Would just like to say that I’m sorry for letting the TF2 Division down as a staff member as I have been incredibly inactive due to life stuff such as revision for driving theory, interviews and finishing up college exams. I was only able to get hours in the morning when the servers are dead and during the weekend so I was barely able to play. Sorry for being a bit of a let down and not lasting very long as staff, hopefully I’ll make a comeback sometime in the future

Okay, So I'm trying to decide what to write about on the forums. I'm thinking of doing either a post talking about context or the "no arguing" punishments. I think both of them could be updated to be more clear-cut and acceptable in almost every situation. I say this because right now both of them can be very vague at times. This is coming from a guy that has been punished with these reasons multiple times throughout my time on XG. Which one should I do

After talking to @Caleb956 apparently you mean something more so along the lines of people saying "stop arguing and take it to the forums" rather than people saying "If you have any questions or concerns please go to our forums www.xenogamers.com and report them" then that's different and staff should be more communicative and friendly rather than just bluntly shutting you down. If that's what you mean then that's different for sure

We did discuss it. We decided that arguing with staff is not allowed and you should take it to the forums or a higherup with evidence to get them demoted, otherwise if a staff member is blatantly being a dick about it too then that's also grounds to get them demoted as well. It's not to stop you guys from having a rebuttal because that's not fair. It's to stop server drama and creating a hostile environment, which also causes many other players who join the argument to break rules such as disrespect too. You can also talk to me or any higherup for that matter if you are having any issues with punishments

The whole "arguing with staff" ordeal was already brought up pretty recently, so I don't really think making another one would be an amazing idea since it would just be an almost exact replica of the previous thread. In terms of staff abuse reports and such, go for it
