  I've seen quite a few situations where the current ''discord staff'' were a bit to slow to deal with issues with trolls (probably because they have a life and I don't) and since I'm constantly breathing down the server's neck I feel like if any problems were to arise, I would be swift to deal with them. I also enjoy helping others when they're in need of guidance whenever so theres that.

Yeah if you have any issues or concerns, you could always talk to a higher up (dm, dl, cm, cl) about any problems you're having with staff and if so please provide actual examples/evidence of the problem.

I could easily and safely say: Texas Roadhouse.

Their staff (at least the ones where I live) give off a really friendly aura and act like people rather than just some robot who's there to take your order and give you your food n' whatnot. 

The food there is REALLY good. If you're into ribs then their ribs are really frickin' amazing, they're the fall-off-the bone ribs and its super juicy . The sides that you can order with your meals (if they allow for a side) are also really good; the loaded mash potatoes are one of the best mash potatoes I will ever consume and their fries  are magnificent.

Imo I feel like it shouldn't be allowed due to some of the things @Tatost said.

A new player could join the server and think ''oh snap we can micspam/dj on this server? EPIC!!!'' and think its okay to micspam. I understand we have rules set in !motd for that but do you think anyone truly reads the !motd? 

Also another problem with having these ''story times'' or whatnot, is that it stops people from being able to talk on the server through voice chat. I remember seeing people get muted just because some dude wanted to do some dumb fan fiction reading or something. I think its pretty silly to mute someone who's actually trying to talk and socialize rather than allow someone to essentially micspam and have it be okay.

This also ties in with what I said above; on top of new players joining, sometimes they join and don't understand what's going on and try to talk on the mic but get a warning for ''talking over people'' when they're just ignorant to the fact that they made a vote for a specific person to micspam. 

This creates quite the problem imo and I know its fun for you and your friends to have story time on the server but if people really want to have a true story time, they can easily just go in a discord call or something and have it there rather than disrupt the entire server. I think we should ultimately remove the ability for people to make votes like this. no more fun

So I haven't had that many encounters with xenome but the negative ones are more apparent than any of the positive/neutral ones. On his staff app he was seen as immature and people wanted to see him change for the better but that didn't happen. Right after he left xG, he came back and was still immature. Me and some other people were camping a spot in surf and he had been getting killed every time he went to the spot and he got angry about it and said some rude comments to us which was completely unnecessary because he could've easily gone in !friendly mode if he didn't want to get killed. Imo he still needs a bit more time to collect himself and fix any sort of problems he has before applying to become member again. -1

I don't know where to start with this apology. It'll probably be all over the place because I'm not so good with conveying my emotions/thoughts. 

I guess I'll start with saying I'm sorry for what Lemonvolt said in the thread. He didn't mean to group everyone (who isn't in my friend group) in this ''furry'' group. He did the worst thing possible (which is something everyone agreed with) especially since there was tension before that. He did it out of frustration and I can understand but I still didn't think it was okay for him to do that.

I'm sorry to @Caribou to being a hypocrite towards him (and anyone else that found me to be a hypocrite). I reflected on what I had said and what I've done and I thought it was pretty retarded of me to say that people were picking on me for my past when I was doing the very same thing.

I'm sorry to @Kypari (and anyone that can apply themselves to this or however you want to phrase it) for arguing with you in the past (and if I've argued with you recently which I dont think I've done, correct me if I'm wrong).

I'm sorry to @bagggel and anyone else I've been passive aggressive towards. I should've thought before I sent that message. I should've went to a higher up instead of trying to stir up drama and I fully admit that I was completely in the wrong there.

(Sorry for the repetition but) I'm sorry for all of the passive aggressive comments n' such. I don't know how to explain my actions there other than wanting to cause drama or something. (Was usually done due to having anger and frustrations that I couldn't do anything about).

You talked to me in a condescending tone and I didn't particularly enjoy that so of course I was going to be upset. Recently we had a problem with that spawn issue on the very same map where staff had told me that it was not part of spawn so that whole argument was really silly.

It wouldn't have to had turned into an argument if the staff's logic in that situation wasn't so poor. I admit that it could've been dealt with better than it was but I also think the staff member in question could've also done the same. Also I only had commented once when he was talking so I don't see how that could've been too much of a problem, its not like I was talking over them with the intent to disrupt.

Some of these points are already done and dealt with (2 and 3) while the rest are recent and are actually good examples and I thank you for pointing them out to me. The passive aggressiveness is a product of me bottling up my anger and frustrations (which come from xG specifically) and I'm not talking about it on the forums so if you really want to talk to me to sort things out then just pm me in discord or set up a time where we can converse in the xG vc. I wish people would just stop clinging to the past so much because its starting to actually make me upset because I'm trying to improve but oh well

Yeah something I've notice so far is that people have been -1ing me haven't really been providing any examples.The thing with me ''arguing'' was literally brought up in the thread I made not too long ago, where it literally talks about how staff call my criticism/corrections ''arguing'' and ''instigating'' even though that isn't my goal. If no one provides me with actual examples of any of my recent issues then how am I supposed to improve.

With your personal experience and from what I can remember it was due to the fact that you didn't bother reading some of the rule; the rules you're supposed to enforce and not make up. So I don't ever remember ''verbally attacking'' you for anything personal.

Heard? Like rumors? And also gossip right? Because that's all that circulated from when I was staff and it was the reason why I stepped down because all people could do was slander me. No one ever took the time to talk to me about my issues and simply bullied me out of the staff roster. (At least that's how it felt like)

These -1 and +1 AREN'T pointless because its community input and it's a factor that allows the higher ups to see other opinions on people,  to convince them if they deserve member/staff.  From the two new +1's I've seen are people who have their OWN, GENUINE opinion on me and shows where I currently stand with my overall attitude and behavior imo. 

But something is bothering me... I haven't seen you on the servers at all and this is the first time I've seen you in months so what brings you around these parts of town?

Can't vouch since I've actually never seen you but I looked up your profile on our servers and it doesn't say that you've had a total amount of 27+ days of time. Can you clarify for me cus I'm confused here.

That makes no sense whatsoever. If you're ''wasd frozen'' then how the hell is the demo spam even happening? Everyone is wasd frozen (which means no demo spam atm) so that point is immediately invalid. And with that, you can still simply walk away from the sound and do what ever.

-1 'Tis a property of the AIA plugin and not a exploit since it does, ya know... give infinite ammo. This problem can easily be fixed by simply walking away from the sound (since its not a server wide sound problem) and if you want to give warnings to people you can also use the chat function as a way to communicate to people if you're really stubborn on not being able to walk away from the demo spam to give a proper warning.

+1 Lets forget about what he's caused in the past and instead, focus on the tat of now. I never made that whole event define who he actually is as a person, other than a friend who cared for another friend. Of course from time to time I would see him slip and act like a bum but in recent times he's definitely improved his maturity and activity and I can sense his (overall) care for the community. He deserves to come back as a member.

He's saying if you actually treat him correctly instead as a animal, that he'll respect you back. +1 He's drastically changed from the way he was back from when I was staff to now. He actually follows the rules now and I honestly think he should become member since he just fits the role well imo.

oof sorry for assuming that but it's that the certain staff member had said they had asked you about the whole rule thing and you got on as they said that. Also can you guys elaborate in the motd what you mean by no immature voices? Just so that its not as vague as it was before.

@Everyone Just to clarify again the immature voice rule isnt in the surf motd so that means it shouldnt be enforced on the surf. Also when I talked about the ''dont argue with staff rule'' I mean whenever I would tell a staff member that they're wrong they would always shield themselves with ''dont argue with staff'' rule and the ''staff have final say'' rule and point me towards the forums essentially showing that they can't admit that they're wrong imo, which is why I had to make this thread...

Personally I find the rule useful because we do have those cavemen who come on and try to do their best impression of Peter from family guy or whatever else for two hours straight.

Rules are generally enforced through precedence, so if you are having problems with staff picking on you for having a small bit of fun, make reports and bring attention to your issue, but generally there's always going to be some amount of subjective interpretation involved with rule enforcement regardless of how well it's worded. In fact I'd argue the more wordy and lengthier the more likely players just skip reading it, which doesn't solve anything.

I mean what's the point of bringing up to the higher ups when one of them were on at the time. That was the last straw because a certain staff member had called him on just to say that I was wrong and that this invisible rule exists. Also funny enough, yesterday night I had been jokingly talking about toes in a weird voice and nutty had NO problem with it but then when another staff member cries to him about it, THEN it becomes a problem?

I don't even know where to start. So recently I've been seeing staff members enforce a rule that was removed ages ago (the ''no immature voice'' rule) and every time I've had to clarify that its no longer a rule (specifically on surf and a few others) I get told to either: (A) Make a thread on it or (B) Don't argue with staff (which is getting super aggravating). Then I get told that this is ''still a rule'' and that it just means ''don't be a moron on mic'' which is EXTREMELY VAGUE and doesn't help AT ALL with that argument. They also just point me to the ''No voice changers or tts programs'' rule but that makes no sense. Then there's also hypocrisy going on with staff where they'd punish you for being [saying something] ''disrespectful'' but then do it themselves. There are also a LOT of problems with the rules and the way staff portray and enforce the rules because theres a lot of ''up in the air rules'' and the rules themselves need to be fixed across ALL of the servers since its so unorganized and sometimes vague.

P.S. Please make sure your staff actually read the rules before they try enforcing anything because from what i've seen the older staff just snowball a non-existing rule(s) into the new staff and it just gets out of control 

P.S.S. Can you PLEASE fix the ''Dont argue with staff'' rule because staff are using it to shut out people when they're in the wrong and they just make up excuses every single time they're called out for something wrong that they did because apparently criticism is now arguing with someone.

No, you spawn killed me and hit another player in blu spawn and just got off with a warning and EVEN THEN you continued to do it unnoticed. And when the whole valve rocket launcher thing happened I was talking to the person and they had told me you spawned it in and started to kill people with it and since you already had a history of abusing your donor power I think its safe to assume that it was true. Also I have no idea why you keep on bringing up your past because I wasnt part of it but from what I've seen from here is that you don't seem responsible enough to have donator. Again -1 and if possible a punishment.

Wowie you my friend have not changed at all from what you've shown me. Earlier today you spawn killed and spawn hit multiple times your excuse being ''I'm bored''. I also heard from multiple people like night that you had abused your donor powers by spawning in the valve rocket launcher without making a vote, and killing people with it. -1 and if possible, a punishment seeming as tho theres been quite a few things hes done and got away with which is completely unacceptable and should be dealt with immediately.
