Holy shit this thread. All I have seen is Kypari make completely valid points and you guys just shitting on him and putting :^) at the end. If Kypari has a problem with bach let him speak instead of being complete asshole and acting like 4 year Olds with responses. He might not be a member but the way you are treating him makes you guys look immature as hell. I would say +1 for mod if bach can keep his shit posting to a minimum and bury hatchets he has with people. Admin is to much for now since he was recently demoted from mod.

Hey guys I discovered Jailbreak on the JB1 server, the first time I played it, I was a prisionner, I got killed at least 4 times without understanding how things works, I glitched to CT, didn't understand what to do, as soon as people came near me I started shooting, and suddenly, it's chat/mic spaming; freehit, freekill, noob, slay yourself. I felt guilty as hell, so I left the server and started reading on forums and watching videos on how to play jb, I went back to the server, checked the rules again, and since then, everything is fine. Now I've been playing on jb1 for a while since I became an xG member, and I was thinking about a plugin or something to reenforce the rules and avoid mass freekilling, we all know that some visitors are new to the game mode and aren't aware of the rules, even if they've been warned, sometimes they just don't read the rules, and some others, are totally aware of the rules and know how to play the game, but somehow, they enjoy taking warden, give an order and then freekill everyone, I've witnessed some ***holes visiting the server just to annoy everyone and leave. So since we don't always have a mod/admin on, I had this idea about creating a plugin that checks your rank, or the time spent in the server, and automatically ban you from CT if you have a total time played less than 30 minutes for exemple, this way, new visitors can only play in team T no matter who they are, if they are new to hte game mode they'll try to understand how it works, if they are some evil annoying players, they will get bored and leave . Find someone who can code this thing together, or toss out a link to an existing version of this, because as great as this idea seems; it just isn't something that will happen without the aforementioned conditions being met. As previously mentioned by Shadowspy, the difficult part is finding someone who can piece this thing together without asking for anything in return. Hell, we couldn't even get hub up and running again on CS:S. #NeverForgetHub

HAHAHA I have NEVER once EVER seen you use powers to actually admin the servers, I've only ever seen you abuse your powers as DM or Mod doing things like spamming lenny faces, using setclass and btg for ammo and health that you then use to exploit deathrun, or respawn yourself after calling someone names when they "freekill" you.... I doubt you would be any better than the rest of the staff here. I have not even seen you on the servers for like a month.... and you've said you dislike having to actually HELP the servers by responding to the calladmin bot... -1

He was previously mod, a damn good one too. He helped get jb get populated all day again. Maybe because everyone gets so damn salty with all of the staff now because of 1-2 bad staff from the past and the shit talking that happens when we turn our backs (we all probably talk shit about eachother.)

Maybe he just wanted to be able to respawn himself when he dies.... oh wait, that's someone else.... :P

Alright so in this thread, let's discuss similarities between our varying games. I'll try to post up one topic like this every month and leave it up for some positive input. So to start it off, this is about similarities, specifically similar champions/heroes/gods and abilities/playstyles. for example: Caitlyn's ultimate is basically shared with Sniper from DotA, except a little nerfed in the range department. and she plays fairly similar to him as well. Nova and Evelynn's passive is shared with Riki (phantom assassin)'s ultimate which gives him permanent stealth until broken by attacking/revealing abilities except she appears when she gets too close to enemy champions unlike him who can just run circles around you as long as you have no stealth detection, but they both play similar roles in that they try to skirt around and find that pick off or gank kill to push an advantage in the metagame of turrets for wherever they land the kill. If you're interested in trying out one of the other games, but aren't sure on what you should play, post who/what you currently like playing in your game (dota league hots smite) and others might be able to find you somebody similar to try out.

I actually like this idea. @Nomulous 30 minutes of play is not a ton, and it isn't horribly difficult to get. I would also like a confirmation thing when you type /guard that says "Have you read the !motd?" because I've seen blues who claim that they didnt know !motd existed.

Some CS:S members(including myself) have brought this up for css before. The only problem is that you need someone to code the whole thing(unless there is one out there already that can just be applied to the server). Another idea that has been brought up is a survey that pops up when you try to join the CT(or blue, whatever you guys call it). Questions such as "What is a freeday" , "What do you do when..." etc. But again, that's only if one of the developers who handle this stuff want to do that. It would be much easier for staff to just inform the player of the rules if it is obvious that they don't know what they're doing. Or if they break some more minor rules, teamban them for a short period of time(depends on what they did), and let them learn the rules.

durring this i thought it was just a salty war between 2 people in the server from what i read when i joined so thats y i added the salt content statements and after i said crimson i stoped paying atention to the chat. i didnt think of calling someone autistic was that bad because i hear so often both in game and on team speak

@Jpie112 Please explain what was happening at the time of the ban a little more, like what did the reds do that you killed. if it was just 2 people killed then +1 for unban but i am staying neutral till jpie responds. Also if it was just an accident like you tried to kill one guy and machina full charge killed him and they guy next to him, then he should serve a teamban for a day if anything.

Tf2 may be more populated than CSS, but it loses its members 20 times faster

It was a lot of freekills in the one round if i remember, like i said he was blocking off the medic and killing any reds that ran his way, I doubt it'd matter if we removed the ban, i havent seen him on JB for a long time.
