I publicly do not support any of those bans in "toxicity" Before the weeaboos and furries and bronies and mexicans get at me for again stating my disapproval let it be known it is not just because I am chill with vector I protest his ban. Hell other than the recent perm you gave him, I probably have the most ban time given out vs. him. I do not support any of the bans, here is my reason. they are all retroactive bans (taken from things that have happened much in the past.) they are all double jeopardy bans (they are banned now for things they were previously tried for, and either acquitted or banned at their individual times) none of them compare to other trolls (no major offense towards rabid) but people like rabid and neteX were much worse than any of them ever could dream of. you know what happened to neteX? he got banned from servers and forums. it wasn't until he DoS'd xg that he got teamspeak banned. why are these people banned on TS? it's meant as a public grounds for all people to just talk and relax, very rarely is anyone ever banned on there. it's saved for special offenders (cont.) They aren't special offenders, they are light BMers. they dont actually troll (by definition target a person or group and go out of their way to harass them.) they have some salty attitudes and get angry quick, not actually troll. they don't do anything worthy of real bans especially from TS. the only real ban on the list i saw was @Bach for the hacking thing, while i disagree that he wasn't banned based on our rules that he shouldn't have, i see the good intention behind it. (note: batman has good intentions about being a vigilante but the police hunted him/technically are supposed to arrest him even in current comics where he works with commisioner gordon; they don't because he helps a lot) the "higher ups" involved in the conversation already have very very strong biased opinions towards the individuals in question. there was no way in hell you were going to receive a fair punishment when they are your only source of discussion. I feel as if the CL system was a good idea, take individuals from higher ups in different divisions, mix them together and get differing opinions, require votes etc. however when you take the opinions of only a select sample that all share common interest/ground, it will be very very very very very very very very very biased when situations like that arise, you should be looking to a real jury. and outside source of opinion who is not effected by it (i.e. if you want to "discuss" perming someone from TF2 because he BMs tf2 staff, you should look to individuals from CS:S CS:GO etc. who don't give a rats ass about tf2 to look over any real evidence instead of testimonials/opinions and then take action on a real jury and their thoughts) that's my thoughts on the recent development, i tried talking to a couple CLs earlier, and they thought i was saying bans are for pussies blah blah blah, instead of listening.

During recent months, toxicity has become a major issue within xenoGamers. Recently, there's been an extreme amount of drama, toxic attitudes and just a general feeling of negative behavior. There's been a discussion between the Community Leaders, Division Leaders/Managers and Silence and Nomulous as to how we can begin to stem the extreme amount of toxic behavior within xenoGamers. As a result of our discussion, we came up with a series of reforms which we believe will help to get xenoGamers back on track, especially in the area of the community's behavior. We've combed through the roster of our members, and identified who we consider to be the most toxic and contributing towards a negative community environment. The memebers listed below will receive a punishment (of varying degrees of severity) due to their negative/toxic behavior. Tier 1 (removal of membership and in-game/forum ban): -Vector -Iggy Iggs Tier 2 (shorter in-game ban and/or forum ban, at risk for membership removal): -Gayporneon -Banginonatrashcan -SupremeWolf Tier 3 (at risk for punishment) -Hachi -Bach -Fasty In addition, we're going to be taking a more strict approach towards toxic behavior in the future. Keep in mind, just because the members were identified as having a negative/toxic behavior DOES NOT give you the right to bully/harass them in any way, shape or form. Additionally, please keep all replies civil and on-topic. Posts attempting to derail or harass will be deleted and the user responsible may be banned from the forums. Alright, some general things that really just push my buttons: 1) People that can't take serious threads seriously. It's been <20 min since this thread was posted and I already had to delete an unnecessary post. This has been an ever increasing problem, where people think every thread is their own playground, usually in the manner that its going to be a poopstorm and think "Yeah, why not edge it forward". 2) People that make threads poopstorms. Seriously? Are some of us not mature enough? 3) A lot of people seem to think they know what its like to be a DL/CL. Let me tell you all something, it aint anywhere close to as easy as you think.. and why is my number 4. 4) The fear of being demoted. The amount of times I've had to personally deal with someone either bullying, trolling, or general server rule breaking and have been unable to issue a ban or something longer than a day is unreal. I've been the only person on at night many times where a poopstorm has started, either in shoutbox or on a thread, and I can basically do nothing. Why? Either there won't be enough proof in the morning, its been an ongoing thing (so if someone looks why they were banned they only see one small instance, not tons of small ones), and because in the end there is a very high chance that I will get in trouble for banning/punishing them. 4a) The bureaucracy. One of the causes for problem #4. If anybody bans someone, mostly perm, the first question you get is "Did you ask the other CLs?". IT WAS 3 AM, NO I DIDNT FUDGING WAIT FOR ONE OF THEM TO GET ON. I would have loved to consult them in certain situations, but I can't sit there and do nothing when I am personally being attacked by someone. 4b) The lies and doing stuff behind people's back. Mostly reserved for the higher ups, but when did everything become so secret? When we started as CLs we agreed that everything needed a 3/5ths vote and that everyone had to see and approve the promo demo list. I haven't seen anything really happen that required a vote, but I also haven't seen a promo demo list since the last big demotion of TF2. Partly my fault, I should have contacted the other CLs. But I think we need to get together again on these things. Although there really is no need for most of us to see the Promo demo list, it was one of the more important things we did together. Kinda off on a tanget there, but lets get back to lies and doing stuff behind people's back. Since when was it cool to reverse someone's ban without discussing with the person who issued it? Never that I remember. I've permed someone, i'll leave names out (although he knows who it was), and he got his ban removed within 24 hours. That was some bulllllllpoop. Absolutely not a cool thing to do. TL: DR Let's think before we post. Poopstorms are not funny anymore. It's tough being a thug. Stop reporting abuse on higherups who are just trying to lay the hammer down sometimes (but please report if it really is a serious power problem) I can make some decisions on my own. Let me elaborate on this some more now. xG has been the shitstain on the bottom of the gaming diaper that is the community for too long. We needed to reform and we are taking action in all ways to shape up xG and be the best clan. This is not the only thing we will do when it comes to reform, we will take more action but this is a temporary fix to end drama in the clan. Why we choose to take this step first: We choose to get rid of toxic players first due to the fact that it is one of the key factors in the downfall. We have had too much drama so this was the appropriate action. How people where chosen for this? I wanted the community to answer and tell us who is poorly representing our clan. I messaged 230 members, staff, and regulars to get there input so we know who to investigate. Out of the votes multiple names came up that where not mentioned in the list such as asock because they have not been a problem and are probably on a final warning already. I only chose the ones that did not have dumb reasons why like "he is a furry" or "he is dumb" as those are just not valid at all. Also I did not accept answers that had lots of bias about how much you hate them unless it was good reason. To be clear many votes where not valid because of those reasons. To be clear, WE WILL NOT RELEASE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE WHO VOTED AND SAID YOUR NAME, IT WILL BREAK THE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT I MADE WITH THEM. How was the list formed? The list was formed in many different ways, people who where mentioned the most and considered the biggest problems where put on tier 1. People who caused problems but not a severe where put into tier 2. People who just need a talking too where put in tier 3. We then investigated the reasons why and discussed where you really place. We edited the list numerous times until the one seen here was made and agreed upon by EVERYONE. Why was I put on the list? Iggy: iggy since he stepped down has been becoming more of a troll. He harassed people in teamspeak and made people leave to the point of never coming back. He does not get along with a lot of people and has been seen acting rudely to people for no reason. Vector: I can say personally I was shocked by this choice. Then looking at what he does I was not surprised. He has been trolling and harassing users on all aspects whether it is servers, teamspeak, or the forums. He does and will do it anywhere. He also has been noted to have made threats towards people which is 100% unacceptable. But we did not use that because we have since had no problem with that. But he does harass the younger people on servers simply due to the fact they are younger. He has caused a lot of people to leave the servers and never come back and people do ask if vector is on Pokemon trade because they do not feel comfortable playing with him. Banginonatrashcan: All you do is troll on the servers. Bangin has to be watched at all times because he could be body blocking one second and then could be breaking other server rules a minute later. You may think it is funny but it is most certainly not. Gayporneon: He causes problems all the time one way or another. Everyday he either makes fun of someone on teamspeak or he is abusing donator powers. He argues with people and acts immature to people which gives off the impression that we allow it even though we do not. You have made fun of people because of who they are but it has not gotten to bad so there is time to change. Supremewolf: Even though he is not in the clan, he has stuck around on the forums and not for the good. He trolls and pushes boundaries on things that should not have been. Trolls people like tekage and kypari and we will not accept that. Hachi: One of my closest friends in all of xG, Hachi has a bad temper which can cause people to feel really uncomfortable. She has blamed it on things but it is no excuse. It needs to change before it ends up being a matter of boot out or keep. Fasty: Makes offensive jokes on the forums that I have personally said that they are unnaceptable yet he does it still. He also harasses people on teamspeak but not to bad to be on tier 2. Bach: Ever since leaving Bach has done a number of things. He trolls, harasses, and even made a "joke" ban protest on his account that was banned after a test on our server. It might not seem that bad but it is Bach. Any harassing of anyone from this point WILL get you on the list. I suggest giving evidence instead of making claims if so.

I think this should be made public. Over/around 250 people were asked (DL's, DM's, admins, mods, members, and even non members who frequent our servers). This is not biased; no one person has decided this.

Um based off of reading these other ratings im very curious if I misjudged you or not I will be subtracting my +1 for now and staying neutral unless you demostrate behavior that isn't what Bello and others have complained about.

Some of these tier listings are total bullshit since most are biased, due to personal feelings and grudges towards them.

Rules are rules no matter why you break them. Even if you think you are helping, if you break rules, you should expect the punishment they deem. There is nothing I have done for the abuse I have been receiving and while I will sometimes retaliate, most of the time I have simply ignored the provocations. Something as simple as a thread discussing a small change to the one of our servers will result in a backlash of hate messages and insulting everything I say. Some members involved (Izanagi) have lied about me to other staff about me abusing powers and have avoided bringing it up when I addressed it. This was obviously an attempt to get me demoted or punished for something I didn't do. Members should not be doing this to others. (Other staff members present can vouch this happened) I would post a harmless message in the chatbox responding to someone or ShackNewsBot and some of the members would take that opportunity to attack me. While they may claim its their opinion or a joke there is no need for posting constant messages and replies which upset and harass me. I tried to improve my relations to the clan by starting using my mic, Which is highly recommended for staff to communicate on the server over text. I did a test recording responding to my ice bucket challenge, my response was degrading and upsetting by being referred to by a few members as "a 40 year old with a voice changer" Kendrick Llama proceeded to humiliate me further by adding a picture to the photoshop thread of a man with ache to the body of a little girl and said it was "kitty in real life" Whilst on the server Trade Gaming History Muzzle joined and said "Kitty may I ask you a serious question?" (the video attached is what happened next) He then asked if I had a deformity because of my voice (even though I have said many times my mic is bad and has terrible feedback) They are intent on using my own attempt to bond with the clan as a tool to abuse me with. Another staff member Bach present when Muzzle said this did nothing to help. When it was quite clearly offensive. Below are some reasons directed at members involved and their unacceptable actions. Forge: constantly calling me a bad mod, quotes almost everything I say with offensive and sarcastic messages, In game would constantly comment if I miss a shot or die, has written lies about me on servers "Kitty said you have no friends" Something I have never said. (see pictures attached) Also has spoken on servers badly about me to others while I am offline. Forge even proceeded to create a thread to humiliate me called "dumbest quotes of the year!" with which he added a quote I wrote while in an argument with somebody else, the statement was not serious and was said during an argument in which I was angry. To use something like that to humiliate someone is uncalled for. (see links) His last offensive act which I managed to get evidence of was a post he wrote in which he verbally attacked me for no reason at all, no provocation came from me beforehand, The offensive message was quickly removed but I managed to get the evidence. (see the attached image) Izanagi: constantly quotes me with offensive statements, rates my posts negative for no reason, abuses me in the shoutbox and in post comments section regularly and most recently photo shopped a picture of a man with acne on a little girls body and said "Kitty in real life" (see attached picture) Also forced muzzle to invite me to a server in which he has admin powers on just so he can instantly kick me with a message (see attachment) The only members on this server were forge, izanagi and muzzle. So I knew they only invited me to abuse me. Muzzle: Has been rude to me in game asking if I have a deformity, as well as commenting offensively in the shoutbox and in post comment sections quite oftan. (see attachments) KendrickLlama: quoted my vocal recording calling me a man and changed his status to Forge = kitty, saying I am forge and arguing with myself. His status has now changed but the offence he caused has made me regret using my mic and has hurt my confidence with using it to aid my staff duty on servers as well as general conversation. Also has been rating all my posts are "downs" (see attachments) Starmix: Quite recently Starmix got himself involved with this hatred of me. He has been rudely commenting on my posts and just taking part in the abuse others cause. Calling me a bad mod and even using examples I used in a thread discussing a server problem as a tool to attack me with. Moosty: Moosty previously was involved in a petty argument with me over nothing but we both apologised for our part in that and I thought everything was calm and friendly with Moosty again. That was until he took the time to search for images, cut out and edit a picture to insult and humiliate me. This picture was not a 10 minutes job, he put time in to it. He did not apologise until Vector spoke to him and then had to remind him 1 day later about his apology for the unacceptable image. I accepted the apology but I felt it to be forced, fake and not genuine. I thought this even more when on my last thread posted about the AFK timer on Trade Gaming History, Moosty proceeded to quote me and bring up my activity on the server I suggested, There was no need for this and It was just proof Moosty is still involved and unable to act mature. I am not in this clan for enemies. I am always friendly and helpful to others. The actions of these members involved serves no purpose in this clan. I have had friends considering joining but have seen the maturity and hate of each others seen daily. Jokes can be jokes but in this case it's not a joke, I don't believe it ever was a joke. The only cause for this hatred I can think of is a jealously of my position as a moderator or my life which I am aware has been disliked by those involved for whatever reason. I urge the CLs to take immediate action against this. Bullying and harassment is not acceptable in any community. It has become so bad I don't like coming here any more and that is not good for somebody who has been active everyday on the forums even after being declined once for age. I like this clan, I like taking part in conversations and playing the servers. But I don't like constant abuse, bullying, spite and dislike of me and everything I do for myself or the clan.
