Donated: No Information: Hello guys, I am applying for DL of Minecraft because I believe my activity and experience can move the server forward and hopefully bring in a new regular playerbase. It is true the Minecraft division is in dire need of a makeover and new DL/M's are needed as well. I plan to work this position alongside my TF2 staff duties which shouldn't be a problem for me. I also have in mind some ideas to revitalise the server. My previous experience and what I can provide as a DL: Ran a Minecraft server and was given the job of working the backend. So I have experience in maintenance and configuration of new and current plugins as well as all the other responsibilities required of a DL. I am an active player on the server regardless of it currently being dead, I also do my best to get the members of the town I'm in on the server, The town being currently the largest active town. I will run weekly events for prizes ranging from pvp tournaments to building contests, all contest information and signups will be handled via the forums. A new event hub will be created in the world to host the weekly events and will contain various arenas, observation areas and more! I will review the current plugins and see what can be done to make the server more fun and engaging to boost recurring visitors. Learn other language it's hard and takes too much time. If you don't practice a lot,probably you will forget the grammar and the vocabulary.:( When I started coming to the surf server I didn't know any single word of English,I used to change the colors of my trails to comunicate, I got ban once for bad understand the rules Since I used To traslate the rules by Google Translatetor ( DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE ) ....PLOP , look at me now! thanks for the Constant practice at the Surf server ,i can speak and understand english. if the surf server weren't exist , i would NOT speak English right now.Personally, I recommend you spanish in your case because You are living and working in Texas now, there are people who speak Spanish So you could practice Spanish with those people to improve your language quickly like me with my english.(y) ¡Concha de mono!....Este párrafo me tomo como una hora.. In my opinion @XHina_sanX or @Ms.Spooks are the best options for higherups being as they both have a lot of experience with servers on Minecraft and have spent a lot of their time on the xG Minecraft server. Just my input :coffee:

Personally I like to have minimal amount of effects since it can look ugly real fast if you have to many. The hat effects look nice together but the ks kinda ruins it. Just don't go overboard like some people I see who mix effects.

Rule change for surf: Removed: !cptele should only be used to advance in the map, NOT for gaining an advantage in the arena/fighting area! You can basically CPTele anywhere except the enemy team's spawn now.
