he did apologize for his acts so i don't think he should be permed but some sort of punishment.

Sadly, he says he doesn't care what happens to him. so if he's permed then he's permed.

first off i killed people who were knifing and attacking me during chaos there was alot going on and i accidentally arrested cyber twinkie he was standing near a fellow knifing me and i accidentally arrested him, as for the rdm's i killed jeeblez, alex, and apparently art, there were many more other Rdmers i dont really know why im the only guy on trial here for a couple of kills cause i was joking with some friends?

tbh, i didn't no thugs couldnt kill people and steal stuff until Bleed pointed it out and those screenshots i said ok ill stop the rules breaking, wasnt responding to the rdm's which i didn't mass, alot was going on alot of people shooting at these prop killers and there was alot of cross fire so if someone got caught in it then it was a accident, i don't think i deserver a perm ban or even a ban

I agree some punishment should be pushed out - That's how the law works everywhere - Maybe a day or week ban, whatever you see fit. But anything beyond that would be unneeded and only showing how unforgiving one site can be. I think maybe from gmod, for a bit, if you see fit. Of course it was a shit storm; other guys spamming things/rdming. I just think we should consider it all. -1

This is directed towards the 3-4 people who randomly joined and started prop killing if that's what you -1'd, and whatever else i listed in the "broken rules section". I just remembered after i posted this thread that some people were using the chaos to their advantage to have some fun.

Alice was just the one person i remembered, i'm not trying to 'single him out.'

I'm also with vector on the "Shouldn't be a perm" because it was probably not intentional, however those steam chat logs prove otherwise. however i still think since he's an active CSS member he should not be banned from all servers, is why.

A ban from gmod (if possible) itself is apparently fine with him, unless he was acting (once again) like it wasn't a big deal but it is. but that's only if there's any punishment for him at all
