We might need to have a conversation on what sort of outside of server communication can be punishment worthy at some point, but that convo will take more than a day. So unfortunately you'll probably have to wait it out. And as @Forest said, anyone can make a ban protest no matter how seemingly frivolous or no matter how short the ban. They can all be valid. We could still learn something and improve xG if the higher ups clarify and discuss this type of case, but it won't affect this case in particular, so it's kind of see you tomorrow at this point.

Don't worry guys, @MineCrack and I will be returning to be division leaders of minecraft. We have been in talks with the higher ups and have agreed that this is necessary to the health of xG as a whole. The server will be completely revamped, introducing a spawn built by @gryfons and @lilbleed. Hopefully you guys enjoy it :)

I believe Seananners also joined the Gmod server and freekilled, then when he uploaded it, others went on the same servers and RDMed over and over, for him. They even said it in the comments. of the video, i can't remember which one it was though. Why are youtube e-celebs such condescending cunts?

: Many of you know as of now the Minecraft server is a steaming pile of shit. I am aware of the many issues and bugs and crashes with the server. If you have made threads about it or have talked to me personally about it don't think that I have just ignored you. When the server launched, there were some road bumps but for the first month or so the server went well. Then school started, the population died, and some other shit happened. Now I have a server on my hands that is nowhere near where is should be or where I want it to be and that is my fault. I don't have the time or the experience to keep the server operational all by myself, but that's not an acceptable reason for the server to be so underpopulated and broken. I will be talking to @Aegean about the future of the server, of my position, and where I think it should go. We have had a conversation before, but we really didn't go anywhere with it. I'm sorry that its gotten this far. I should have tried to fix this a while ago.

^_^ The icons I didn't create however, I added some effects to make them pop. I used Keynote. I'm not an artist so custom icons may not be my thing, I will of course give it a shot eventually but for now, whatever icons that looks fancy :3 More to come soon ;)

all homing things use the same system so I cant buff rockets without buffing balls and arrows I'll increase the points for tracer and slapping drug syringes will require me to recompile the playpoints plugin and I dont even know if I still have it lightning strike I can do no to bloodrider I'll see if I can make blitzkrieg unselectable

Under normal circumstances you would be correct in saying that anything done outside of Servers should have no sway on rules broken in the Servers; however, this does vary from time to time, especially when it comes to harassment or other abusive communication (text or verbal). Assuming this was the case, then the ban was justifiable. That being said, if this was simply a matter of a Player commenting on a Staff's profile to get a rise out of the Staff, then no, I don't believe this to be a justifiable ban in any way. Not only is this not disrupting the gameplay or Players/Staff on the Server, but this may very well be borderline abuse of power. Before this gets blown out of proportion, (also keep in mind that this is personal opinion) please consider the following: Staff are there to Moderate the Servers in order to maintain a healthy gaming environment free of rulebreakers, trolls, etc. Unless a Player is explicitly affecting the Servers (or is otherwise harassing a Player on our Servers) then there is no reason to ban a Player for their actions outside of the Servers. In other words, in order for a Player to be punished, they have to be affecting the Server as a whole, or, and this is a big 'or', they have to be a danger (IE. [verbal] harassment, threats, etc) to any of the Players in the Server (including Staff). Anything above or beyond this is an abuse of power from the Staff (depending on the situation). Staff are expected to receive a lot of slack for what they do, both ingame and out of it; this is a given. However, by no means should they be punishing Players for what they do outside of the game, especially for something as trivial as this. As a reminder, this is all personal opinion and should be taken with a grain of salt. I'd also like to point out that all Players, regardless of the reason, are entitled to post a Ban Protest; regardless of how frivolous it may seem to some. The point for many of these isn't that the ban is for a minor amount of time, but that the ban may have been unwarranted or unjustified. +/-0 on this Ban Protest.

I don't really think this should be added. Trade Gaming History is based off of old games that we used to/still play today and orange maps are part of TF2. We can just go and play an orange server if we want to play on an orange map, whereas Trade Gaming History is where we go if we want to play maps from games such as LoZ, Super Mario (etc). -1

I was banned for "Punishment Evasion - Comment on Profile" Though i dont feel commenting on a profile is evading a punishment as i am not talking in game. Therefor there is not punishment tot be evaded. The punishment was to keep me from talking on the server and i have in no way evaded that.

Yes i admit i did do that. And i did drop it on the server where the punishment should apply to and only to. Punishing me for writing a comment on your profile has nothing to do with the server. Your job is to moderate the server which you did by gagging me and muting me but me writing on your profile yet again has nothing to do with the server.
