    Icaybaby - Counter-Strike

not here to +/-1, I just want to note that he's one of the least fun people to play with in a 10 man or when he gets hyped/angry in any way on jailbreak; icy screams into his mic. A lot.

    TF2 12mans???

Everyone knows about the constant CS:GO 10mans. What about the people that enjoy playing TF2 outside of casual? I know there's a lot of you out there and your division is larger. I just need to know if there's really people who would participate because I would love to play in them. Even if you're just "meh" or even bad, that's perfectly ok. Teams would be balanced out by captains and there is ALWAYS room to improve. Of course, there would be a role on discord so it's not like something you'd have to plan. Soon enough, with enough people willing to participate, it could be like 10mans where it happens often and can get enough players with just one ping. Please help me prove that there is an interest out there and you aren't all just hoovies or pub stompers.

Hello! Tips for a new streamer

Make sure everything is set up correctly. I'd also suggest VB-Cable and Voicemeter Banana. It'll help separate audios like discord, game audio, music, and your own voice. It has it's own panel might be easier to change audio if let's say discord is too loud.

Hello! Tips for a new streamer

Don't only stream one game, content will sooner or later get really stale. Try doing game playthroughs, especially with other friends that have good personalities. Having good music in the background will always be a bonus unless you have in-game music on.

Hello! Tips for a new streamer

To be a content creator, you usually have to be at least one of three things: Very funny High intellect for a specific game A competitive player for that game It's mostly RNG if you get people or not unfortunately. Best tip I could give you is to stream daily at hours where all the popular streamers aren't streaming and make sure you're going out of your way to make the stream as entertaining as possible.

Hello! Tips for a new streamer

Make a habit of streaming, use OBS, etc. There's no "1k subs overnight" trick, it's just time.

    What is the biggest division?

The oldest is CS (formerly CS:S, now CS:GO), but the TF2 servers tend to have the most population. This is mainly because of TGH and Surf atm. - Quick note, spamming posts to go for a staff application is not the way to go. It demonstrates lack of maturity, although I'm sure the higher-ups are happy that people are willing to be staff members try and cool down and get yourself noticed.

What is the cs div like?

We've got Surf, Minigames, Jailbreak, and an Xmas server (only available during winter season). The staff there are a bit more laid back and harmless banter is much more common compared to how stuck up TF2 was. As someone who recently switched from TF2 to CS:GO, it's like being in an entirely new clan. Laid back, fun, cool people, the whole deal. I believe the CS div is more suited to my style, so I tend to hang out there. That isn't to say there aren't good things about the TF2 div-- I've made plenty of good friends there, but I'm just not interested in the way things are headed for TF2. I definitely recommend jumping on the servers if you've got an account with CS.
