alright since my -1 was deleted, i'll explain. -1 Matsi, says he's a great admin however, he rolls on the edge of rules and usually goes along the lines of "it doesn't say this this or this in the rools so it's okay :^)))))))))))" looping holing in a sense. He also alienates literally 95% of xG nor gives zero attempts in putting those opinions aside. He constantly bugs the shit out of multiple members to the point of harassment (see cristo mic spamming) being 26, he has the mentally of a 12 year old. He was an admin in CSS and CS:GO and had a bad rep of pissing off regulars and new guys, goes into tf2 and again alienates by finding 1 or 2 kids there and just hangs out with them, then has the audacity to critize the CSGO servers when they are just getting up and running and not realizing that developing new rules/admins takes time and effort. Also he gets angry when something doesn't go his way nor listen to him. Matsi, it's fantastic you have all this time on your hands but the fact of the matter is that other people are doing other things whether it be real life or other ingame shit. He also blames his own incompitence on "that clique that hates him" That clique has very good reasons to dislike you and have damn good reasons to -1 you. if this sounds retarded it's cause it's 1 am and i'm tired

I don't have much in the say for this but as someone who actively played CS:GO JB for a while, I've seen masi play once. The second someone trolled him, I think aegean my self and a few others said a few things to him, he made a thread or a comment in the shoutbox shortly after don't remember which, but it was stating "I don't play on CS:GO servers because the people there hate me or I get trolled" I'm sorry to go against you @Rhododendron since you're pretty knowledgeable and reasonable now a days, but there is alot of people in this division that don't agree with him, get along with him, nor talk to him. it's basically letting a new member get mod on a server that does not really need him in that position because he would be unpredictable to the people that he doesn't get along with. And with this thread i'd also like to make a formal compliant on matsi reasoning- Involved in Zoophilia aka Bestiality. Breaking a federal law in most states. Breaking the law with a misdemeanor in some states. This statement was in the chat when I joined the channel Of course I went with it and just joked around, but the more and more I thought of it the sicker it got me as I'm an animal lover and have rescued two dogs in my short life time. So hearing about someone abusing an animal is actually disgusting to me. Anyways the proof of the statement followed by the last digits of his Ip adress I got from an undisclosed source (if you wish to know who you can further look into this complaint, and I will happily reply to a private message on the forums or talk on teamspeak) The last digits for his last two known IP addresses- 204.24 77.101 If I ever see a comment like this from him again, I will take further action into this into a personal matter and not forum related, I will save what I have screenshot, and any other further evidence I get against him, I will call the local animal shelter, and notify his local police.

i explains this in ts last night but felt i should just go ahead and -1 before this gets out of hand. This screams im gonna save csgo from the badmins. Csgo has good staff for 1 server, im the most active on server and plan to do my best owl or mega are 2nd most active and we are all easily accessible by randoms and if im not busy in another game when im on i check to see if the server has players on it or i actively attempt o populate. And basicly what legend said you complained you couldnt find a mod/admin to help but tried 2 busy ones in comp and jubens yet didnt even try to getto the staff rooster and find lith or mega or cristo or even snackbar, who did go on once he say ur post and took care of the problem. You say you wanna help but just complain about the servers and act like you are entitled to have these things your way or its just bad. I see nothing in this that was ment to be constructive other then the skins not working. It's just shitting on a server that had just been put up to shit on the DLs/div itself. Then it is also full of inaccuracy's such as 5 out of 10 rounds being FF days, Boink(the mod) doing FR/LR or trivia every round, saying the mod doesnt know the rules when he knows them better then you and would still be mod if he didnt have 500+ ping avg on the server because of shit internet. If you really wanted to help you would have been constructive with such a thread and not trying to tear the servers down because they dont conform to how you want them to be.

Alright, now you say you want to get in a better relationship with people in xG but you then post stupid sh*t like this. There aren't DL or DMs of CSS. Regardless of having powers or not. Wanna know why? because you never used them, you never used them to get CSS going. So why should you be considered DL when the Div is dead and nothing is happening, no discussions, no operation populations. so... today I joined the CSGO JB server and played with the ~20 people on there... no staff at all.... the 30-45 minutes I stayed consisted of about 4 or 5 people spamming soundboards and freekilling all over the place. This of course after so much time without any staff joining and no access to any sort of votekick/voteban cause the server pop to die to about 5 people and I assume eventually 0, I left when it got done to 5 and STILL had the mass freekillers on CT... I attempted to find every CSGO staff I could and asked them to come help with the server, out of the 3 people I found 2 ignored me and the third said he was in the middle of something.... I think xG needs to get rid of staff that aren't going to actively play on the servers or that refuse to come help during something as shitfesty as a bunch of mass freekilling that has gone on for half an hour... I get that you might be busy but shit... at least try to help or help find someone that can get on.... Also, I think we need to promote more people so that there's most oftenly staff on the CSGO server(s) The only staff I can even think of that exist for the div are cristo, jubens, bleed, and megarobin? You all complain that this clan is tf2 oriented but it doesnt seem like anyone is bothering to try and help the CSGO div be less shity.... there's some good people who have made mod apps for CSGO and it's like the DLs aren't replying or promoting anyone? The server has been up for a couple months and there haven't been any promo/demos for the div.... get your shit together please.... make CSGO good again.... @Bleed @Chrono @Rhododendron

Alright, well, you're almost a nobody around here, so you would be the last thing we would think about. Cristo was.. well, SHOULD be aware, that css should be removed. This happened in teamspeak with silence, though. It was his decision to remove a buggy server that crashes every 20 minutes, has a laughably poor amount of population, and higher ups in it that shouldn't have powers. Snackbar and his ways of posting anything and everything server related on a new thread decided to do this. Also because it's CS-related, and we all know cristo never comes on, while you.. well, nobody would even know who you were if you posted a thread.

I'm not saying its anything personal, but when there was a push by someone to keep communication open I feel like there is a pretty big lack of communication with this. I have no problem with CSS being shut down, but how does a CL and DM (kind of) of CSS not hear about it? Talk about hypocrisy. I sure in the hell can say yall didnt tell me. How the fuck does it get to a DM of a different div before others who are of more concern to the issue? And why am I making a big deal out of this? Well... everyone expects me to have constant communication and know every single fucking detail of everything, but then shit like this happens where big issues get completely bypass others. Its not like I ignore messages or anything, no, someone dropped the ball. And @Tsuchikure real mature buddy, real mature.

I used to dislike Demonic, and now we're friends.... lol There's half a dozen people that I don't like/get along with that spam lenny faces, and I always give them more than enough warnings to stop before using any powers on them, just like I would with people I do like... I think that my having staff for several years now in multiple divisions of this clan have proven that I am predictable and that I am a very unbiased admin when it comes to using powers I know the rules(not perfectly but still ok enough) of multiple divisions and multiple gamemodes of this clan... and if given the chance I can prove that I am a good CS:GO mod as well.
