HEY GUYS! Its your favorite moderator, CHARLES here! Hitting you up with ANOTHER stepping down thread. OMG CHARLES, Y IS U STEPIN DOWN!?: I don't really like what the CS JB division has turned into. Whenever I get on, I just hear a bunch of "rule whores" or prepubescents screaming into their microphones. When I first joined xG back in 2012, I loved the community. It was full of older, mature players who actually played to enjoy the game. And when I re-joined back in February, I thought Jail Break was returning to what it was, but soon after I got staff, I learned otherwise. But none the less, I dislike the CS community, and I don't want to moderate the servers anymore. ~Charles xD

Lol I guess rule whoring is only fun when you're wardening and leveling your stattraks... killing people for technicalities but when they start giving technicalities back it sucks.... The problem with cs div is that it's not really played to be fun it's all strict and shit like you always have to face someplace and freeze.

Plus, idlers still get ads, that's 16 hours of cash money

who cares if idling people get spawnkilled.... lol, I don't seem why there would be a need for a plugin due to it.

In response to @Moosty. It says "Updated on January 29th." It'd be pretty easy to test it out. We could just install it and try the cvars out. It's not gonna take that long and if our DL could take 10 minutes to try this out, why not? What could go wrong? We could literally uninstall it if it isn't working. Additionally we could configure the plugin so it switches people to spectator after 5 minutes of being AFK and kicks them after another period of 5 or 10 minutes in spectator. And keep in mind, we're talking about surf only. :D

I mean it was originally removed because even editing the plug-in and cvar didn't work. Set it to whatever and it still kicked in less than a minute. This was 2013 when I was still new to the servers so it may have been updated and actually work since then but if we try it and it still kicks before you can take a piss and come back please end it like the plague. Also it was there because servers were full constantly and we needed a 10 min afk kick to actually have spots on the server 24 hours a day. This isn't the case anymore. I see the point for jb hale and zf but it seems unnecessary on the trade servers it's been months since I've seen a 32/32 on a trade server.

Well if you're going to add it at least set admin immunity so we don't get kicked while eatching the server in spectate, which is what I do sometimes... ;)

Also as @TheSupremePatroit can confirm, surf has been hella populated recently and there's A LOT of people idling. So let's give it a shot.

yeah but that lets staff go afk and log hours on servers, and when ppl need the staff the'll just be afk on the server in spectate
