I have no idea how to express what I am feeling when it comes to this post. I really don't. I guess I'll just start it off bluntly. From my experiences thus far, I have no inherent issues with any of the moderation staff of xG. I rather enjoy their company for the most part. But when I see something like this literally rock-slide out of control, it makes me take a step back and take a good, hard look at the xG servers as a whole. I like you guys. I really do. But there are times when I am facepalming myself so hard I nearly give myself a concussion. The maturity levels of some of our moderators, at times, seems to be extremely underwhelming. There have been many times that I have been in a server and chose to disconnect due to the content being spewed over the voice chat by those who have the power to kick other players. Sometimes, I just don't want to be in the same server as some of you. But, I don't want you guys to think I am trying to stir the pot. I am just being honest. It would seem to me that there needs to be some sort of revolution with the way staff conducts themselves. Some more than others, of course. But for the most part, our staff here do what needs to be done, but there are those moments where things escalate and words are said that do not help the situation at all. Sometimes, it feels like the moderators forget that the other people playing on the servers are, in fact, other people. I consider myself a pretty level-headed individual. I think logically before I speak and try to avoid hasty decisions. I process the possible outcomes of every scenario before I take action. I always try to resolve conflict with open communication. Any time I have an issue with someone, the first thing I try to do is contact that individual so I may directly speak with them. @Mitsu and @Hachi can probably vouch for me on that. I've been known to be an ass, but when I'm an ass and it upsets someone, I am quick to try and fix the problem. I own up to the situation and take responsibility for my actions. I'm not perfect, but I have a pretty good track record of cleaning up my messes. It would seem to me that the moderators need to find that innate ability to own up for their mistakes. EVERYONE makes mistakes, and when those mistakes go uncorrected, the head begins to fester until it bursts. This brings me to the situation at hand. The situation makes me feel a lot of feelings for a lot of the people involved. I feel upset that this rift has been created among the staff. I feel sorry for @Kittylicious and the position she has been placed in. I feel sorry for the other moderators that have been put in this situation and have to defend their actions. I feel sorry for @Nomulous because of the awkward situation it has put him in. It is just a proverbial shitpile. NOTHING good will come of this. But I have chosen to stand and help. I have chosen to remain in the middle, waiting until someone calls on me to referee the situation. I want to help EVERYONE involved on both ends and I want to see a sound resolution to these issues. I teach second graders. I see this kind of stuff DAILY. I can safely say that I am an EXCELLENT mediator when it comes to personal problems, so if ANYONE needs to talk to me about the issue, my door is always open. Information: several members constantly abusing me by either constantly calling me a bad mod, calling for my demotion and straight forward insults and harassment. There is nothing I have done for the abuse I have been receiving and while I will sometimes retaliate, most of the time I have simply ignored the provocations. Something as simple as a thread discussing a small change to the one of our servers will result in a backlash of hate messages and insulting everything I say. Some members involved (Izanagi) have lied about me to other staff about me abusing powers and have avoided bringing it up when I addressed it. This was obviously an attempt to get me demoted or punished for something I didn't do. Members should not be doing this to others. (Other staff members present can vouch this happened) I would post a harmless message in the chatbox responding to someone or ShackNewsBot and some of the members would take that opportunity to attack me. While they may claim its their opinion or a joke there is no need for posting constant messages and replies which upset and harass me. I tried to improve my relations to the clan by starting using my mic, Which is highly recommended for staff to communicate on the server over text. I did a test recording responding to my ice bucket challenge, my response was degrading and upsetting by being referred to by a few members as "a 40 year old with a voice changer" Kendrick Llama proceeded to humiliate me further by adding a picture to the photoshop thread of a man with ache to the body of a little girl and said it was "kitty in real life" Whilst on the server Trade Gaming History Muzzle joined and said "Kitty may I ask you a serious question?" (the video attached is what happened next) He then asked if I had a deformity because of my voice (even though I have said many times my mic is bad and has terrible feedback) They are intent on using my own attempt to bond with the clan as a tool to abuse me with. Another staff member Bach present when Muzzle said this did nothing to help. When it was quite clearly offensive. Below are some reasons directed at members involved and their unacceptable actions. Forge: constantly calling me a bad mod, quotes almost everything I say with offensive and sarcastic messages, In game would constantly comment if I miss a shot or die, has written lies about me on servers "Kitty said you have no friends" Something I have never said. (see pictures attached) Also has spoken on servers badly about me to others while I am offline. Forge even proceeded to create a thread to humiliate me called "dumbest quotes of the year!" with which he added a quote I wrote while in an argument with somebody else, the statement was not serious and was said during an argument in which I was angry. To use something like that to humiliate someone is uncalled for. (see links) His last offensive act which I managed to get evidence of was a post he wrote in which he verbally attacked me for no reason at all, no provocation came from me beforehand, The offensive message was quickly removed but I managed to get the evidence. (see the attached image) Izanagi: constantly quotes me with offensive statements, rates my posts negative for no reason, abuses me in the shoutbox and in post comments section regularly and most recently photo shopped a picture of a man with acne on a little girls body and said "Kitty in real life" (see attached picture) Also forced muzzle to invite me to a server in which he has admin powers on just so he can instantly kick me with a message (see attachment) The only members on this server were forge, izanagi and muzzle. So I knew they only invited me to abuse me. Muzzle: Has been rude to me in game asking if I have a deformity, as well as commenting offensively in the shoutbox and in post comment sections quite oftan. (see attachments) KendrickLlama: quoted my vocal recording calling me a man and changed his status to Forge = kitty, saying I am forge and arguing with myself. His status has now changed but the offence he caused has made me regret using my mic and has hurt my confidence with using it to aid my staff duty on servers as well as general conversation. Also has been rating all my posts are "downs" (see attachments) Starmix: Quite recently Starmix got himself involved with this hatred of me. He has been rudely commenting on my posts and just taking part in the abuse others cause. Calling me a bad mod and even using examples I used in a thread discussing a server problem as a tool to attack me with. Moosty: Moosty previously was involved in a petty argument with me over nothing but we both apologised for our part in that and I thought everything was calm and friendly with Moosty again. That was until he took the time to search for images, cut out and edit a picture to insult and humiliate me. This picture was not a 10 minutes job, he put time in to it. He did not apologise until Vector spoke to him and then had to remind him 1 day later about his apology for the unacceptable image. I accepted the apology but I felt it to be forced, fake and not genuine. I thought this even more when on my last thread posted about the AFK timer on Trade Gaming History, Moosty proceeded to quote me and bring up my activity on the server I suggested, There was no need for this and It was just proof Moosty is still involved and unable to act mature. I am not in this clan for enemies. I am always friendly and helpful to others. The actions of these members involved serves no purpose in this clan. I have had friends considering joining but have seen the maturity and hate of each others seen daily. Jokes can be jokes but in this case it's not a joke, I don't believe it ever was a joke. The only cause for this hatred I can think of is a jealously of my position as a moderator or my life which I am aware has been disliked by those involved for whatever reason. I urge the CLs to take immediate action against this. Bullying and harassment is not acceptable in any community. It has become so bad I don't like coming here any more and that is not good for somebody who has been active everyday on the forums even after being declined once for age. I like this clan, I like taking part in conversations and playing the servers. But I don't like constant abuse, bullying, spite and dislike of me and everything I do for myself or the clan. Jesus, I woke up to find an assload of notifications waiting for me. Took me 30 minutes to read all the replies and ratings to my stuff, (And apparently I found out I'm a furry somehow. Weird how that works,) and I feel like nothing was accomplished in that time. Anyways, I think it's pretty clear that EVERYONE has had their say in this terrible matter. (Unless there are any of the moderators who haven't given their two cents yet that I may have missed.) Does this thread really need to be open any longer? +1 to have the thread closed so the CLs may adequately address the issue and come to a solution. I think everyone has given their two cents and now a decision can be reached.

Time to rant Has it really gotten to the point where you guys are resorting to petty bullying? As I'm sure most of you are in school/recently finished high school, I'll remind you of the countless assemblies or whatever you want to call them that we had to attend focused on cyber bullying, and yet, here we are having to discuss the same topic because you guys can't keep your dislikes of person A to yourself. As I'm sure everyone knows, we are not ALL going to enjoy one another's company, but that doesn't make it right to harass each other. As an example (and only an example), lets say i hate @Bleed and can't stand him nor can i be in the same TS channel as him because of how much i hate him. Does that give me the right to attack him? No. What should I do then? Keep my personal problems personal. There is no need to express said dislikes. All I would have to do is leave a teamspeak channel if he joins it, or better yet, simply ignore him. You know, there's this feature on multiple programs now a days called blocking, which makes it so you don't have to interact nearly as much with someone, instead of harassing said person because you dislike him/her. I personally do have people in this clan I do not like, but most people wouldn't know who I'm referring to. Why? Because I keep it to myself, there's no need to attack someone because you dislike them. It truly saddens me that I have to make a post about cyber bullying. Now that the cyber bullying thing is pretty much out of the way, I'll go on to something else I wanted to address. Since when did different servers become their own countries, especially among a single community? Last time I checked, the Trade Gaming History server was an xG server, not a [insert xG faction name here] server, and same goes with the other tf2 servers. Now, I only bring up CS GO because it's the division I have the most experience in, but in CS GO, we weren't divided into this group or that group, we were simply csgo players. Some people were disliked by others, but that didn't mean we had to create our own cliques centered around said ideas. Hell, when I was more involved with TF2 a year ago or so, we didn't really have this wall between each other. I remember being able to go to Saxton Hale if I wanted to, then go to Pokemon Trade or Trade Gaming without any sort of drama tied to said servers. What happened? I can see now some of the reasons why a lot of the older tf2 members left (i.e hapless, travtman, etc.) I remember everyone just gathering in one channel and hanging out, whether person A didn't like person B or not. Again, it makes me sad that I have to treat you guys like 10 year olds who fight over not sharing toys or who called who a dumb. Alright, huge block of text. Warning: don't complain about typos, smashed 3 of the fingers on my left hand in an incident involving 3 physics textbooks and water on the stairs at school on my way to IB Psych today. (Don't even get me started on my shin/knee, pics of books to show size are available on request) Regarding the picture, I can understand that you might think it's rude, but it's a joke, using a popular meme as a main crux, if you were offended and voiced your opinion in the comments, I'd apologize, which I'll do now, sorry about that. If you want, I'll even delete the picture. Moving along, regarding the invite to the server, I DID NOT invite you, neither did tell anyone to do so. Also, there were others on at the time, it was meant to be a teamwork building exercise/MGE stuff and passwording the server, well, I legit don't know how to. (Can upload pics of plugins, of which MGE is the only one starting tomorrow, as the PC is running windows srcds at my dad's place, and there's no way in hell he's getting up this late to turn on his son's desktop for some stupid reason) Also, I did not make false accusations, yes, I had a lack of proof (the one time I don't have fraps running), but others can attest that they have been abused on by you, but let's not turn this into an abuse thread. Now, in regards to another thing: Harassment from you. UK law strictly prohibits harassment that would cause gross offense to those to whom it relates through messages, which is defined by Oxford dictionary as, "An electronic communication generated automatically by a computer program and displayed on a screen". You rated a couple of my posts downs, so let me explain why that was such an issue. During my 10th grade year (2013-14), a math credit of mine wasn't processed correctly. This led to me being placed in a math class that was below my level and a science class consequentially that had no relation to any sort of study that I intended to pursue (earth-space, which I'll explain why it was bad in a sec). Now, I came from a school where I was top of the class, i.e. A+'s in maths/physics. Now, in the new position, I was shocked, but I just told myself, it's a year, I'll get over it and take an extra class next year to cover for it. I was wrong, horribly wrong. The math class was fine, except it was filled with kids who were a year younger than me, no biggie, right? But the science class is where it all went wrong. I'm going to be frank, the class was filled with some very stupid kids. Kids who didn't know that the sun wasn't a planet. Of course, I got ribbed a lot because of it, eventually culminating in me calling myself a retard on a daily basis. Of course, this may sound like nothing to you, but it destroyed my self-esteem until I finished my summer class, which I took to take a higher level course. This ended up destroying me for a while as well. I can take the rating as jokes from people I interact with in a pretty good way, since I know they're joing, but that hasn't happened very often with you, in all honesty. (Going into precalc now instead+IB physics, which led to my fingers/shin being in such a crappy situation.) So yes, by definition of UK law, you did harass me, and I'm expecting a similar edit to come that way as well, to amend it to add in UK law as well, @Nomulous. So, I submitted my Twitch TV channel for the approved streams here on the forums, and it was accepted! <3 So, here is a short schedule of some of the things I plan on doing via that channel: MONDAYS and FRIDAYS - I play Project M (A Super Smash Bros Brawl mod) with a bunch of my IRL friends. We will be streaming our games at 7:00PM MST on these days. TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS - Nothing set in stone yet, but we may be doing a TF2 stream on these days after I get off work. Not set in stone, but it could be anything from dicking around in one of the xG servers to Pyro Dodgeball to Surfing to PUG games. SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS - Free For All days. Currently, I've been playing Five Nights at Freddy's, so that may be continued until I beat the 5th, 6th, and 7th nights. I am open for suggestions. I also do a lot of emulation-based games too. Monster Hunter Freedom Unite may be in the works, as I have a craving to play that. Hope you guys enjoy!

I would like to give @DrLee, @Hidingmaster, @ThePenguin @diabeetus for conversations, as this issue it too big out for me to deal with this solely. During their investigation, I would like to be included in the conversations, as me running the TF2 divisons and deciding moderators and promos will cause bias towards my decisions.

i am unsure of how active you have been, but you have def been more active than i have on forums. my activity in game has been almost every day CS:S has been populated since like march or something save for half of july. to be fair though i feel like the only reason i got promoted is css was dying in the period that i got promoed and i guess i havent done anything to get demoted :p

+1 the donator tag we see on the forums are from cash donations, but key donations for donator status in game should also get a forum tag I think.
