I know i'm prolly going to get a lot of shit for this.... but I'd like to mention a few things about this.... CP is bad and blah blah blah everyone knows that so not really going to continue here I am not certain what exactly was on the link posted, but I kind of don't feel like someone should get in trouble when linking a site.... for what else exists on the site.... I mean it was 4chan... you can choose not to click it(you know it's going to contain some bad stuff due to the fact it's 4CHAN!!!) Apart from "CP is bad" I am fairly certain there aren't really any rules against regarding posting links on TS.... let alone in the PRIVATE SECTIONS of TS.... people have said multiple times that the private channels are for lack of a better term... lawless... and that the most punishment you can receive from doing something in them is being blacklisted, or kicks/banned if you break blacklist.... On top of the previously mentioned... I am not sure I see the reasoning for increasing the ban to the forums and/or game servers... +1 Basically... I think this is being blown out of proportion... I think that what he linked may have been accidental... and even if it wasn't shouldn't be permed from everywhere... but hey... I have no idea what was in that thread, or the topic.... since it's gone now...

Phew, after being extremely active daily for a month, then going on a week vacation I'm considered inactive again. That was quick. I would have to second the idea of Silence getting final say (I'll text him this issue), but having been on 4chan those years ago I have to second that you can't really control what gets posted on a thread. Before the moderators got stricter, you would've had 2-3 CP threads a day. As well, these threads pop up randomly in nature just to change anything. You can go from naked girls to CP, furry porn to CP, CP (cheese pizza) to CP, you get the point. As this gets cracked down more a lot, instances still fall through the cracks. Which in my opinion, if the offense was posting a link to a 4chan thread that got derailed into a underaged pornographic thread, which then gets deleted as quickly as possible, the current ban Xerses faced would be sufficient. Where next time he should just be cautious on links he posts. Since if we're being honest, I remember in that exact same teamspeak group, a huge group of us talked about meatspin, and reading a complaint about pornographic content right now made me giggle. TL;DR: I'll get silence involved, but the punishment that made Xerses banned and freak out and other small things people can't see should be enough for a 4chan offence. Post Edit: I won't persuade silence, I'll just tell him to read this and then he does whatever he usually does.

Nobody here can help you regarding this. It is completely up to @Rhododendron to make the decision due to the nature.

Yes, another one of these threads. I know vector said i did not need to do this but i feel like i should so I can try to let the past be the past and not continue my bullshit that i seem to always end up doing. I really do hope people can forgive my past beings and let the bullshit i caused be over with. I know it seems kind of soon but if I don't make it now i might just get worse and worse to the point i get kicked out. I want to make this like i said above, to let my past be my past. I have caused bullshit, said bullshit, acted like a dumbass, sound like a nazi, and much more. I might not act like this all the time but i do a lot and that is no ones fault but my own. This thread rabid made makes me realize that i am worsening my impression in the entire clan. I have talked shit about others behind there backs, i have been doing more harm then good recently, and I am in no way right now sane. I am not saying "I am a fucking pycho, plz feel bad i cant help myself ;cccccccc" I am simply not who i should be. I should be a higherup of a division who can make unbiased decisions, try to stay unbiased about everything, and act semi-mature. I have done none of that in the past 3 days. In the past 3 days i have talked shit about numerous people including the CL's besides hiding, gayporneon, certain tf2 staff and members alike. I would like to go through some personal apologies later so i can try to not have grudges against people if i ever encounter them. First off i want to apologize to the CL's specifically former CL's Diabeetus and Penguin and current CL DrLee. I have called bias on things that really are not. I have acted like an asshat in the admin discussion and certain threads towards you for unfair reasons. I have no reason to hate you guys nor to even dislike you guys. I have rare encounters with you outside the forums and never really talked to you besides asking community based questions. You guys have helped me a lot and were nice enough to let me be the leader of the minecraft division when you really did not know me. You took a big risk and i hope you think it was for the best. I truly do. The last thing i want to do is let down the people who gave me big opportunities. Another problem i have had was over reacting about things that are not really that important. I bitch at you guys a lot and you don't really deserve that. You try your best and what you get is the manager of a dead division bitching about every decision and talking about you behind your back. @Vector : I need to apologize to you for basically acting like a know it all asshat to you. You messaged me after finding out i was talking behind your back and all i did was acted like a douchebag to you. I never had real problems with you on servers and out besides maybe an argument here and there. I tried to get you permed for a petty reason and for being pissed at a guy who bugs you and impersonated you. That is a shitty move on my part. Do i agree with everything you do or say, god no. But do i think you are a shitstain who deserves to be taken away from a clan he has been with for 3 years because of petty insults? Fuck no. I might sound like I am dick sucking but i truly am feeling this way. TF2 Staff: I have talked a lot of shit about the tf2 staff lately and for seemingly no reason. You guys are trained by asking questions and using common knowledge. Why should i get pissed at you for fucking up ONE thing? Answer is, i should not. I should have corrected it so we dont have it happen again and the staff becomes efficient. I see others doing it and yet I am not. If i would fuck up i would want someone to correct me and tell me what i should have done so i dont ever do it again. Not talk shit about you in a teamspeak room with 6 other people. I seem to be the only one not helping our staff, i see other admins telling mods how to do what and i see mods offering advice to newer ones or ones experiencing a server they rarely go on. Yet i sit and whine about you teambanning a guy for a day when it should have been a week when you just started modding jailbreak. I really need to work on that. @ASock : I talked about you recently and made it sound like you are still a problem when you have done nothing wrong. I don't have much to say other then it was the biggest dick thing to do. Treated you unfairly and shit. @metalslug53: For going behind your back on stuff like that abuse report. Probably one of my biggest regrets in the past month or so. Very immature of myself to make a report over something EXTREMELY minor. Everyone who has encountered me in teamspeak: I complain a lot, none of you deserve to hear me just constantly bitch and complain, scream like an idiot, troll, and argue for no reason. Even if it was an accident, you posted linkage to something extremely illegal and something that can get us in MAJOR trouble. We've had similar reports in the past and have issues permanent bans, so I want to be consistent about the ruling. We cannot be light about something like this.

I don't remember you because it's been 2 years. Since it's put down as "Breaking Servers Rules" my guess is as a mod I used the ban disconnected to ban you after you mass freekilled and left. That's just a guess, but if my guess is right you should stay permed.

According to Xerxes comment, none have seen this. If that is true, the evidence disappearing is basically the same as not having any. I don't agree with CP, but if evidence can no longer be provided, and all we have is the word of people, saying "yeah, we saw that.", then he shouldn't still be banned. xG never used someone's word as proper evidence, so it shouldn't be used now.

-1, I see the points everyone against him are making, but come on. You could send the link to this thread to someone right now and say "Hey, look at this." And 2 minutes later someone here could post CP. Is it your fault that they posted CP? No, you can't control what someone else does. And what do you guys expect from 4chan anyway? This isn't really something that you can check to see if what he did was actually wrong, the only evidence you have doesn't even exist anymore(to my knowledge). Besides, I've seen worse things posted on teamspeak in the past.

I truly dont know what to do anymore when it comes to forums. I just do my mc discussion stuff and maybe a thread being commented on after it closes now. For starters, yes i did mention that after you called me immature for finding evidence to perm you which is what cl's told everyone in a conversation to do. I asked diabeetus a week ago that are there warnings still valid and he said yes they are so i started collecting after looking at you calling kypari a crybaby for no reason in a post that no one was even mentioned in. I mentioned rabid as a reference which i just talked to rabid and admitted to it and saying i should not have mentioned him. I used the wrong person when comparing 2 people and used rabid instead of brian. To answer the rest of this ohstop banned you with no remorse because of a misunderstanding that was ignored. CL's stated that if you did not mature on the forums then the ban shall be extended to its original agreement, ohstop and many others saw you did not change and it was extended PLUS the fact silence and nomulous gave him permission does not put him at 100% fault at all. Dont see a problem in perming a guy for such, i asked diabeetus and he said i did the right thing when following through. There was more then that little snipbit of conversation, i had a long discussion with rabid and i even apologized for even mentioning his name and saying i fucked up, i admitted to it, not going to sugar coat things. I at first did not recall but looking through the screenshots of our conversation with vector i saw where i mentioned him. Rabid was falsely placed there for the reason of mistakenly mentioning him for someone else. I never said to perm rabid recently, the last time i truly disliked rabid was when he was banned for a month. He has helped me with the MC server stuff and is fun to play with in CS:GO jb. People have been taking things out of context and it pisses me off. With the cls i have showed reasons with valid stuff proving certain CL's incapability to do there job fairly. I just gave evidence of vector doing something major and immature with before, middle, and after the conversation but of course will probably be thrown out or considered cherry picking again. With the comparing rabid and kitty it was supposed to be brian and kitty but i fucked up and said rabid. Sadly i and many others for some reason still say rabid as references to forum problems because of the past which was a long time ago. Was not right of me to say rabid but i did and i regret it and have since the conversation. I do not have a true vendetta against vector, i just saw things he should not just get away with and should be told to stop at the least. Don't know anything about people trying to perm rabid so if it's happening its behind my back as well. I haven't seen him do anything bad since his last warning. People definitely want Vector gone though. And seem fully prepared to perm you over the first petty thing you do. I don't even like you all that much but this shit is out of hand.
