So I was going to stay quiet and not get involved with this but it's whatever, I have a say in this stuff too. So let's put aside our pasts and discuss this maturely. On one side, I don't think you'd be bad for the role. You're pretty active and you seem to know the rules well enough, and that's good. Those are just some of the most important parts of being a good staff member. You also seem to cooperate well with others and staff when they ask something of you, which is also good. On the other side though, I've also known that you have a short fuse. I mean no offense by this, I can lose my patience very easily as well. However, if you can't keep your cool in serious situations, it can cause you to lash out and do really regrettable shit. I should know, it's gotten me demoted in the past. I'm not saying not saying you have a toxic personality or anything, I think you're actually pretty friendly and funny. But I know at least one time where you lost your cool and it got you in deep trouble. You and I both know what I'm talking about. HOWEVER, that was just one time. I don't know you very well and haven't known you for very long. But recently, I have seen you act friendlier and more considerate on servers. Even when there were people on that you don't like (like me) or people would confront you about rules, you seem to keep your cool and not let it bother you too much. I think these are noteworthy improvements and I'm not going to lie and act like you haven't changed just because of a dumb feud we had. Overall, I do think you've come a way and shaped up. I'm not going to -1 you just because of one bad experience. However, I also believe it's too early for me to +1 this. I want to see you keep being a good boi, then maybe I'll change my mind. My vote remains neutral... for now.

The rtds themself are not actually built directly into the plugin, theres a separate config iirc for custom rtds. If that's something people wanted then let me know what it is they want and I'll be glad to make them for you guys.

I noticed that rtd had some effects added and then they got removed and put back to normal so I've played on a different server that has awesome rtd effects which I think xG could benefit from and I'll list them below but the name of the server is delfy's class wars: Saxton Hale - you become Saxton hale of your team color and the main weapon would be a frying pan that can kill anyone with a few hits and by pressing E you would stun people which would be similar to scary bullets. Pudge - it will start by saying pudge is here and by pressing E there's this beam that will lock onto enemy players rendering them stunned for a moment and using your melee weapon you will be able to kill them and for every hit you get health. Tank - you become a tank of your team color not like the mvm tank but a normal size tank and by pressing mouse 1 you fire a fireball which sets the enemy on fire and by pressing e or mouse 2 you activate a shield similar to the vaccinator shield which will injure enemy players. Sentry Buster - this one you become a normal sized sentry buster of your team color and when you wanna explode you press E killing any enemy players and enemy buildings nearby. Predator - you vanish and you become this light of your team color and when you press E you lock onto an enemy player and press mouse 2 to shoot a beam that will vaporize any enemy players that gets hit with the beam. Toxic gas - This is where you point at a spot and by pressing E a cloud of toxic gas appears killing any enemy player that's in that cloud. Meem - this one you turn into a meme cutout of the class that you currently are and of your class color and by pressing E near an enemy player you inflict damage on that player or players until you kill them There is other effects but i can't remember a lot of them but these are mainly the strongest ones. Also Stripped To Melee - would it be possible that it could have a timer so you're not stuck on it and forced to die or go to the health cabinet to reverse the effect? These are all the effects i know of for now but another thing i wanted to know is can the cool down time be reduced from what it is to a lower time like 40 or 50 seconds?

I think I said it in a different thread to do with CS, but I personally think it's either staff or no staff. If we were to promote red, we would more than likely just make him straight moderator instead of giving him a lesser position and see how he does there
