucking clan but I don't because I'm misogynistic. Every where I turn is someone posting shit about someone else. People leaving because things went to far and no one stopped it. That's not right. Instead of saying, "That's just how it is." How about you fucking make a difference so people don't feel attacked and this shit won't happen and we can go back to playing games like we're supposed too. This is bullshit. From both ends. +1 I can show no evidence but earlier this summer Ribbit started commenting and replying some disrespectful shit to my posts. When I asked her why she was constantly, for lack of a better word, attacking me, I got no response. Speed apparently knew why and apparently I did something to her?!? When I asked what I got no other answer than "You don't remember? I was there. I remember." But than I had to leave so I let it go. Now I come back and am stalking forums and have yet to see a relevant, non-disrespecting post. She's not a very mature member and doesn't seem to care.

Also going off of that a good example would be me its my second week of school and if @kbraszzz didnt notice i haven't been on playing much, as school progresses teachers come a little lazy and dont give out so much work thus giving me free time.

Community Leaders have the final say in anything, but must first come to an agreement with each other via discussions, and therefore take time in deciding an outcome for any given situation/scenario that may be present. There are a total of five Community Leaders. This is all off the top of my head, still at school. Feel free to remove/add anything that may be incorrect or otherwise need to be added.
