uh? what? my ban protest was serious. if you're talking about my old mod submission then yeah sure. however i was responding to all of those posts who -1 very fairly and maturely. i even say in my OP that i want it to be serious. Bach's probably doesn't fully understand why he was demoted which is why he posted "i was only demoted for the teamspeak thing" So first of all why don't you explain his demotion in clear detail so he can fall back on something. Get off your high horse and stop thinking everyone is so immature when you're in a clan filled with 16 year olds. Can they be immature? yeah. Can we be immature? you bet your ass. A lot of people really feel that either A. bach does deserve moderator or B. doesn't deserve it. I'm going through the thread and most of these posts are fairly valid with a few here that are unnecessary.

Also advice to everyone: The only thing ever stopping you from getting a leadership role is yourself. It may be lack of activity, attitude, or one of many other things. But nobody else is truly stopping you. It doesn't come down to if hidingmaster, silence, kbraszzz, or anyone dislikes you. It comes from your actions, your words, your choices. Don't blame others for the situations you get into or don't get into. This not only applies to places like xG, but everywhere in life.

HAHAHA I have NEVER once EVER seen you use powers to actually admin the servers, I've only ever seen you abuse your powers as DM or Mod doing things like spamming lenny faces, using setclass and btg for ammo and health that you then use to exploit deathrun, or respawn yourself after calling someone names when they "freekill" you.... I doubt you would be any better than the rest of the staff here. I have not even seen you on the servers for like a month.... and you've said you dislike having to actually HELP the servers by responding to the calladmin bot... -1

Hey guys I discovered Jailbreak on the JB1 server, the first time I played it, I was a prisionner, I got killed at least 4 times without understanding how things works, I glitched to CT, didn't understand what to do, as soon as people came near me I started shooting, and suddenly, it's chat/mic spaming; freehit, freekill, noob, slay yourself. I felt guilty as hell, so I left the server and started reading on forums and watching videos on how to play jb, I went back to the server, checked the rules again, and since then, everything is fine. Now I've been playing on jb1 for a while since I became an xG member, and I was thinking about a plugin or something to reenforce the rules and avoid mass freekilling, we all know that some visitors are new to the game mode and aren't aware of the rules, even if they've been warned, sometimes they just don't read the rules, and some others, are totally aware of the rules and know how to play the game, but somehow, they enjoy taking warden, give an order and then freekill everyone, I've witnessed some ***holes visiting the server just to annoy everyone and leave. So since we don't always have a mod/admin on, I had this idea about creating a plugin that checks your rank, or the time spent in the server, and automatically ban you from CT if you have a total time played less than 30 minutes for exemple, this way, new visitors can only play in team T no matter who they are, if they are new to hte game mode they'll try to understand how it works, if they are some evil annoying players, they will get bored and leave . We used to have a plugin that automatically slayed you after killing 9 reds unless they had attacked blus... 'Twas pretty horrible.

I actually like this idea. @Nomulous 30 minutes of play is not a ton, and it isn't horribly difficult to get. I would also like a confirmation thing when you type /guard that says "Have you read the !motd?" because I've seen blues who claim that they didnt know !motd existed.

But what if I get on an alt account but I know how to play, or if I play on a friends account because I'm at their house? You can't really check for that. Getting time played wouldn't be hard to log. This entire plugin wouldn't be as difficult as some other ones, just the issue is many false positives.

it's usally "crouch walk to yellow line wasd freeze shoulder to shoulder stacked" which is a tarp and would result in a freeday because no valid orders given before cells open.

That wasn't people having their opinions on staff. That was two players trying to get Flareon to snap by making fun of him for getting demoted. Regardless of why Flareon was demoted, that gives no reason for players to harass him about it. That isn't needed. @Hachi, there is a rule for player disrespect and options for making threads like these. Flareon felt as he was justified to make one, so he did. Not to get them banned because Flareon knew he didn't have enough evidence, but more of a showing of what he goes through on the servers now. The kid just wants to be left alone and doesn't want people nit picking him for making dumb reasons. Honestly, you can probably close this thread now because it's only to grab the administrator's eyes.

How is he derailing the thread? I think that isnt derailing. The only reason you called it derailing is because you are CONVINCED that this entire thread is shitposting. Isn't the reason that staff submissions are made is because someone wants to be staff and the community gets to decide? I personally think that you should stop saying that everyone that wants bach as admin is derailing. It should be one comment and that's it. This is a pointless argument.

OK, so, looking at the logs from 3 in the morning that day, someone named [Metrics] logged on during a span 1 hour around 6 times. each time he timed out. This could be possibly the perpetrator. Now, the only reason i targeted Hachi was due to the fact that it is extremely difficult to believe that someone would get on a server that is barely known and destroy worlds due to the fact he still would not have OP powers. I made a false accusation and am manning up to it. I fucked up so bad that it is inexcusable. I feel as if i have done more harm then good here. I made hachi seem evil out of rage. I should have really looked at what was going on with logs instead of doing 90% assumption with 10% of evidence. I would like to apologize to her, I targeted an innocent person. She was not logged in after i got off. I do sincerely apologize to hachi and wasting everyone's time. Also, if @Rhododendron could reload the server back to a save before 5 PM on April 15th that would help the server and resolve all the issues. I don't have access to that anymore.
