First off, I finally got my old account back so hype! Second of all, I will most likely return (no troll) with conditions that I have talked with Silence/Rhodo about and I will explain some of the changes that are to be expected to be worked on when I fully rejoin. 1. Make xG completely self-sustainable. This means zero dollars coming from Silence's pocket monthly and all of it from Ads, Sponsors and Donations. This will also result in more servers, more server incentives, and circling back to advertising xG on other platforms. More news on this soon. 2. Improve the staff activity on servers that need it. This includes TF2 as well as CSGO, I or another higherup will be in touch with the DL and DMs of the communities to think of solutions to addressing these problems. 3. Getting a permanent and dedicated server, staff and user base on Minecraft. 4. Cleaning up the MOTDS/Guides, and trying to promote more discussion and activity on the forums. Self-Explanatory 5. Listening and promoting more community feedback. The servers begin and end with the userbase, and I think more people need to be encouraged to speak about problems that they are having, or changes they would like to see. 6. here's a rant a found on reddit that states my opinions on the game pretty well recently Yeah, frankly, after about a week of playing and being level 22... I'm starting to lose interest already. The game is very shallow and there really isn't much to it. The biggest problem is the combat system. Anything would have been better than what we have now, I don't understand why they didn't just keep a turn based combat, it couldn't have been any worse than the "spam tap" combat we have right now. The balancing of city vs. nature is horrendous, there is no reason to ever go out into nature because there's practically no pokemon and stops there. The game should reward you for getting out there, it's Pokemon GO, right? But it feels more like Pokemon SIT at many times because of how efficient it is to go downtown and sit on top of 3 permalured pokestops which handily also give you all the balls you need to keep going. The servers are awful and they haven't fixed the 3 footprint problem in like four days now. Balance is also completely wack, water as a type is broken OP as shown by most of the top tier pokemon being water type, especially the ones carrying water gun. Meanwhile some types such as fighting are almost unusably bad. All in all I'm just wondering "Why am I still doing this?" and the only answer I can come up with is to get stronger pokemon so I can better fight gyms.... but the combat system is just that bad and I find it hard to even care about the gyms considering how easy it is to take them back, attackers are favored very, very heavily, there isn't even a cooldown on attacking a gym. I don't know, I appreciate what this game did in terms of bringing people together, getting them out there (even if it's just into town and not into nature) and having everyone socialize a bit while getting fresh air. But in the end it's a very shallow experience with bad gameplay at its core and I don't see the addition of 1v1 duels with friends or trading helping this really. I'm now looking forward to Sun and Moon again, if nothing else the game sure made me lust for another full Pokemon game again after skipping ORAS.

I would do : -Announcements -Server Status Notices -Map addition | Removal notices -Promos and Demos - I do want to bring something back like Guess the Member or try to do like screenshot of the week, I don't know... Just something for the community to get involved in over Social Media a bit.

There is one problem with the minecraft server situation. No one really wants to play it anymore and as of late plugins are starting to become more privatized or paid for. I feel like the only way to make a minecraft server that could be successful is a pixelmon server (with the recent release of Pokemon go) or a modded server and even then that's a risk. Also another problem in the past was none of the higher ups were being active (including myself towards the end of its run). Supermaddud never came on, kirito was always playing other games or busy and Hachi was just being hachi. I still have all the files (compatible with recent updates) and I have an entire folder for pixelmon if you are actually being serious about reviving it. I can help with the minecraft server stuff if I can get some help and have a 2nd ACTIVE DL. Or if someone else is willing to do it just pm me.

For the members addressing Minecraft, 1. We will not remove resources from 1 thing for it, especially since we do not know 100% if the demand is there. 2. We will first find people to staff it actively, and also look for ways to keep the demand for it stable by figuring out which mod/mods people want 3. You do not have to play if you do not want, I promise! Other than that, feel free to keep writing issues with either anything I have stated, or something you would like to be addressed
