Before its blessed deletion, #shitposting was often used for political discussion (which wasnt really allowed elsewhere). #politics could easily fall under the same category that sports and technology are in.       Updates: He's alive and fine. His ex is on twitter posting shit like, "Hope you guys enjoy the ride!" which is kind of pissing me off because if anyone knows anything it would be her. And if she ain't taking it seriously then I imagine it's just a stunt. What his actual goal is I have no idea but as long as he is physically OK and in shape to be mentally OK as well then I'm happy.
