+1 Should have been a perm for child porn in the first place. I've seen it, @Sesh @Vexx have also seen it. Not to mention how he would continuously persist on how child porn was OK despite us telling him to drop the subject. Toxic player who doesn't deserve to be able to play on the servers, especially considering that they're meant to be PG13. Should definitely be permed in my opinion since child porn is illegal.

But even if the death is faster and can catch up that doesn't mean he'll have enough time to react fast enough to where the runner is and hit the trap on time, especially for new players who have just joined the server as it won't be fun for them since they will struggle to hit any of the buttons on time to catch anyone. Also bhopping may not be good everywhere on the map but it does make it easy to skip large chunks of the map easily and the point of deathrun in my opinion is for the runners to try and outsmart/bait the death in order to get them to survive and if we were to add this it wouldn't be like this much anymore as people could just run by traps too fast and not even have to bait the death.Actually for one you still have to outsmart the death when you're bhopping. You're fast but not fast enough to the point where the death can't react at all. Secondly, bhopping isn't even easy in the first place as we have manual bhop. You'd have to bhop the entire map, which isn't anywhere near as easy as it sounds.

-1 Sorry bud. It would make the game WAY too easy and you could blow through it quickly. Wouldn't be very fair for the other people that can't bhop or the death because he would be too slow for the traps.I mean it doesn't make it easier. It makes it more challenging in some ways. Bhopping from platform to platform is not exactly easy. Plus if you can't bhop it gives you a chance to learn it.

Bhopping not being a thing on deathrun is the reason why I don't enjoy it. I used to be a superadmin (DM) of a jailbreak/deathrun server on Garry's Mod before I came to xG and I only enjoyed deathrun because it had bhopping in. It feels way too slow now so I feel like bhopping with a max speed limit should be considered and tried out. Obviously it's a major change to the server and a lot of people won't accept it with open arms which is why it might be a good idea to give it a test run. +1

No offense to anyone who +1 rejects for being "great staff" or whatever but I completely disagree. Rejects was not great staff. He abused on multiple occasions in different ways, such as the obvious stat changing, adding random plugins without consent and muting the entire server because he was sad (no vote either). I can hardly call that "the best staff in xg". We can't just push these aside either and say "other than that he was good" because that's like a crooked cop who deals getting called "the best officer" despite if he enforces the law better than anyone else.
On the other hand Rejects has been around in the community for a long time and obviously worked up to DL in the past. I think it's fair to give him probationary mod if anything or maybe wait a bit longer since he does have experience.

+1 for unban based on the failure to follow procedure, but your account is your responsibility and we have no effective way of knowing if it is you or someone else behind your name.In the future, it would be prudent to watch who you give access to your account to avoid similar situations.
If we don't unban him I would say at very least shorten the ban to a week as that and the month ban were left out of the process in the first place.
He's been banned for a month or two so I think if it's possible you could change the ban to a week and just unban him afterwards to avoid confusion?

I mean you definitely should be permed being as you have been banned on multiple occasions and if the the staff that banned you went through the system as it is intended you would be permed. However, being as that system wasn't followed +1 for unban. As for the little brother thing it wouldn't matter in the first place if it is was your brother since your account is your responsibility.
But yeah that [Admin] thing has gotta go.

Seriously though, if you actually wear this title you are basically labeling yourself as a pedophile and I'm surprised that this was allowed to become a title in the first place. It's disgusting.

An event on the weekend I can actually show up to :eek:?!It'd be great to have an event night rolling again, but as it stands, why exclude it to ff2? It seems keeping things to a single server are only likely to increase people getting bored and dropping it sooner. Would there be any reason to not or any opposition to making this just a general tf2 event night and change servers weekly to ones that could use some more love? Ff2, jailbreak, tf2ware(Lol), and uberupgrades all seem like possible places to go.
I think we should tackle each server individually and work on one at a time to ensure that it gets as much love as possible, but that's an idea too.

In case anyone's confused, I'll try to explain the differences, if someone wants to give the actual names for each one, feel free, I don't remember and don't have them all downloaded atm.- We have the first Goldenrod with textures from the original GB/GBC original Gold/Silver/Crystal games, made to-scale with the characters from TF2. This is the one where projectiles and bullets will not pass through trees. (The Original.)
- We have the second Goldenrod, made by Cold Endeavor (I think), this version is slightly smaller than the original Goldenrod, and is notable for its skybox (accessible via noclip), as well as its "purple-ish" water. Within this map, projectiles and bullets will pass through trees.
- We have the third and final Goldenrod. This one is notable for its textures and models from the DS' Heart-Gold/Soul-Silver versions. (I also think it can only be "night" on the map, but I don't remember and can't check atm.) Within this map, projectiles and bullets will pass through trees. (This map is also the only one with the train rail elevated above the main road near read spawn.) Essentially this map just looks better.
If this is the case I think we should keep the night one and the updated one personally.

Remember the jailbreak populate with did every Saturday and how it started off so well and just kind of died slowly? Me and @Sesh think we should maybe start doing it again but for FF2.
If it's possible I would like to request that every Saturday at 7pm EST the higherups create an event on the steam group for people to populate FF2. If we do this every weekend then maybe we can get a steady population going throughout the weeks too? It'd be pretty neat if we could get this started since filling empty servers would be great.

1 of the goldenrod is updated day and night....I really don't understand what you're talking about, no offense.
You say that we have little variety but we have 3 of the same map just small tweaks that hardly make them unique and then 3 other entirely new maps. If you're saying that 3 of the same map, 2 of which being just day/night, is a variety, that's wacky.

It also is a bit of a shame your activity died a bit after your demotion. You seem to be getting into things a bit more recently and im hoping to see you take your dominance again.
Now off with the negative and on to the positive. I don't want to be repetitive of what everyone else has said, but simply put you deserve the position. You are plenty competent, know what you are doing, and frankly are overdue to get the spot back.

Oh, no. The comment about Isabelle wasn't a jab at all. Isabelle may be a huge gay but he's still a neato guy and obviously I was a much bigger part of the picture during the whole incident so I didn't really deserve it back the same promo/demo that Isabelle got it or anything like that. Apologies if it came across that way.
And yeah getting demoted got me really really down because TF2 used to be the game that I would always play when my internet went down but irl shit happened and then I ended up sleeping for most of the day instead of coming on. I'm not doing that anymore though :coffee:

Being as you can literally report people for this over the internet and police can get involved I think it's much worse than a normal spray, especially considering in the past we banned Xerses for child porn.

So basically Lolicon is anime child porn. They are exactly the same except for how Lolicon is animated instead of real life. Does this make it any better? Not really. I personally think that's worthy of a perm being as Xerses was kicked out of the clan and permed for posting child porn and we shouldn't let someone off for practically doing the same thing.
The hacking is irrelevant as there is no sufficient proof of them hacking. Yes it's incredibly suspicious that they are the only person who is friends with a hacker but that's about all we've got.
